I'm not the type of person that usually comments on idols personal lives or what they've done in their past but even though it's been about two weeks since this incident happened, I'd still like to share my opinion and thoughts about it. On April 1, Woojin who is currently a soloist and is an ex member of Stray Kids released a video. In the video, Woojin speaks about his time and Stray Kids, and what he was accused of. Now, I only got into Stray Kids in late 2022, during the Maxident era, so I don't entirely know what Woojin did and if he was innocent or not. I know some people have many different views on Woojin and what he did. Honestly, I have no clue as to why Woojin would release a video five years after the allegations. I mean, five years, seriously? The boys in Stray Kids have probably moved on from Woojin and I really hope that they did, but c'mon man, speaking up five years later and on April Fools day for that matter? Like, you leave during the middle of preparations for a comeback, making the remaining members of Stray Kids have to rerecord and refilm all this stuff, I don't understand what person would do that to other people. You blame it on you being young and selfish. You were Chan's only hyung, and the rest of the members all looked up to you from what I can tell from the videos I've seen. Chan needed you and you left him during a very difficult time. During the Unlock Tour, the boys begged for Stays not to leave them, like you did. How could you do that? Hyunjin begged, and sobbed, for Stays not to leave him, promising he would do better, when he was already doing so well. None of them deserved this. I can't even think of the amount of pain and stress you put those boys through. Han had to take most of your lines along with Seungmin. You hurt them and you blame it on you being young and selfish?? Why would you do that to them especially after they moved on and have received so much love and support from around the entire world? They don't deserve this. Your apology really seemed like it was put up to save your ass from being hated. You thought it would clear things up? No, it only left you receiving more hate and not doing anything for you.
If anything I've said is wrong or if I've misunderstood anything, please let me know. Before I really found out about Woojin, I did listen to his music, I admit that, but after reading all this stuff about him I can't bring myself to support him, I'm sorry to any people who support him. But I can't support a person like that. I mean, I basically owe Stray Kids my life. When I found out about them, I was in a dark time in life where it didn't seem like anything was going to get better. But Stray Kids saved my life Without them, I'd probably be dead. I owe them my life and more. They saved me. And I will eternally be grateful for them. And I will love and support them until the end of everything. They are what keeps me going.
I apologize for this long rant, but I think everything I've said, someone will understand.

summary: A string of murders lead Detective Yang Nami down the winding streets of Seoul’s maze district, searching for the Vampire Slayer. But what happens when her digging leads her far closer to home than she could have ever thought? What happens when it’s someone she’s supposed to trust?
Prologue
There are lots of rules when it comes to vampires.
First, they must be invited into a house before they can enter. I'm not entirely sure why--they aren't usually portrayed as the most polite of people, not when they're plunging their fangs into your neck and sucking you dry. But it's a rule, and they have to abide by it.
Second, they must avoid certain things such as sunlight, garlic and anything remotely holy. Supposedly, it's because they're devil incarnates and anything too potent or bright or religious can harm them. I just think it's because they have weird allergies. Kind of like how I'm allergic to oranges, which is really inconvenient because they look like they taste good. It sucks.
Finally--not that it's the last rule, but it's the final most obvious one--they can only be killed by certain methods. Some of these include the use of silver, fire (they're insanely flammable), decapitation and a stake to the heart--the most famous and popularly used of them all.
All of this is purely hypothetical, of course. Just myths formulated by people with better things to do than tell stories of bloodsuckers and the threats they pose to us poor, helpless prey.
At least, that's what I thought.
I had read enough stories and watched enough movies to know the basic rules about vampires, but not enough to blindly believe my boss when he told me they're real.
"You're kidding, right?"
He's kidding. He has to be. Maybe he's crazy, or maybe this is a prank.
I searched Captain Park's face for signs of amusement or maybe some sort of twitch--a crack in his demeanor to tell me that he wasn't being serious. His face remained completely flat.
I glanced around the room for cameras, wondering if I was on some kind of prank show, or that one TV program What Would You Do?. It would have been a really shit prank, because I was definitely not buying it, but you never know. Maybe they'd run out of ideas. I might have been payed more for not falling for something so stupid.
