SUMMARY: Thomas and Tiny talk about Gally and rejection.

"What do you see in him?" Thomas askes sitting down beside Tiny, motioning towards Gally.

The only girl in the glade and his best-friend. She’d only joined a couple months before he did and yet for some reason she drooled all over Gally. The builders chief. Going out of her way to please the guy. Though from everything that Thomas has witnessed, he wasnt giving her the time of day. Its pathetic. Though he wasn’t in any position to be judgemental.

"Excuse me?" Tiny hums in acknowledgment her. Her attention unwavering.

"Gally, hey-" Thomas calls turning her head in his direction before continuing. "He treats you like shit and you kiss the ground he walks on. Does it not bother you? Why not move on?"

"Of course it bothers me Tommy. I have feelings just like everyone else but i dont know. I could give you a million and one excuses and it still wouldnt explain how he makes me feel. You know? Yeah rejection hurts like a motherfucker but all it takes is a smile, a kiss to my cheek or forehead, his skin on mine in general and its like the pain was never there." Tiny rambles on grinning, eyes as bright as stars as she shakes his shoulders in excitement.

Thomas nods in understanding. He understood. He didnt know when he’d fallen in love with the girl who was in love with the guy who hated his guts. It was pathetic… but he couldnt find it in him to be mad at it.

"And i mean come on. Moving on? If it were that easy. Heartbreak wouldnt hurt as bad as it does. It doesnt help that he treats me like an absolute princess. He’s such a sweetheart. You know im very peculiar with how i eat my food? It has to be a certain way or i’ll starve. It’s not like we have many options in the glade but i just cannot force myself to swallow the food if it isnt a certain way and i’d die before offending frypan. So i’d end up starving until Gally realized and started to go out of his way to plate my food for me?" Tiny sighs leaning her head against Thomas shoulder, her gaze trailing back to Gally who was rough housing with the guys.

"He built me a shack, so i’d have my privacy and be alone. God his hugs are the best. He’s always so gentle with me. I mean just look at him-"

"Alright! Alright. I get it. You’re in love with him." Thomas huffs playfully shrugging the girl off. Trying to ignore ache in his chest.

"Yup! And he’s in love with me. He just doesnt know it yet!" Tiny grins, pressing a kiss to the boys cheek after having heard Gally call out to her. "Welp my husband calls! Later Tommy!"

Tommy hums, watching Gally hand the girl a plate of assorted food, that doesnt touch with a kiss to her forehead. The two walk from Thomas’s sight.

Thomas understood the girls words. More than he liked.

Luffy & Zoro thoughts

so I saw a post about how if Luffy asked zoro to kill one of the straw hats Zoro would do it. (Oda confirmed)

The majority of the comments were all like oh yeah Zoro would, but he also knows Luffy would never ask him to do such a thing, at least without a good reason or if he wasn't in his right mind.

This was also my first thought as well, but then I thought about it more. I mean I really thought about it…and that's not even remotely true.

Now, I don't doubt Zoro killing one of the straw hats if Luffy told him to, but it's the "he knows Luffy would never ask him to" That's the part I dont agree with.

That's just not true at all, because Zoro is one of the few besides Robin that doesn't try to make sense of Luffy or how he thinks.

But let's say for the sake of this argument that. That is true and Zoro knows that Luffy would never ask him to do it...That doesn't negate the fact that Zoro would still kill a straw hat if Luffy said so. So I guess that part of situation really doesn't matter. Zoro will do what Luffy asks of him either way.

Why?

Because Luffy is not the type of person/captain to give DIRECT orders in the first place. Have you realized that?

I can count on one hand how many times Luffy has given a direct order in general, but we're going to focus on Zoro for right now.

Albasta. When Luffy told Zoro to save Smoker. "Zoro. Quick! You have to save Smokey!"

Ennies Lobby. When Luffy told Zoro to cut the sea train carts in half. "Okay, Zoro. Cut them."

