1. Sammy notices that Duarte looks like she doesn't want to be there so he walks over to the table with the two.
"hey Duarte! Funny to see you here, could you help me get the rest of the groceries? I'm planning on making a big dinner for all the bugs and I might need some help with carrying things"
Seeing the opportunity to leave, Duarte says a quick goodbye to the woman before following Sammy to get the rest of the supplies for dinner.
2. *Looks at Sammy in all his aromanticness* I don't think that would be a problem...
3. Sammy slowly sits next to Duarte and speaks softly as to not scare her.
"hey Duarte, can you hear me?"
"...yeah..."
"that's good, can you see me?" Sammy shuffled to sit in front of Duarte and waited for their eyes to focus on him.
"...yeah..."
"ok that's good. Is it ok if I touch you?"
"...yeah..."
With the permissions from Duarte, Sammy slowly takes her hands away from where she was picking at her skin and holds her hands in his.
"ok, I need you to take some deep breaths with me, ok?"
"..ok.."
Sammy slowly lead Duarte to breath in and out deeply with them, slowly running their finger back and forth on her hand so she could feel when to breath in and out.
"there you go. Are you feeling a bit better know?"
"...kind 'a..."
"that's good. Do you know what I could do to help you?"
"mhh... Talk an touch..."
Sammy just smiled as he continued to hold Duarte's hand and talk about random things that came to mind, happy as they watched Duarte come back to herself.
4. He's autistic and one of the things that he does is he likes to walk on his toes :3

Bug Questions to stave off the existential dread
1 - Scenario timee
Your bug was sent into town to grab some supplies, and things are going pretty well. They've ticked off most of their list, and were just looking for one final thing when they came across a small cafe. It was very rustic looking, and there were tables and chairs arranged outside it. Sitting at one such table was Duarte, slightly hunched over and picking at the end of her scarf. On the other side was a stern looking woman who looked uncannily like her. Your bug overhears some of their conversation.
"Why the hell are you acting like this? I'm sorry I haven't been around, but this just- I'm trying. I want to be around."
The woman just sneers at her, annoyed. "Oh this has to be a joke- what do you want from me? Are you here to beg for money? I swear you are just like your father-"
What does your bug do?

The bugs haven't seen Duarte in a little while. That isn't unusual in of itself, she's never been the most social, but she's usually around at least. So your bug gets worried and decides to go and check on them.
Your bug knocks on the door to her room. There's no answer, so they knock again. No answer. Shrugging, your bug decides to go in anyway.
Your bug opens the door to see Duarte, sitting on the floor. She's staring at a wall, her eyes glassy and not really seeing anything. She doesn't respond when your bug asks what's going on, but she is mumbling something.
"I'm not here... I'm not here..."
Your bug gets closer. Duarte's breathing is shallow and fast, and she's picking at her skin. It's bleeding. Her gaze is a thousand miles away.
What does your bug do?

1. He doesn't really have any dreams, it's usually either a dreamless sleep or nightmares
2. Small group of close friends! He doesn't like big groups, and has a hard time talking to people he isn't close with.

4. When he's in a really bad mindset he'll hit/scratch himself to get some sort of stimulation
5. Not really, they're a really respectful person but can be pretty blunt, so to neurotypical people he might be seen as rude.
6. Sammy isn't one to be mean, but if it's for a friend's greater good, they'll be as mean as they need to be.
"I hate to do this Chez, but either you come in willingly, you get dragged to bed by me, or I'm waking people up to get you to bed."
Chez tried to argue with Sammy, but they had put their foot down and weren't moving on this. With a bit of quiet arguing (to make sure not to wake anyone else up) Sammy was able to get Chez to go to bed.
(the second Chez's head hit the pillow he was out like a light lol)

