If I Had To Think Of One Thing Lacking In The 2005 Pride And Prejudice Movie, It's Got Be The Lake Scene.
If I had to think of one thing lacking in the 2005 pride and prejudice movie, it's got be the lake scene.
I'm not saying that the world would be a better place with a Matthew lake scene, but that's exactly what I'm saying.

Crack Theory: Adrien Doesn’t Exist
Or at least, Adrien never truly existed.
He was created by His “Mother” and the Peacock Miraculous. She couldn’t have children with Gabriel, so she decided the next logical thing was to use a magical artifact and a elder god to get one. He was created by Duusuu (Since we know from the Ladybug new episode that the Peacock Miraculous can create people), fully formed, one year before the series starts, and reality had to shift in order to have him be in it.
This is why Marinette didn’t know about him before he came to school, it’s because she is really susceptible to lies, and what bigger lie than a boy continued existence being fake?
This is the reason why Mrs Agreste is in a magical coma and Duusuu is missing. The strain was too much for both of them, and Duusuu had to go dormant, as did Mrs Agreste.
This is why Adrien is so naive about everything, he was literally born yesterday, yet this is also the reason why he is so “perfect” in the eyes of everyone he meets.
He is a glitch in the matrix. A perfect son and boy that shouldn’t have existed. Yet here it is, and people minds are (unknowingly to him and them) warped by him.
THIS is the reason why everyone acts so irrational about him, why Kagami falls for him so hard a random photo makes her go in a Akuma Jealous Rage, why Marinette turns into a Stalker or why Chloe is “like that,” or even why Gabriel is such a paranoid fuck yet so uncaring toward him.
For Prolonged exposure to him will slowly make people realize that something is wrong with him, but the Peacock miraculous will not allow that, so it warps their minds just like it warps reality, making them reason that the boy isn’t wrong, he is perfect, perfect for them and perfect for everything, and must be protected and loved no matter the cost.
Which is why no one is head over heels for him as Chat Noir. The Black Cat Miraculous is stronger than the Peacock one, so it counters it’s effects on the boy and those around him while at the same time keeping him real. This is why Plagg is always hungry and lazy, and why Chat Noir has less powers than Ladybug, he has to expend most of his energy to keep everything from going eldritch horror on their assess, and is such a tiring task he has to divert most of his powers on it, thus limiting Adrien’s true abilities, and having to recharge constantly.
And this is why Gabriel’s price for his wish would be too much, for to awaken Mrs. Agreste from her slumber he’d need to cancel her own wish, and erase Adrien from existence once more, nobody the wiser, nobody to even remember that he was even there to begin with.
Nobody but a little black elder god.
Chat noir is adorable. Gabriel finally hugs Adrien. Lila proves again that she is the ultimate bitch.
That's it. That's the episode.
And I now ship Gabriel and Natalie.

I bet Aspik tried to stop multiple times, actually. He’d reset, turn to Ladybug, and say “I don’t think I can do this. It’s not working”. And she’d touch his shoulder, tell him she believed in him, and he’d try again.
Eventually, he had to just detransform. Because if he said anything to her, he knew she’d try to convince him otherwise.
