do any other systems have switches that are more like. shifts? like its less its this person then switch then its this guy its more. its this guy now its blurry then it feels like this other guy but its like, consistent?

for us theres usually no moment of bam ur done fronting its this other guy now, its more u kinda blur out then this other guy blurs in (or other guys). i always felt kinda weird about it bcs it felt like we were 'switching wrong'

Youā€™re not wrong for defending yourself. Be selfish. Take pride in yourself. Live a life youā€™re proud of, and donā€™t let anyone elseā€™s negative view of you bring you down. Because this is your life.

Itā€™s your life. If theyā€™re not happy with it, itā€™s not their problem.

Iā€™m apart of a system that struggles to defend themselves. Protectors sometimes fail to do this because other alters hold them back in fear of being perceived in a negative light.

But you donā€™t need to worry about that.

Today, I want you to make a list of the things you can and canā€™t control in your life. The things you have no control over? Donā€™t worry about them. Now, itā€™ll hurt when those things donā€™t go your way. Thatā€™s fine. Itā€™s normal, even. But you should put more of your focus on what you can control.

Weā€™re starting a new journal to help our mental health. Iā€™m going to post the exercises weā€™re doing so that you may join us as we try and improve our mental health and self-confidence.

something i'm not sure i'll ever fully get used to about being plural is secondhand emotions

like, i am just sitting here (slightly blurry, but very much me) and scrolling through tiktok, and BOOM i'm anxious

but no, i'm not anxious. i feel anxious but i'm not, i feel FINE, it's just someone else is feeling anxious and apparently that is a Group Project

i do not enjoy the anxiety group assignments (/j /lh)