It was late, the kind of late where you don't really have any idea what the actual time is you just know you should be asleep. So why wasn't Bug asleep?
Well they had been asleep until a couple of minutes ago, they had heard a voice-like sound from outside and couldn't get back to sleep until they figured out what it was. They hurriedly got dressed before heading out the door, the carried a torch with them and as they went deeper into the garden the voice became louder and clearer until Bug spotted the source of the voice
"...Chez?"
Chester was sat on the grassy ground, a florist guide on one side of him and a journal on the other. He glanced up at Bug, the bags under his eyes deep and defined
"Huh-? Oh *Bug* it's just you, what are you doing out this late?"
Bug explained that they heard him from inside before turning the question on him, asking wtf he was doing out this late. Chester's head dropped in embarrassment as he realised he had woken Bug up
"Ah...sorry *Bug*, didn't mean to awaken you. You see these flowers have been growing for ages and now they've finally bloomed! And I have to get a report written on them straight away, otherwise my results won't be as good as they could be!"
Bug tries to reason that it's way too late for Chester to be out here on his own and that it was obvious he needed sleep, but Chester simply shrugged off their concerns saying that he was fine and needed to finish his write up

1. Sammy would wait for Jemma to be done with her grandmother, and once she stormed off away from her grandma, Sammy would catch up to her and try to make her feel better by leading her towards a bunch of fun things to do in the town.
(note: a little angsty concept, what if Jemma's grandma saw Sammy go up to Jemma and the grandma got some not-so-good ideas? :3c)

2. Sammy was really nervous to meet her and got really intimidated, but once she and Timmy hugged, Sammy understood that she was just putting on a mean front to survive.
3. Whoops, guess I already answered that :P
4. Sammy felt their heart sink as they watched Fran run off. He hadn't meant to yell at them, he was just so overstimulated and overwhelmed that he didn't know what else to do but explode.
After taking a few minutes in their room to calm themselves down, Sammy went out to try and find Fran.
He found her in Chez's room on the floor, coloring. He slowly approached her before kneeling down. Fran and them didn't talk for a moment as Sammy gathered his words.
"I'm sorry I yelled at you Fran, Ive been very overwhelmed and overstimulated today, and a lot of people have been bothering me so I snapped, but that isn't an excuse to yell at you. I didn't mean to, and I'm so sorry that I did."
After saying that, Sammy looked towards Fran, "I understand if you're still upset, and I also understand if you don't want to forgive me. So if you want me to give you some space, I understand."
Fran then looked at Sammy and signed, 'its ok, I understand. I forgive you' before leaning her head on Sammy's shoulder.
"thank you for forgiving me Fran," Sammy smiled as she went back on to coloring. The two then sat there in silence as Fran colored and Sammy spaced out, enjoying each other's company.
5. ( TW// description of panic attack)
As Chez slammed the door shut Sammy collapsed to the floor with tears in their eyes. They could feel their body shaking as they sobbed from Chez's words.
"oh, nice" they thought as their vision blurred and their ears started to ring, "a panic attack"
Their breathing quickened as their throat closed up, trying their hardest to breath. They just sat on the floor curled up in a ball as they silently sobbed, hoping that the panic attack would end soon so that they could get up and look for Daisy.
What they didn't expect, though, was a little tap on their shoulder. Looking up, Sammy see's a very scared and concerned Daisy.
"Sammy? What's wrong? What happened?"
Sammy felt a giant wave of relief hit him as he saw Daisy.
"D-D-Daisy, Wh-where w-were yo-you" Sammy asked with stuttered breaths.
"I was in Chez's room. I needed more crayons and saw you were asleep, and I didn't want to wake you. I knew Chez had some in his room so I went to get them"
Sammy felt so much relief hit him as he realized that Daisy had just gone off to get more crayons. He felt his panic attack subside a bit, but it was still closing up his airway and making his vision blurry.
"D-Daisy c-can you g-get me my ba-bag ple-please?" Sammy's words were better, but still stuttered as his breathing was still quick.
Daisy quicky padded over to where Sammy had been sitting and grabbed their bag and took it over to them. Sammy opened it quickly with shaky hands as he grabbed something he always kept with him in case of situations like this.
"ooh, what's that?" Daisy asked, having Sammy hold the thing up to show her. It was sour candy.
Sammy popped the candy into his mouth and felt the panic quickly leave as he sucked on it. He doesn't know why it works, but he's glad someone told him about the trick (author note: this is an actual trick to help with panic attacks!! That, and eating a piece of ice :] )
After he was properly calmed down, Sammy and Daisy returned to the floor where she was coloring, and continued to color. This time, Daisy made sure to include Sammy so that way he didn't feel bad.

