hi! so there seems to be lots of speculation and rumors/drama going on recently to do with jk and jm now too - and people clearly will have different opinions on it all - but from that small glimpse in Jimins live today, they appear to be exactly the same old jikook - it reminded me a lot of Jimins birthday live in 2021 - and Jimin literally went from 🙂 to 😁🤩 when he saw jungkook enter the room! very cute

so whilst it of course doesn’t “prove” anything about if jk/jm are or ever were more than just friends, don’t you think it’s safe to say nothing between them has changed (on the surface anyway)? Same old smiley lovely jikook

Hi anon. I think I can go on record and tell everyone that I am NOT an insecure jikooker. Never have been and unless they prove me wrong, I never will be. I give myself a healthy dose of non-delulu pills every once in awhile just to check in and make sure I’m not leaning heavily into any sort of confirmation bias. But I think it’s safe to say that after the two minutes that we saw of them on screen today, they are definitely the real deal and nothing has changed. I was watching it before work and was so confused when Jimin LIT UP (literally he was smiling from ear to ear instant switch flipped) and started yelling JK. I was like JK isn’t on screen yet why is he yelling? Only to find out that it’s cuz JK was in the room 🥹 he lights up the room for Jimin yall. Makes Mimi starry eyed heart eyed and everything 😭 The 2021 Jimin bday live is by far my favorite Jikook moment. I watched it live (not to brag 💅🏻) and knew the second Jimin smiled and leaned forward to accept the phone call that it was Jungkook. I also got the same vibe today. I have some other ramblings about it that I’ll probably type out into a post. But yes, it was very cute, and flirty, and flustering and everything in between. I hope we will see them in the same frame again but with the camera crew cropping them from the waist down, something tells me probably not 🤣

Wish Jimin didn’t usher jungkook out so quickly because I have a feeling that’ll be the closest thing we get to a live with them together 😭😭 wish he could’ve stayed longer! they bring such good vibes, Jimins laugh is everything

Oh I was so sad too that Jungkook left nearly immediately 😭 but let’s be real, we know Jimin would have been so distracted and never finished his documentary if JK stayed. Or Jungkook could have been sitting in that chair watching off camera and Jimin would have been giggling nonstop making heart eyes at him. The scenario was always doomed to fail. 😔 I’m just telling myself that Jimin was looking out for his baby who needed to go home and rest after practice and then Jimin would come home later after his work activities were over. They really do bring all the good vibes and are soooo cute.

Yes anon nothing has changed and it was ADORABLE 🥰 but also kinda gave me second hand embarrassment too 🤭 Jikook just can’t hide their flirting like that. Hi anon. I did notice that!!!!!! It was a super interesting micro expression, and I really can’t read it! He almost looked relieved? I watched it several times and that was what I think I settled on. He was pretty much in a daze for the whole Letter saga with Jungkook except for the few times Jungkook made him laugh of course. It was the quickest hug cut literally ever 😂 which is also sus because do I really think they would kiss or get handsy in front of a film crew? No. But JK’s hand was on Jimin’s hip and then the footage cut. So maybe it just looked sus or they really did some kind of cute embrace that would have been too obvious and lasted too long. I don’t know! But I want to know!! I do think he looked a little tense and then relief when the footage cut. I’ve been curious about other jikookers opinions.

Why do these people NEED Jungkook to be a fuckboy so bad? It's so WEIRD. The "kpop idols can have whoever they want" is only used when talking about Jungkook, and it's not from today that people have this unhealthy, weird obsession with him being straight and wishing that he fucks every girl that he breathes next to, probably fucking y/n's, weirdos. I mean, the other day I saw a tweet that literally said Jungkook couldn't stand next to a woman, with the innuendo that he couldn't stand next to them without flirting or wanting to fuck. What the fuck is wrong with these people? Why can't they just leave him alone? Yes, sure, he grew up, he matured, but that doesn't change the fact that he IS a romantic, and that doesn't change just because the person has money and fame... Not everyone wants random hookups, regardless of fame and money, that's not what life is all about! And smoking and drinking have no correlation with sex or a "fuckboy lifestyle", it's just how some people like to relieve themselves from stress, or they just want to have a good time. God forbid!

Hi anon. I agree with you. I wish I knew why they need it so bad or maybe I don’t. I can’t comprehend people’s obsession with Jungkook as some hetero fuckboy. I definitely think they are a bunch of y/n weirdos that need to project that onto him so they feel like they could have a “chance” 🤢 if they ever met him. I really don’t think my asexuality is to blame for why this kind of behavior grosses me out so much, but maybe it is.

Jungkook is a romantic. But it just goes to show that these people aren’t actually fans of his. They just probably watch thirst trap TikToks of him so they can have whatever mental image of him that they want. Because if they actually watched content and saw how he truly is, they would have a hard time keeping up their fantasy.

Smoking is huge in Korea. It’s an appetite suppressant, and skinny is extremely glorified there, so smoking equals less food (don’t even get me started). And their work culture is super toxic capitalism that glorifies working super long hours, so smoking allows for breaks and is a means to cope with stress. Alcohol consumption is huge there too not just celebs everyone. So yeah, there is no correlation. Plus, our little introvert likes to drink at home. I’m sure he goes out sometimes, but Jungkook seems to be a homebody like me. But sure, he’s meeting all these women at clubs and bars and hooking up way them in the name of “fuckboy lifestyle”. I’ll say it again, that I think his musical direction lately caused an uptick in these people. They are discovering him for the first time, seeing him hip thrusting on stage, singing hetero songs, and declaring that as who he is off stage too. Thus, fueling the y/ns that already existed in the fandom allowing them to be louder and even more annoying. I hate it, truly. Jungkook is really good about shutting people down, but there are always those that refuse to listen. Like those in my ask box saying that he never shut down rumors. 🙄 I haven’t seen another idol receive the same labeling as JK. As someone who is a true fan of his as a human being not just for his talent, it’s disheartening. I keep trying to see MS as a positive thing (probably so I can cope) if anything good can come out of it, can it please be that these weird people find something else to do and forget about the tannies come 2025?
