chris looks up when you place a plate next to him, pulling his headphones down so that they hang around his neck. there's just a single chocolate muffin sitting in the middle of it that makes his mouth water, but he restrains himself as he watches you. "new recipe?"
you nod. "i found it online, yeah. i like them, but..."
i want to know if you do, too. chris knows you too well: you always try to find things that both of you like so that you can justify baking them more often. he pulls at the wrapper, chocolate ganache already dripping on the side of his thumb, and takes a bite.
and then he stops. his eyes widen, and he's speaking around a mouthful of muffin as he goes in for a second bite, "oh my god, marry me--"
you avert your gaze, cheeks warming up. "so... good?"
he swallows and wipes his mouth before pecking you on the cheek. "very good."
you smile as you turn away, already heading back to the kitchen. but you pause, speaking up right as he goes to put his headphones back on, "also... get me a ring, and i'll think about it."

“take that off.” hyunjin grumbled when you two arrived at your shared dorm room.
“what do you mean take that off?” you asked, being caught off guard.
“that fucking hoodie.” he said.
getting caught in the rain wasn’t part of your plan after your last class ended a few moments ago. seungmin, being a gentleman, lent you his hoodie as he ran through the rain with his hands above his head. hyunjin saw that as he walked out of the same building which made him sigh in annoyanceーrunning his fingers through his black long locks, and biting his tongue. the absence of your umbrellas was a mistake in this unpredictable weather.
he threw the hood above his head as his hands were inside his pockets, walking past by and you saw him exiting the premises in a rush. you called his name multiple times but he didn’t even bother to look at what was behind him and continued to walk at a fast pace. damn his long legs.
and that’s how you both ended up here.
hyunjin tossed his bag on the couch and took off his own hoodie, tossing it again to the same side as he took a seat on the carpeted floor, ruffling his hair in frustration. you were confused as to why when you’ve never seen him like this before. or maybe you did.
“seungmin was just being nice,” you shrugged as he rolled his eyes, poking his inner cheek with his tongue.
“well fuck yes he was! and it’s not fucking raining inside our dorm so take that off!” it was unusual for hyunjin to behave like this but you were sure that something was behind that behavior.
“fine, fine!” you scoffed. “chill! i was going to and just tell me that you don’t like it when you see someone wearing seungmin’s hoodie just because you like him. i would’ve understand,” you smirked.
“what the fuck do you mean i like him?” he hissed, giving you a weird look.
“oh please, don’t be defensive.” you replied, slowly taking off seungmin’s hoodie and straightening your clothes. hyunjin sighed harshly in response to what you’ve just said, glaring at you while running his fingers through his hair.
“i don’t think of him that way.” he defended.
“then why are you so worked up about this?” you asked trying to make him say something.
hyunjin inhaled an amount of air before sighing again for the nth time only to stand up and pin you against the wall with his hands on both sides of your head, trapping you in it. he was looking at you with those captivating eyes and he seemed jealous over something. it was unexpected for that to happen and he couldn’t hold himself anymore. at first, he let all the people around be nice to you because you deserve that kind of treatment but seeing seungmin took care of that moment earlier, his own fucking best friend made him fume in anger inside.
“i don’t like seeing you wearing other people’s clothes, y/n.” he said, making eye contact. “not from seungmin, not from anyone.” you admit it was hot of him to be like this as your heart started beating faster than its usual pace and rhythm, and the blush on your cheeks is probably visible now. if only hyunjin could point them out. you knew he was jealous and was just waiting for him to say something. and you teasing him about seungmin is just a way to make him state the obvious.
“fine.” you said, crossing your arms to your chest. “only if you tell me why.”
but he didn’t tell, instead, you felt his lips on yours.
his soft, plump, hot lips, are coated over yours as they move gently tasting the aftertaste of the coffee you had this afternoon to keep you awake. your hands snaked around his neck as he captured your lips further and deeper with his fingers scratching the wallpaper behind you. it was the only thing that you’d been waiting for. he wasn’t expecting for you to kiss him back but he indulged that moment and hugged you tight. you stood closely as your bodies pressed together, feeling each other’s warmth and unspoken connection.
and that was it, you both didn’t need to validate how you felt.
“took you long enough,” you smirked against his lips.
“shut up.” he protested before he continued to kiss you again.