1) How's your Bug feeling? (at the end of episode 8)
2) What was your Bugs initial opinion on Lora when they first met her?
3) Continuing on from 2, how did their opinion change after the first conversation with her? (If it did change)
4) Moving away from episode 8 (trynna distract us from the pains of that episode 😔) sorta angsty scenario time!!! (distracted with more pain ^^)
Fran and Daisy had been staying with the bugs for a while now, due to Felix and Audrey both being unable to care for them for personal reasons.
For the most part Bug had gotten on pretty well with the two girls, they had taken care of them a few times and had gotten to know them. They had even heard Fran speak a couple of times!!! Which may not sound like much but is a huge deal in regards to Fran!
Today though had not been a great day and Bug was exhausted. They had to decline caring for the kids today and had taken themself off to their room to have some time alone. People kept knocking at the door and initially Bug was nice enough, they simply asked the person to go away for now and said that they would talk later but they were becoming agitated by just how many people seemed to be knocking on their door so when they heard somebody knocking AGAIN they kinda lost it
They stormed over to the door, their voice edging on shouting as they spoke to whoever was behind the door
"Listen, I am not in the mood for you people to be constantly chapping on my door. I am tired, I am sick and I don't want to deal with you right now! So would you please stop being such a bother and leave me in peace!-"
They roughly pulled the door open as they finished speaking, they rubbed their eyes only to hear quite sniffling. They looked down and saw Fran staring up at them, tears beginning to fall from her fear-filled eyes. She froze as the tears fell down her face before slowly signing a single word, 'sorry', and running off to her room
(Yes this sorta is Chezs scenario from another thing flipped, idc)

Bug had to wake up super early today, like stupidly early. Chez had to go out, get some stuff from the local town and visit some people so he couldn't take Daisy with him. Bug was asked to take care of her for a while, just until he got back and they, reluctantly, agreed to watch her.
They were sat in the living room, Daisy on the floor paper and crayon in hand, doodling happily as Bug was on a chair. Their eyes kept falling shut, they tried their best to stay awake but eventually they failed and fell asleep. Bug got to peacefully sleep for a couple of hours until they were awoken by the sound of the door opening and a voice calling from the hall
"Daisy! *Bug*! I'm back!"
Bug went to tell Daisy that her brother was back but upon looking at the spot where Daisy once sat they saw...nobody. There was still the pad of paper and crayons surrounding it, but not Daisy. They searched the room and surrounding hallways still no Daisy.
Chez came into the room, smiling, with bags in his hands. His smile fell slightly as he couldn't spot his sister anywhere in the room. He questioned Bug on where she was and when they revealed that they had fallen asleep & that she was gone by the time they woke up well...he freaked out
The bags fell from his hands as all blood drained from his face, he began to tremble as his fear developed into anger
"Fell asleep? What do you mean you fell asleep?! I asked you to do the simple task of watching Daisy for a while, not even interacting with her, simply watching her! And you fucking fell asleep?"
He kept yelling saying how dangerous it was for a young kid to be out their on her own, that Bug was irresponsible, careless and a wreck, he should have known they weren't to be trsuted with something as important as a young living person. He made his way over to the door to go out & search for Daisy and right before leaving he turned to Bug, mumbling his final words to them
"...if she dies it's all your fault"