In Alabasta when Luffy told Zoro to save Smoker. Zoro protested not understanding why Luffy would want to save the enemy. Not caring about the fact that Smoker was a devil fruit user and would've died without his help. He expressed how much he didn't want to do it, but he did it anyways.

Ignoring Sanji when he picked at him for saving Smoker, but when Smoker came to and questioned Zoro on why he saved his life?

Zoro's reasoning was. "I was just following my captain's orders. It was just another one of his crazy whims. Pay it no mind."

I think this was when Zoro really started to not question Luffy. Deciding it'd be a lot easier on every one if he just went with it rather than trying to make sense of his captain.

Not just that but Zoro is his own man. He doesnt follow Luffy blindly. It's just that the majority of the time. Luffy and Zoro are on the same wavelength mentally. They're cut from the same cloth. Though, Luffy is more of a wild card. He does what he wants, when he wants, wherever the hell he wants to. Where as Zoro is a lot more put together and thought out. Luffy is pure instinct and feeling driven.

I dont think you guys realize that Zoro would've killed the lot of them excluding Luffy a long time ago. Especially Nami, Robin, and Franky. When he found out they betrayed Luffy.

Zoro has made it very clear that there is NOTHING that he is not prepared to do. BUT he always leaves decisions like these up to Luffy and Luffy never gives Zoro an answer. He always says "I want to find out for myself. I want them to tell me this to my face."

As for Luffy?

I do believe there is a possibility of Luffy asking Zoro to kill a straw hat.

Because it's like I said earlier. Luffy is completely instinct driven. He does what he wants, when he wants, wherever he wants.

Luffy woke up one day and decided to become the king of the pirates and come to find out thats only a requirement of his real dream.

So what the hell is stopping him from waking up one day and deciding you know what? I want you all dead.

The only ones I feel like Luffy wouldn't kill is obviously Zoro, Robin, and Chopper. And maybe Jinbei. And MAYBE brook since he's been wanting a musician since day one.

But the rest of them? DEAD.

What's stopping him from changing his definition of freedom and wiping the world of one-piece CLEAN?

Especially since Zoro would still follow him?

Get real. Everyone would be cooked. Those two have always been a dangerous duo even before their awakening and haki. They'd be unstoppable now of all times.

Well... That's my thoughts on the matter anyways..

Gon vs. Killua.

Can we talk about why this is even an argument?

Killua wouldn't stand a fucking chance against Gon not that either of them would fight each other to begin with.

One person said that Gon is stronger than Killua but that's all there is to it and that Killua had assassin training and stuff like that.

Another person said that Killua is stronger along with his family and stuff like that.

THAT'S LITERALLY BULLSHIT.

Gon is stronger and somewhat smarter than Killua.

Killua is definitely smarter in general.. like books smart but Gon is smarter than Killua by the mile when it comes to getting himself out of tough spots and coming up with plans.

This kid Gon jumps head first into everything EXPECTING it to be hard and challenging! He keeps his word and that's hard to do!

If Killua hadn't stopped Gon from helping Kite... I'm sorry but I know Gon would've saved Kite. And I can't blame Killua for doing that since he still had his brother's needle in his head.

KILLUA KILLS PEOPLE. THATS LITERALLY IT. Gon defeats people without killing people and that's why it seems like Killua is undefeated.

I mean Gon literally forced his entire being to age to whoop that one ants ass. KILLUA COULD FUCKING NEVER DUDE.

Even Killua underestimates Gon. He knows Gon is better than him in every way. He's literally always in his head about holding Gon back and blah blah blah.

And idk if you guys have noticed but Gon is always holding his true strength and his brains behind his childish personality, but he is FAR from dumb.

If Killua would've killed Gon's aunt meto? Game fucking over. Gonw couldn't need to age this time.

I just realized something about luffy.

Everytime he finishes liberating a country or saving someone or whatever. He doesn't leave until the person he saves sends him off.

