I think it's kind of funny that for the protagonists in VA, selling drugs (particularly to children but also in general) is like a huge moral issue for them with it being Bruno's main deal that first gets him to feel betrayed by the Boss and (in PHF) characters go on spiels about how Drugs Bad. Meanwhile Diavolo himself never even says a word about his operation of the drug trade nor ever finds out that's what they were taking issue with before the whole "trying to kill his daughter" thing. Like imagine if Bruno brought up Diavolo selling drugs during his king crimson fight and he just went like "Wait what Bruno you're in a gang how are you surprised we do crimes lol"

In which Fugo does in fact go to juvie after killing her professor and once there she is befriended by Narancia, bonding over being failed by people who were supposed to protect them. After they get out they team up to take revenge on the people who wronged them, and from there they start indiscriminately terrorising the streets of Naples.