1. Depends on what it is, the one thing they always have trouble asking for help with is with their emotions. They bottle them up until they can't handle it anymore and have a melt down :[
2. Sammy would pick either Bodie or Marco, they couldn't sacrifice Timmy, that's oomf :/
3. Any time they do something wrong (or someone makes him think he's done something wrong) it fucks with them for a long time.
4. Yes, and it is very easy to make the poor guy cry
5. Sammy doesn't really want to talk about it. Coming out into the swamp was because of a manic episode they got. They don't have them often, but when they do, they do really extreme, and really bad stuff.
It was always hard to deal with them and talk about them because they would cause him to act really out of character, and he hates that.
6. Sammy is really scared at first, and takes a minute to talk, but when they do they ask:
"wait, you're... Chez's twin... Right?" Sammy asked the ghost
"mhm!" The ghost confirmed
"wow... Chez talked about you a few times," Sammy explained how he knew about Milo.
That got Milo excited, "really? He talks about me?"
The two decided to walk around in the rain and just talk for a while, Milo sharing stories of Chez's past and Sammy sharing stories of Chez's present.
7. Yayy, floor time! Though Sammy would ask Chez to turn down the music a bit because they have sensitive ears
*Massive Explosion* It's question time mfs!!!
1) How bad do things have to get before your Bug asks for help?
2) If the group was trapped right before escaping the arena and Bug was told they had to pick one of the gator boys to die, which boy would they sacrifice?
(They have to pick otherwise they will all die, no avoiding it)
3) Does your Bug often find themself feeling guilty for something they've done? Either in the past or recently?
4) Is your Bug ok with crying around others?
If no, why not? Is there a way to change that?
If yes, how easy is it to make your Bug cry? Are they very emotional?

Life is hard, it always has been. Bug knew that, Bug knew life wasn't going to get easier and that's how they found themselves lost out here.
They had been struggling recently, like really struggling, so one day they decided they would walk out into the swamps and whatever happened...happened. They didn't know where they were going, they didn't know how far from home they were, they simply knew that they were alone.
It had been days since they left the others, days since they decided to run away and hopefully never be seen again. But it wasn't until this exact moment that they realised something...they didn't want to never see them again. The Bugs, the boys, they wanted to see them again. They also realised, at this moment, that they were so lost they'd probably never be able to make it home again
This caused them to break down, they cried as they crouched on the floor, already regretting their choices from days prior. They didn't know what to do, it was all too much and that's when they felt it...a cold hand gently resting on their shoulder as a voice spoke from beside them
"*Bug*? Oh *Bug* we've been looking for you for days! What are you doing all the way...out...here, oh"
Chester knelt beside them, his hand still on their shoulder as he realised what was going on. He wiped some of Bugs tears away as he tried to comfort them
"*Bug*, it's okay, things will be okay. Even if that doesn't look possible right now. They will be, we'll make sure of it..."
Okay generic comfort wasn't helping, he sighed, thought of what he could say that may help in some way then stood up and began to speak once more
"Look I want to help but I think in order to help I need to know what's going on, so why not we make our way home and if you want you can talk about what's up on the way there, ok? No pressure if you don't want to but it's an option"
He paused, considering his words carefully before continuing
"You mean alot to me, you all do, and I wanna help in any way I can. So tell me what's wrong... once again only if you want to...either way though we need to get you home, its cold out here and getting sick won't help anybody!"
He offered them a small smile before reaching out a hand to help them up, their choice

6) Scenario time #2!! (Inspired by @idontevenknow7878 ghost stuff!!!)
It was a rainy day, really quite heavy rain and against all of the other bugs warnings (and Chez's concerned nagging about the dangers of going out in the swamps when it rains) your Bug decided to head outside. They walked around the swamps in the pouring rain, no sounds other than the wind and the rain hitting the ground...well and that occasional giggle coming from nowhere yet also everywhere.. but they chose to ignore that
Till they couldn't ignore it anymore as the source of the noise was stood...not stood...was hovering right infront of them.
The figure they saw looked sort of like Chez, but different. This boy was noticeably younger, perhaps around 17? 19 at a push. His hair was much shorter though the same blond tone, his eye colour however did not match Chez, they were blue unlike Chez's purple eyes. The final, and most noticeable, differenc though was the smile plastered over the boys face, a smile you would never catch Chez with. The boy laughed as he danced in the air, he spotted Bug and seemed shocked when he realised Bug could see him too!
"*gasp* you can see me! Oh my divines that's the best news I've heard in like forever!"
He sold over to beside Bug and hovered Iver their shoulder as he introduced himself
"The names Milo! Milo Markins! Sorry if I seem excited its just I've been able to see you guys for so long but nobodies ever been able to see me before!!!"
He spin around Bug, still grining like an idiot
"I just can't believe somebody can finally see me! And one of my brothers friends no less, tell me has he let up since I died? Or did he nag you about the 'dangers of going outside when it rains' as well?"

