Does anyone else have an internal soundtrack to their everyday lives? Like if I’m feeling confident, my head starts blaring “Main Attraction” but the other 99.9% of the time I just hear “Sound of Silence”

Is it weird to think that there are just somethings we physically cannot imagine? When we break a bone, for as long as it’s broken, we can’t imagine the day when we’re healed. When it’s winter, for some reason we can’t imagine fully the reality of summer, even though we know it’s coming and what it feels like, when you get your heart broken, you know there will never be a day that goes by when you don’t feel that hurt, even though you know that someday it will hurt less. But until that day, weeks and months and years away, you’ll only know the pain because it’s in the now.

Being single and never knowing how a real, healthy relationship feels because it’s never been in your past so how could it be in your future?

So, I got a question for y’all: who do you guys think is more likely to defeat Thanos, the TID, TMI or the TDA gang? Its for science.

Just because someone has made a lot of mistakes in their life does not mean they will always be the one making them. Their hero could become the villain, and it isn’t right to assume that the seemingly broken are the ones that keep breaking things. Sometimes...we’re only broken because other people like to watch the pieces break.

Has anyone else ever had that feeling, that thing where your listening to a swell in the music or reading a certain angsty part of a book or watching this gut wrenching, climax building moment of a movie or television show and suddenly you just get this overwhelming tidal wave of emotions and and sense of yearning and longing for something that’s far beyond your control and you end up with tears in your eyes because you know there’s so much more for you out there but unlike the fictional characters you cling to, you have no way of finding that kind of all consuming purpose?

Cause like...I think about this a lot.

One Last Goodbye

After the Battle of Hogwarts, Harry eventually gets around to telling the Weasley’s all that happened in the last year (and longer, let’s be real) and what led him to facing Voldemort alone. When he gets to the part about the Stone, George freezes. When Harry mentions oh so casually that he dropped it somewhere in the woods and left it there, George can’t breathe. When they all go their separate ways that night, George sneaks off enough ways to Disapparate and ends up on the borders of Hogsmeade. He’s trying to be quiet but he’s breathing too loud and his heart is echoing in his head, and he’s sure the sound is leaking from the hole where his ear used to be. And then he’s in the woods and Lumos just isn’t bright enough and he doesn’t know where he’s going but he’s got to try - and suddenly he sees this perfectly sculpted pebble, obsidian black, and he just knows and he picks it up, turns it over -

“Hey Georgie.”

“Fred.”