The same security camera that had been in the office since I began working there blinked back at me, red light flashing. I'd seen security footage from it before--for a security camera at a literal police station, you'd think that it'd have better resolution. Apparently not.
Which meant it wasn't a prank show, at least not one that valued it's camera quality. Which meant my boss was crazy.
He stared at me silently, not bothering to answer my question. Yep, definitely crazy.
"I'm serious, Detective Yang." He did look serious. Since when did he start taking acting classes? I thought. I mean, I took drama for 3 years and even I wouldn't be able to keep a straight face after spilling that level of bullshit.
"So you're telling me," I said, picking at my finger nails, "That not only there's been a series of killings around this area, but that they're all down to Vampires."
"A Vampire. And yes, we don't know for sure, but that's what it looks like."
"And what evidence do you have that it's a-" I waved my hands around in the air, as if summoning some common sense for the man. "-An actual Vampire and not just, I don't know, a regular serial killer. Which would be so much easier to deal with."
He clasped his calloused hands together and leaned back in his chair. He had an air of distaste surrounding him as if I was the one who was speaking crazy, but maybe that was because he always looked like he'd just smelled something revolting. Wrinkled skin scrunched up unlike the smooth sheets of paper stacked on his desk; lips pursed as if he'd sucked on a lemon for four hours; small, black eyes squinted despite the large, square glasses balanced on his nose. He had a habit of looking down on people even though he was 5'6 at most. Most people would describe him as intimidating but, to be fair, most people hadn't been told by him that Vampires exist.
"I understand your disbelief." Yeah, no shit. "I, too, was skeptical at first. But the evidence I've been shown convinced me that this is no joke. I know you like to believe that we humans know everything about our world, but the truth is that we simply cannot. You're going to look into this case whether you believe it or not."
Fighting to ward off the compelling urge to sigh and tell him again how stupid this is, I nodded curtly. "So I just have to find this..." God, I can't believe this is actually happening. "...Vampire. And bring them in."
A failed attempt at a smile passed over his stern features. He must have thought he'd won. "Precisely. I'm glad you're picking up on this."
"Can I think about it over the weekend and get back to you?"
I definitely would not think about it and I definitely would get back to him--to tell him that I was absolutely not doing it.
But of course, the universe seemed to be against me all of a sudden. Or maybe it was just him. "No, you can not," he stated plainly. "I've given you this case and you must take it. It's that simple."
"But Sir, there are loads of other Detectives who can do this job. I'm sure there are more... believable cases you can give me," I argued, trying my hardest not to sound in control and totally not like I was pleading him.
He leaned forward and his chair whined under his weight. "You're right." Wait, really? "There are plenty of other Detectives who can do this job and do it far better than you can. However, I am asking you to do this, and like the fair and just man I am-" (I had to resist the urge to roll my eyes at that one and, instead, just stared at the side of his desk). "-I will give you a choice: You do this case or you're out."
"Hold on," I began, gaze snapping up from the corner of his desk to those hard, black eyes, "I'm out as in... fired? For real?"
He nodded nonchalantly, not a word slipping past his thin lips. You have to be kidding me.
"That's ridiculous. This entire thing is ridiculous."
"I'm giving you a choice. Make it." He shrugged.
It wasn't really a choice, just the illusion of one. I'd worked under this man for two years by that point. He knew how much I loved that job and all that it meant to me. He knew how much I threw into it. He knew everything I'd given up to be there. And now I had to choose between discrediting my career with a Vampire hunt or losing it altogether. Options, options, options.
"You know what my answer is already."
The corners of his mouth curled up into a smirk. "I do." He reached for a pencil with a sharpened, pointy edge and twirled it around his fingers. "But I want to hear it from you."
God, I hate this man. Trying to hide my seething rage, I gritted my teeth and swallowed. "I'll take the case."
He barely reacted, just continued to play with the pencil. That doesn't mean I didn't notice the triumphant, cocky glint in his eye, though. "You are more like me than you think, Nami."