Chez had been in his room for a while so Bug decided to go check up on him, from outside the room they could hear loud music playing...well if you could call that music. It was really just a load of shouting with some instruments-
Anyways, they knocked on the door and upon getting no response they sighed and let themself in only to find Chez lying on the floor just staring at the ceiling
"Chez? Wtf are you doing?"
He glanced over at them
"Floor time, you wanna join?"

okay so this is for the events of my mini book or Azren's backstory, I just wanna know somethings
1: What would you like your bugs role to be? Or would it be okay if I could incorporate them to my story.

This also takes place inside the bug army's pocket dimension,
soon after the events of Flashbacks, calamity is forced out and reverted to his human form, and tries waking Azren up.
"GOD FUCKING DAMNIT AZREN!!! GET UP!!!" Calamity starts crying slightly.... Who knew the deity of blood and sacrifice could cry (another piece of info is that calamity is from my original world, rosetellia, more info will be put out when I have time.)
He then picks up Azren's unconscious body and runs downstairs as fast as he can to the bug army, Azren's summons following Him as well.
Once calamity reaches the living room where most of the bugs are I'm assuming, and is carrying Azren like a child...
"h....help him.... he passed out after finding his mother's journal...a-and....i-im scared..."
calamity is breaking down in tears, clutching Azren's body close.

1. Sammy's biggest regret was always all of the half bloods he caught before Bodie. He hated that he had to do it, but he had to.

Its been a pretty chill day today, nothing to do, no errands to run. Your bug is walking through the house, looking for something to do, when they hear something cursing softly.
Deciding to investigate, they look around and eventually find Duarte outside the house, standing on the porch. Her limbs are frozen in place, the colour has drained from her face, and she somehow isn't blinking. Maria however is quite happily perched on her shoulder, with the look of a raven that entirely knows what she's doing.
Duarte glances over and sees your bug. For a brief moment relief washes over her face. She mouths "help me" to your bug.

Bug Army!
Your Bug is I dunno cursed by a wizard or something, and they are turned into a halfblood / demihuman!
What do they become? How do they react? What was that wizard's deal anyway?
1. They wouldn't care or would hate the bug army for taking their servant child away from them.
2. One of the first to die. Sorry Sammy D:
3. The killer sneaking up on them probably. They were separated from their group and started to have a panic attack, so that's when the killer got them.
4. Sammy is a very forgiving person, so he'd forgive me. He'd also thank me for introducing him to the bug army, especially Jemma and Azren.
5. Any bugs that are slightly intimidating, Sammy is scared of. He was also scared of Jemma and Azren at first, but now he admires them :]
6. Sammy folds the note to where it was originally and hatches a small plan. He goes out to where Chez is and gives him the note at the fishing spot, pretending to have never read it.
When they get back to the bug army house, there are a few security measures around the property that Sammy turns on (they were put there originally to keep away abusive parents, but now they're gonna be used to keep the police away)

Bug had been spending the day outside, it was a nice day...why wouldn't they be outside! It had been a calm day, they had been *insert wtv you think ur Bug would be doing like a hobby or smth* until they saw a figure approaching the cottage. They were guarded at first till they saw it was a messenger, carrying a letter
The messenger explained that they had a letter for a Mr C Markins? Bug agreed to take the note and give it to Chez when they saw him. They took the note and the messenger left, Chez was currently away fishing and wouldn't be back for a while so they held onto it
But something in there mind couldn't stop wondering what was in the note..so eventually they went against their better judgement and opened it, it read
'Chester,
I couldn't stand it anymore, I couldn't keep your wretched secret. You're a murderer and you have to face the consequences of your actions, I know you had good intent, Erik was abusive but murder? Chester murder is never okay!
I have contacted the authorities, they are on their way to find you and you shall be executed the day after you are returned to town. I hope to get from row tickets to this event

