Chez tried to argue with Sammy, but they had put their foot down and weren't moving on this. With a bit of quiet arguing (to make sure not to wake anyone else up) Sammy was able to get Chez to go to bed.

It was late, the kind of late where you don't really have any idea what the actual time is you just know you should be asleep. So why wasn't Bug asleep?

Well they had been asleep until a couple of minutes ago, they had heard a voice-like sound from outside and couldn't get back to sleep until they figured out what it was. They hurriedly got dressed before heading out the door, the carried a torch with them and as they went deeper into the garden the voice became louder and clearer until Bug spotted the source of the voice

"...Chez?"

Chester was sat on the grassy ground, a florist guide on one side of him and a journal on the other. He glanced up at Bug, the bags under his eyes deep and defined

"Huh-? Oh *Bug* it's just you, what are you doing out this late?"

Bug explained that they heard him from inside before turning the question on him, asking wtf he was doing out this late. Chester's head dropped in embarrassment as he realised he had woken Bug up

"Ah...sorry *Bug*, didn't mean to awaken you. You see these flowers have been growing for ages and now they've finally bloomed! And I have to get a report written on them straight away, otherwise my results won't be as good as they could be!"

Bug tries to reason that it's way too late for Chester to be out here on his own and that it was obvious he needed sleep, but Chester simply shrugged off their concerns saying that he was fine and needed to finish his write up

3. No, poor baby has social anxiety and isn't old enough to drink (he's about 19-20) so they're just sitting in a corner with their Sprite waiting to go home.

4. Sammy is trying their best to hold back their own tears while he hears the two argue in the kitchen (it reminds them of his parents) but when Daisy asks him that, it absolutely broke their heart. Sammy could see so much in the kid, and wished he could do something about it.

And after saying that and calming Daisy down a bit, Sammy took the two kiddos outside to play. By the time Chez and Audrey realized the trip was gone and went looking for them, they found Sammy on the ground holding a bug and telling the two kids cool facts about it.

Chez had to go back to his childhood house, his Father hadn't been home for a week and his Mother was still staying with his auntie to try and get over...things, so he had to take care of Fran and Daisy, neither of which wanted to leave home. Chez didn't want to alone, that house gives him so many memories, good and bad, it was overwhelming to be there alone so Bugs been dragged along!

They were all in the living room, Daisy was running around, climbing over all the furniture as Chez tried to get her to calm down. Fran on the other hand was peacefully sat playing with puppets, Bug being forced to watch her show

Then the door opened and Audrey walked in, Daisy was the first to spot her and happily ran over calling for her sister joyously, Daisy jumped into Audrey arms and she held her close

"Daisy! Oh darling! I thought you were with auntie Lis-"

She spotted Bug and Chez, her smile dropped slightly as she put Daisy back on the floor. She stared at Chez as she tried to suppress the anger sparking in her eyes

"Chester, didn't expect to see you and your..."

She glanced at Bug then back to Chez

"friend. Could we have a word in the kitchen please?"

Chez and Audrey go to the kitchen, mere seconds later yelling is heard. Audrey is angry because after he killed her bf she had told Chez to leave and never come back to the house. Chez argued that he had to come to take care of the kids since she decided work was more important than them. She kept saying he promised never to come back and he kept saying that what he did was justified, Erik was abusive why was she defending him?

As the yelling got louder Daisy got quieter, Fran seemed unaffected, choosing to ignore the yelling from next door but Daisy...she was too young to do that, she was forced to hear everything being said. Then she sat beside Bug, looked up at them and spoke with tears in her eyes

"why do Ray and Chezzy hate each other? *sniff* Is this why they left me with Auntie?"
