Hey kiddo, feeling scared or anxious? Let’s walk through it.
Step 1 : What’s making you scared or anxious?
This is important, because sometimes we have a hard time figuring out why we feel anxious. If you identify it, it helps with the next steps.
Step 2: Can you change it?
If you can change it, then change it to make you more comfortable!
If you can’t change it, let’s keep talking.
Step 3: So you’re anxious about something and you can’t change it, what can you do to change how you feel?
Here’s where coping skills come in handy! Do something that makes you happy, imagine your thoughts as a bubble and watch them float away, or any other skill you find helpful. The goal here is to make you feel better even if you can’t change the situation or what’s happening.
Couldn’t change how you feel? Talk to someone, kiddo. Whether it be a trusted friend or family member or a professional, talking about what makes you feel scared can help you.

food log for 6/25/20 (yesterday)
1 cup of beef broth (the box said 5 cal. per serving and I only had 1 serving) 1 small spinach omelette ( 113 cal) 1 1/2 chicken strips (185 cal.) 1 cup of black coffee (1 cal.) ended up puking up most of this stuff so idk how much I actually got to digest send help my throat still hurts