I looked at him curiously. That couldn't possibly be true. The only similarity that we shared is both working there, and we didn't even do the same job. So yeah, apart from the massive age gap, gender difference and literally everything else about us, we were totally the same.
"How so?" I asked, not sure if I wanted to know the answer or not.
"We're both intelligent, dedicated, hard-working." And not the slightest bit modest, clearly. "And like me, you know your place in this world and you will stubbornly defend it." He dropped the pencil onto the desk and it landed with a muffled clatter, then rolled until it hit a framed photograph of him with who I could only assume were his wife and two children. It reminded me that there must have been some remnants of a kind, young man beneath his cold, commanding demeanor--in the worst way possible, though.
He reached over to pick up a file and flicked through it until he settled on a page. I watched as his eyes scanned the paper. Just as I thought he was about to provide me with some tangible evidence of the wild claims he'd made that meeting, he spoke; "You are dismissed."
I found myself glued to my seat, my limbs weighing me down like anchors. "That's it? Are you not giving me a file on this?"
He glanced up from what he was reading for a brief second before continuing. "I'll email the main pieces of evidence to you digitally. You will be given a file tomorrow morning, once all of the necessary data has been compiled."
I didn't reply. Was I supposed to leave just like that? This man had told me that he thought the serial killer rampaging our region was a Vampire and that he was willing to fire me if I didn't take the case, all in the span of 30 minutes. And I was supposed to just soak in all that information with barely an ounce of explanation or evidence? Apparently so.
Hesitantly, I stood from my chair. A searing pain shot through my back, reminding me that I'd been sitting in a wooden chair for the past half an hour.
Captain Park regarded me for a second as I crossed the room. Hand on the doorknob, I faltered, waiting for him to say something, and when he didn't, I left the room, shutting the door behind me as gently as possible--despite the desire to slam it in frustration.
It was almost dark by the time I got home. The cerulean blue sky was stained with bright white dots, and the streets were bathed in the orange, artificial glow of the streetlights. With flushed cheeks, a running nose and icy hands, I fumbled with my keys until my apartment door unlocked, making a mental note to take a scarf or gloves in to work the next day.
I had stayed later than usual that night, finishing off any write-ups and looking through evidence relevant to a few other cases. After the meeting, I hadn't seen the Captain around, but that was for the best. I might not have been able to control my instincts for much longer.
Warmth swept through my body as I stepped in to the living room. I discarded my satchel on the floor and shrugged off my coat, folding it over the back of the couch. It was unusually empty and unusually quiet. Just as I went to search the apartment, a voice sounded from behind me.
"You're home late."
I whirled around to see Soyeon, leaning against the threshold where the living room and kitchen met. Her blonde bob was pulled into a short ponytail, revealing her pointed chin and signature smirk.
"I texted you," I said.
She retrieved her phone from her pocket and glanced at the screen, the blue light illuminating her face. "Oh, you did. Sorry, I didn't see. My phone is being weird at the moment."
"You gonna get it fixed?"
"Eventually."
I rounded the couch and plopped onto it, the cushions sinking beneath my weight. "Where's Jeongin?"
"In bed," she answered, following suit, "I think he has a cold."
"You should have told me, I would've brought some soup."
She waved her phone in the air as a reminder. "Again, dodgy phone. And it's alright, I got some anyway."
"Stupid school kids," I grumbled. I sighed and sunk further into the couch. Soyeon glanced over at me, concern gracing her features. "Bad day?"
I chuckled humourlessly. "Weird day."
"Not allowed to talk about it?"
I faced her and nodded. She repeated the action without a word of protest. It was different at first; Soyeon was always so eager to be involved in every part of my life, and when I told her that I couldn't disclose information about the cases I was working on for legal reasons, she got upset. But after a while, she understood that it was out of my control.
Instead, she extended an arm out to me. I shuffled closer and pressed myself into her side, inhaling her familiar scent of acrylic paint and chai tea.
"You must be tired," she mumbled.
I hummed in response, unable to muster up the energy to force words out. Her head leaned on mine, the way it always used to, except this time was an act of friendship rather than romance.