I know you're all going to scroll by because it's not a fic like you're here for, but please. Stop for two seconds and watch this video.
Please realize that this is not something to brush off. This is happening to him, to so many kpop idols.
This behavior on our end needs to stop. Nobody cares what you write about, create, image, we really don't.
But please, realize what you're doing to these people. Would you like it if you try to do ONE thing, no matter what it is, and have people actively sexualizing you to your face?
This is not a subject to joke about or take lightly. If people continue to make idols uncomfortable, they will stop doing things like lives and other things like that. We've even had people quit all together because of this.

Okay but ... what is wrong with you guys? Why won't you let Christopher catch a break? Do you really hate him that much that you have to make every single thing he does a massive deal for no reason?
You found a way to hate on him for the whole chocolate thing, which, shouldn't have even been a thing in the first place ... he was literally just being silly, and if any of you knew him, you'd know he regularly says silly things like that, and there's literally nothing wrong with it? If you're actually offended by a grown man minding his own business and the way he types his messages, then honestly, you need to sit down with yourself and rethink your priorities.
He had every right to tell you guys to stop telling him what to do. Every. Single. Right. He's a grown man - you don't think he knows when to sleep and when to not? You don't think he would go to sleep if he could? Are you forgetting he has one of the busiest roles as a leader, as a producer, as an idol, as a person who just wants some time for himself and rarely has the time for it - being worried about him is fine but to the point where you keep harassing him and telling him to sleep when he's said multiple times in the past that he doesn't need you guys to tell him that? He's not incompetent like you make him out to be. And getting mad at him for finally sticking up for himself when he's nothing but polite and kind all the time is actually insane ... you get mad when he doesn't put people in their place, and then get mad when he does - honestly, just give it a rest. He can't even breathe without you getting angry about it. He gives you guys everything, he's always there for you and he's always trying to help everyone as much as he can - you have no right treating him like shit? "Oh but he was really rude" No, he wasn't. He was respectful but straightforward. If someone in your day to day life told you to stop telling them what to do, you wouldn't say it was rude. But because it's him and you love picking him to pieces, you had to turn it into a massive scene. Again. It's like in your heads he only has one job, and that job is to show his body off so you can gush about him online. Which, is disgusting. You're forgetting he's a real person, with a real heart, and feelings. If you just want a body to gawp at, just go find a stripper or something instead of constantly criticising and hating on him for every single thing he does other than flashing his abs on stage.
You're making this man's actions your entire life and personality and it's actually really pathetic to see ... don't you get bored of bashing him constantly for the silliest of shit?
You can not like him and not make a big fuss about it. You can't like everyone and not everyone is gonna like you - but hiding behind a screen and saying whatever the fuck you want without a single thought is really not it ... you wouldn't dare to say half the shit you say to his face. So why say it at all? Han Jisung constantly being reduced to some lesser version of himself for struggles with anxiety/mental health, being rampantly feminized because he’s become 1/2 of the face of a popular ship within the fandom and consequently not fairly recognized for the sheer individual GENIUS he is; finally making a personal instagram and casually posting all the song covers he wants to, getting 3 tattoos in one session just because he can. Trusting us enough to share what the tattoos are on a fancall- sharing little tidbits of his personal life when he’s ready, and keeping things sacred to him when he’s still able to. Seeing him have this autonomy over himself and embrace the creative person he is and always has been is so, so refreshing. Maybe we’ll never know him beyond a killer instagram song cover, we’ll never see his baby photos or perhaps even bear witness to his first few tattoos. But we do know he cried 3 times watching the movie “Up”. And the little glimpses we get into his personality and his artistic vision as he walks this fine line between privacy and rawness as an idol are nothing short of endearing. I don’t know what was in those contract renegotiations, but he’s never seemed more like himself.