The rescue plan was in action, it was time to get the boys (+ Lora and Roldan) out of the arena!
Everything had been going perfectly, Bug, Chez and Marco has snuck in no problem, everyone was out of their cells and they had been wandering the halls. Chez was leading, holding a map of the arena, covered in doodles of potential paths and escape routes, though he didn't seem to be paying it much attention
They had been walking for ages, deeper into the dark/ forgotten corners of the arena. Then they came across what appeared to be a large cell, the door was ever so slightly ajar. Chez stopped just outside of it and pointed to the outline of a door at the far end of the cell
"That's it, that's our path out."
He ushered everyone into the cell, Bug leading infront and Chez trailing beind. Bug went to open the door...only to find it didn't open. That's when they heard a loud clunk and the undeniable sound of a lock being turned behind them.
They looked around to see the door shut, Chester on the other side of the bars, everyone else now trapped in the cell. He held onto the bars with one hand, the other holding a ring of keys he had snatched from a guard earlier
Bug demanded to know what was going on as they stormed over to the bars, standing right infront of Chester, the only thing between them being the bars of the cell
"...they're monsters *Bug*, they may have you fooled but they couldn't fool me. Monsters the lot of them"
Bug told him he was wrong that half-bloods were not monsters, he sighed as his gaze met theirs
"This is why you're in there with them, you've been tricked, tricked into believing these creatures are worth anything! They're murderers. Cruel, heartless beasts! They don't care about you or me, only themselves. They can't be freed, they're a danger, and knowing how much you care about them...you can't be free either"

Jemma glares at him: why did you do, experimenting on me and others and killing my twin sister?!
Head scientist chuckles: well for the first question me and others wanted to make hunters stronger so why not make them hybrids and if they’re not cut out to be a hunter we sell them to the arena, and for your second question your dear twin sister wasn’t hunter material so we had to get rid of her, you happy that you got the answers you wanted
Jemma looks pissed but calms down: Yes because I got closure about what happened to my twin and why you and those scientists did to me and probably another’s and am going to move on with my life and you can stay in this jail thinking about what you and others did

1. Sammy loves his hair, specifically the white streak! Their hair is really soft, so it's also a great sensory item for when he's understimulated.

If you run away any time something bad happens, and think it was your fault, you'll never get the chance to see that it isn't your fault. Not only that, but you won't get the chance to see what you do cause. And in those case, you've caused so many good things."
Sammy continued to hug Chez as he finished his long speech, "so please don't leave. You leaving won't take away the bad things, but it will take away the good things. So please don't"
6. Sammy just stood there for a moment before sighing. He wasn't about to kill Chez, even if he did betray them.
"'cmon, get up," Sammy said as they helped Chez get to his feet, and allowing him to lean on them.
The two slowly walked to Sammy's house (they had picked it out after their leg healed and they wanted to stay with the gator boys), taking a longer path so that way they didn't pass by Bodie's house or Timmy's (Roldan and Lora were living in Timmy's house).
Once they finally got to Sammy's house, they quickly dropped Chez off before heading over to Bodie's to steal some bandages and salve. Once they had gotten it, they quickly came back to their house to patch up Chez.
The entire time while Sammy was cleaning up and patching up Chez, he just sat there wondering why Sammy was going through all of this for someone who had betrayed them?
But then he remembered, this is Sammy he's talking about, they wouldn't hurt a fly (literally).
And once Sammy was done cleaning and patching him up, they helped him up and to the spare bedroom so that way Chez could get some rest.
Before Sammy left, though, Chez called out to them and asked, "why... Why did you help me?"
Sammy looked away in thought before looking back at Chez with a smile, "because I love you" (platonically) before he shut the door to let Chez get his rest.
@puffin-smoke tried to out angst me on my own scenario post, they have started a war, a war that they cannot win
Ik it's less than a day since my last questions/scenarios post! But I have more! (Traitor! AU Chester has been on my mind ever since I posted that-)

