You don't though. You are completely allowed to snap back at people who hate on your fics. You take the time and effort to write wonderful fanfiction for FREE, no one asked you to start writing, people need to learn that you don't have to accept anything from them. Period.
I was just told that, as an author, I need to learn to accept the hate on my fics.
I don’t know how I feel about that.
I do that too sometimes, except when I'm reading...
It's like im mirroring the character and I can't stop, sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it...
Sometimes I get way too into writing...
Examples:
“She panted” - I then realized I’m panting
“Heart was beating rapidly” - my watch then warns me that my heart rate is too high
“Tears ran down” - literal tears in my eyes and on my cheeks
“Angry” - literally in a missing mood towards people in real life
It can be a problem.