With every passing moment, my body grew weaker and my eyelids heavier, and after a while, I was unable to resist the tempting call of sleep.
Minho, striding into the dorms: Good morning Gays!
Chan: I think you mean guys,
Minho: Not at all. Who wants breakfast?
Last week, I had nothing better to do, so I made this collage at Pinterest

Who wants more?

I'm planning on writing a coraline au, but which one sounds the best?

2 am.
he said not to wait for him, you did everything but still, you can’t sleep.
it was supposed to be comfortable, the ac is already enough to make you feel cold and the fresh duvet from the laundry smells like lavender to make you fall asleep. but nothing.
you keep on tossing and turning, the lampshade on your side table gives you light to read the time on your alarm clock and your phone was quiet. no notifications, no unread messages, and missed calls. your boyfriend didn’t want to disturb you. he knew it was an exhausting day and he wanted you to rest. having a good sleep can help relieve your stress, but the reality is, that you can’t keep your eyes closed for at least five minutes.
you needed your boyfriend to come home.
“i’ll be home probably after midnight.” he sent a text. “so don’t wait for me.” another message said.
a frustrated sigh escaped from your lips, staring at the beige-colored ceiling as you heard the door open outside your room. you live in an apartment building, and the lock is loud enough to make you aware if someone just arrived or left the room. it was minho coming from practice. you jumped out of bed and went outside to welcome him,
“baby,” he called, seeing you. “i thought you went to sleep?” he asked, wrapping his arms around your back for a squeeze.
“i can’t sleep,” you said as he sighed in response.
“i’ll make you some tea then we’ll go to sleep, okay?” he said placing a soft kiss on your lips before proceeding to the small kitchen.
“how was work?” you asked as he got busy.
“the usual,” he smiled. “we’re preparing for the tour, you’ll go with me right?” he asked, boiling some water on the stove.
“of course,” you smiled in response. “good luck, by the way, i’ll be with the crowd, watching.”
“yeah, you should join them crying and screaming too.” he chuckled as he pours the hot water on the mug and placed a tea bag inside
“make sure to expect it.” you answered as he handed you the cup.
“drink this. i’ll just wash up first so we can go to sleep, hm?”
“hmm,” you hummed in response, taking a few gulps from the cup as he kissed your forehead. the warm drink relieved your system as you waited for your boyfriend to step out of the bathroom. washing the cup on the sink, minho came out in his pajamas with his hair dripping wet. he dried his purple locks in a hurry and carried you in bridal style as you enter the bedroom.
“you didn’t have to carry me,” you said as your boyfriend tucked you in,
“i do what i want to do,” he responded, pecking your lips as he lies beside you under the duvet.
“you’re so sweet,” you smiled.
“only to you,” minho pulled you closer to his body to hug you again as he started to caress your hair, trying to help you fall asleep, and your body felt at ease. “good night sweetheart, i’ll see you in the morning,” he smiled, placing another soft kiss on your lips.
“good night, baby”
not a few minutes, your eyes felt heavy and you didn’t realize you fell asleep. minho kissed your forehead and whispered a tiny ‘good night’ before going to sleep, with you in his arms.

nobody thought jeongin would be the next one to get married, but alas, here you are, at the reception of your friend's wedding, nursing a glass of champagne.
"come on," minho says, snatching the glass away from you and finishing the rest of it in one gulp, before he takes you by the hand and tugs you forward. "let’s go dance."
you can't even be annoyed that he basically just stole your drink. instead, you just laugh, and let the love of your life drag you to the dance floor.
he guides you to move in a slow rhythm, matching the tempo of the song that's playing in the background. it's a song that you would usually think is overrated and has been played to hell and back, but in the moment, drunk on the cozy atmosphere, you think it's nice. you briefly wonder what song you would choose for your first dance at your own wedding.
it's just a fleeting thought. you've been having those all day.
jeongin's wedding was beautiful. everything was done to perfection, and you have no doubt that most of it was overseen by his girlfriend.
nope, correction: she's his wife now.
