It gets easier over time. For us it helps that we're a pretty large system and happen to split easily (even if its annoying at times), but that obviously doesn't work out like that for everyone. Reading fanfics about source may help if you can find any that are decent, or even writing some of your own. same goes with art in general. We draw and listen to music/make playlists quite alot, just try different things until you find out what helps

we always talk about "endos in system spaces /neg" but can we talk about how nice endos r to let us in theirs? how many terms were made for endos and shared w CDD systems too? how much sys positivity in our community comes from endo/endo friendly spaces? like atp, me personally, id much rather talk bout sys stuff with someone whos at LEAST endo friendly. and hell! i aint even endo, i just know i dont have to worry about "what if my sys is not actually real and no one else experiences this and this person fake claims me"
