1.Mental health

Take care of your body Good mental health starts with good physical health. Be sure to eat healthy foods, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep.
Build Positive Relationships Positive relationships with friends, family, and co-workers can improve your emotional well-being. Try to keep in touch with the people you love and make new friendships.
Learn to manage stress Stress can have a negative impact on your mental health. Learn stress management techniques, such as meditation, yoga, deep breathing, or muscle relaxation.

1. Identify your gray areas: Take the time to reflect on your behaviors, emotions and thoughts that cause you pain, shame or guilt. These are signs that these areas are parts of you that you tend to suppress or avoid.

Repeating every day when you wake up and before you go to bed that you are the girl you always wanted to be, that you are lucky and that whatever others may say you are who you want to be.
4.self-confidence
Cultivate your self-confidence Identify the areas of your life where you lack self-confidence and work on them. This can include social skills, job skills, or just confidence in your physical appearance.
5.create the Life you deserve
Create the life you deserve Set your goals and work towards them. This may include creating an action plan, developing new skills, or seeking out new opportunities. Remember that your dream life is unique to you, so don't compare yourself to others and focus on what makes you happy.
