So I made good on my promise to dress up as my favorite character from "The Hunger Games" for Halloween this year. Obviously, her normal over-the-top Capitol looks featured in the first and second films wasn't going to be possible given my budget, which is why I was so glad that Effie Trinket had a minimalist appearance for "Mockingjay". With a few minor changes, I was glad to have pulled it off. Really glad I went for this one, and I look forward to my costume for next year's Halloween!
