Archangel Haniel/Anael is the angel of grace and joy. She can bring poise and harmony to situations and environments, and also the concept of wholeness.

🌟 Appreciating art, music, poetry and the human form

🌟 Be an advocate of justice in your spaces

🌟 Practice being a mediator or work to mediate yourself in conversations if you find yourself being combative often

🌟 Learn to redirect energy that isn't useful in certain areas of life. For example, if you find yourself being angry at things a lot, work on redirecting that anger into something better or productive

🌟 Support businesses and places run by women

🌟 Taking some time in nature and meditating on how it's part of the world around you

🌟 Study the language of flowers. Maybe create a gift around flowers for someone close to you in the name of Haniel

🌟 Find things in life that pleasure you. Work towards implementing it more in your life

🌟 Embrace your sexuality, even if that means coming to terms with your asexuality!

🌟 Think about the relationships you have in your life and whether or not some may need to be cut off for more harmony

🌟 If there's a social media platform or even a content creator you've been meaning to depart from, but haven't because of social pressure, having Haniel by your side is a great incentive to rebalance the control you hold on your time

🌟 Learn more about the moon and her phases

🌟 Look into herbalism, even just one really nice all rounder recipe to be a little healer amongst the people around you

🌟 Meditate to Haniel and imagine a halo atop your head that can shine harmony where you go
