There are two types of recent foreign policy paradigm shifters.
The first is someone who always supported the CIA and the US in general until Biden got in and our main enemy was Putin and they also hate that Biden supports Lula.
The second is someone who was anti America until Putin came in and Russia adopted capitalism and the US started looking more progressive to the left. They love that Biden supports Lula.
I have seen both of these types. Older leftists who opposed sending aid to Bosnia against Milosevic but now admit they were wrong and fully support Ukraine. Older reactionaries who wanted to bomb the hell of Vietnam but now think US imperialism is an issue and love Putin.
criticize biden on whatever but remember that this dip in his approval rating was actually caused by the removal of troops from afghanistan and that absolute hammering he got in the press for it