nevertheless, you've been imagining yourself and minho in a similar setting. you in a stunning white dress. him, dashing in a classy suit. the two of you exchanging vows with teary eyes in front of your friends and families. the cats as ring bearers. sealing forever with a deep kiss and fond smiles.
as you continue to sway along to the music, you wrap your arms around minho's neck and pull him closer. there's something in the way that he's been treating you all day that makes you melt even more than it usually does. he's been more touchy; there's not a single moment where his hands aren't on your body in any way, whether it be a hand on your knee, on the small of your back, or an arm around your waist. minho isn't often overt with his affection like that; he tends to dote on you in the privacy of your own loving bubble, away from anyone and everyone.
then, there's the softness that he's looking at you with in his chocolate brown eyes. it's warm, saccharine; it makes you feel like you two are the only people left in the room even though this is supposed to be someone else's big day.
"i love you," he says suddenly, brushing his nose against yours before leaning in just a tad closer to your lips, "you mean the world to me."
it's rare for minho to say things like this out of the blue. he's a man of few words after all.
he's full of surprises today, it seems.
"what's the occasion?" you ask with a coy smile.
"no occasion. just wanted to tell you that."
you close the distance, pressing your lips against his as his arms wrap themselves tighter around your body. "i love you too," you smile against him.
he mirrors your smile, and kisses you deeper. he's so sweet today, so openly loving with you even as your friends around you watch on.
you have an inkling that maybe, just maybe, he's been thinking the same things as you.
you stay in each other's arms until the song ends, then another one, then a couple more, just basking in soothing glow of love that's covering the air tonight. minutes pass with kisses shared, until it's finally time for the bouquet toss.
minho reluctantly lets you leave his side for the first time since the morning. his eyes follow you as you move to the front of the room, standing a comfortable distance away from the bride. you've never really been interested in this kind of things anyway; you're just doing it for the sake of participation.
everyone else is engrossed in what's about to happen, their eyes fixed on the bride and the peonies in her hands, but minho is only focused on you. you, who's trying to blend in with the group of people and undoubtedly praying that the bouquet doesn't make its way into your hands. you, whom he thinks looks so beautiful, all dolled up for the special occasion. you, who made his heart stutter when you walked into the room in your pretty dress and flashed him a bashful smile. (but who is he kidding? you make his heart want to give out and run away every single morning when he wakes up and sees you peacefully sleeping in his arms.)
just you. always only you.
you, you, you.
you don't hang in the moon in the sky. you are the moon, you are the stars.
minho watches you watch the bride as she counts down from 3, then flings the bouquet up in the air while everyone waits with bated breath. it's a mess of flailing arms from what he can tell, a couple of the bridesmaids practically fighting each other to try and grab the damn thing.
you try to make yourself smaller, to duck lower so that the others could have the honor instead of you. but when the flowers come hurling toward you, you have no choice but to raise your hands and catch it, lest you want to be lobbed in the face with a bouquet of peonies.
some of the people around you sigh frustratedly, but most of the guys around minho suddenly burst into loud cheers. they clap him on the back and shake him by the shoulders but still, he remains transfixed on you and your adorable wide-eyed expression. your parted lips and doe eyes blinking fast as a rosy flush creeps up your skin.
your eyes find him in an instant, and you both just stare at each other for a moment. he reckons that you're trying to gauge his reaction, because the room is now filled with excited squeals of congratulations and half-hearted jokes of how you and minho are going to be the next ones to get hitched.
you look uncertain, still frozen in place with your hands clutching the peonies.
but then he just smiles, and it makes you smile too, your body immediately relaxing as you give him a wave using the bouquet, your shoulders slumping slightly when you release a sigh.
to minho, it doesn't matter whether you caught the flowers or not; neither of you believes in that kind of stuff anyway. it doesn't matter because he's always known that he was going to marry you, that there's no one else he would rather spend the rest of his life with.
it doesn't matter because unbeknownst to you, he's already got a velvet box hidden somewhere in your shared home, with a gorgeous diamond ring inside just waiting for the day it can be put on your finger.