Like that old man cricket who had his gold stolen by (I can't remember his name but you guys know who I'm talking about) and luffy returns it and just stares at him. Ignoring his crew calling out to him about being late.

Or maybe he does try to leave but somehow he ends up staying until they send him off. Like on Fishman island and want.

Both times he tried to leave and both times he was delayed.

I only just realized this when I finished the the dead end adventure film.

I wonder why that is...

It's amazing with how much I rewatch one piece. I still learn something new each time.

Romantic Rant

Why is the romance so recycled today? It's like everyone sticks to one mold when it comes to romance in any capacity. Whether its in writing or on screen.

Unless its gay romance but we'll get into that later.

There are so many tropes that are collecting cobwebs. COMPLETELY untouched. Hell barely even explored.

So many interesting tropes I'm ITCHING to see.

Why are there no romance pieces about a mc villian. Who's a villian for the hell of it. Not because they need an excuse like childhood trauma but because they want to. and the love interest could be a hero or a bystander. An important one. Whether its in strength or connections.

And they fall in love with eachother. and the hero slowly converts to a villian. WITHOUT THE VILLIAN HAVING TO SEDUCE THEM OR COHOARSE THEM. THEY DO IT BECAUSE THEY LOVE THE VILLIAN SO MUCH. Okay.

Maybe they hide it from the villian. in fear that the villian would not love them anymore since they fell inlove with the hero side of them. but the villian finds out and reassures them that they care.

Like for example Black Fire and Connor from Titans 2018. It was blackfires (villian) dream and plan to go back to her home planet and be queen, but connor (hero) didnt want her to leave him after they'd just agreed to be a duo. So he sabotages her ship and only way back home.

She doesn't scold him or shows any hint at anger towards him. In fact she defends him against star fire who was pissed at what connor just did.

(When I say hero and villian I dont mean in the literal sense with capes and super powers. Just in general a good and bad guy.)

What about a reverse stalker trope? Kinda like the tv series YOU.

Except the mc is a sweetheart. Cries when they step on a bug types. Easy going and soft hearted. hard to please but when they are pleased. they fall hard and get obsessive. To which they admit to, though no one takes it seriously.

Love interest comes into the picture. They could be a complete nobody. A emo. Someone who's easily forgotten in a crowd. A weirdo that people tend to stray away from. been accused of murder but other than that actually pretty normal... other than the fact they've been stalking the MC and slowly inserting themselves into their lives.

They fall in love. Yada yada yada. eventually the LI finds out that the MC is connected to the murders the LI was originally accused of. So they question the MC and the MC not trying to hide it admits to everything. THe murders and eventually admitting to being the stalker and kind of manipulating the LI into thinking they were the stalker. etc etc. the MC goes onto saying it's too late to have second thoughts. it's me or death. etc

I feel like that'd be such an interesting romance show. From romantic to straight thriller.

Why are there like ZERO femdomxsubmale romances? And I'm not talking about sexually. Strictly domesticated. Like A fem character with a dominate personality dating a nerdy frail guy. Like erica and stiles.

Or Wednesday and the guy she kissed at the camp in the the addams family movie!

Or like jade and beck from victorious. (Jade was the toxic one and I dont want to here shit abt it fr.)

I literally have an original story about a queen pin x rookie cop.

Why is it that the majority of the straight romance stories with fem MC... Write them as the biggest damn red flag ever.

Why is she physically, mentally, and verbally assaulting the male love interest with the excuse of daddy issues...

This is another reason why I didnt like the enemys to lovers trope until i realize that the ones that i read werent written correctly.

This is another reason why I dont like tashiki from one piece. One of the first things she said to zoro was unbelievably offensive and unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that she likes to excuse her being WEAK because she's a woman and they are men. Talk about offensive.

I have so many on screen couples/movies/tv shows I want to talk to people about! Like:

Interview with the vampire THE SERIES. NOT THE DAMN MOVIE.

Shameless. Specifically Ian and Mickey bc they are the greatest written couple in history and the most healthy believe it or not.