It was a silent night, most people were asleep or atleast in their beds. All except one, Bug was on the couch as they couldn't sleep, something was keeping them awake...a worry that they just couldn't shake
So they remained awake on the couch, just trying to calm down. Then they heard a thud from one of the rooms, they were concerned so went to investigate. They went to where they beard the noise and found themself at Chez's door, they knocked but when they got no response they decided to let themself in. So gently pushed open the door and stepped inside
There stood Chez, fully dressed, a bag packed with all his belongings. There was also a note on his desk, on the envelope it read 'farewell'. He seemed startled when he spotted Bug and tried to think of an excuse for what they saw
"*Bug*! Shit, I thought everyone would be asleep by now- I...I-"
He couldn't think of an excuse, Bug stared from the doorway before asking the obvious questio of what on earth he was doing?
"*Bug*, I have to go, I can't...I cant stay here...I want to, but its not safe"
They ask him to explain, he seems to break slightly, his voice shaking as he continues
"Cause I bring bad luck! Everywhere I go bad shit happens! People die, people get hurt, they struggle all because of me! And I've tried to change, I try! But I can't! I can't change!...and I don't want any more bad things to happen to you guys, you've had enough hardship in life...so I have to go"
He grabs the bag and walks over to the doorway where Bug is stood
"Let me go, protect yourselves"

After Chesters betrayal the group was trapped but by some crazy luck they were able to make another escape
They got out and made their way back to the swamps, Lora wasn't a huge fan of staying around by she decided she didn't really have any other option. Things were peaceful...finally, all of them lived away from the town, happily together. No Hunters, no harm, no drama, just peace.
It had been a month or two, and Bug was going on walk to collect some resources. They followed the river to a spot where they knew certain fruits grew and that's when they saw it.
A figure, crouched beside the river, trembling violently. They took a step towards the person, calling out to them and asking if they were alright. The person lifts their head, their blond hair draped over their face sheilding them from view (mostly-), but their eyes still peirced through, those purple eyes...
"*Bug*-"
They barely recognised him, Chester Markins, wtf was he doing here! The hurt they felt when he betrayed them came back to the front of their mind, they couldn't believe he dared show his face around here again. They stormed over to him ready to beat the life out of him
They grabbed his collar, they saw what a wreck he was. His hair was a mess, tangles galore, a bold contrast to how much care he used to put into his hair. Blood and bruises coated his skin, so that it was barely visible anymore. His eyes bloodshot...yet empty as he stared up at them
They yelled at him, trying to figure out why he did it, why he betrayed them like that, why he dared come back...and finally why they shouldn't kill him right here
"...they...they blamed your escape on me, that's why I'm here, they won't let me back into town until I bring their...their creatures back"
He coughed, blood dripping from his mouth as he rushed to keep explaining
"I'm not here to hurt you...any of you, not anymore. The..relief I felt when I heard that you got out. It made me realise, none of you deserved that...and I'm sorry. I know you won't forgive me, fuck I wouldn't...I just needed to know you guys got out of town okay"
He smiled, at least he tried to, he was so beaten that his mouth barely moved...but it was clear he was trying.
"I understand...if you still want to kill me, I encourage you to do so. So go ahead...take your shot"
Kill him Bug, he's an asshole, a traitor, he won't change...and he's gonna die anyways, look at him, he'll bleed out in hours.

1. For a bit. He'd complain but wouldn't take it off.
2. Some sort of supporting character that's there for the laughs.
3. A while. They were able to keep themselves sane by being around other sane people, but once the others left and they were alone, they finally snapped and went berserk (insane Sammy is kinda like bloodmoon!Timmy)
4. Sammy is dying of cuteness overload as they take the flower from him and place it on the counter before running him a bath to get all the dirt and mud off of him. Once Asher is done and in clean clothes, he finds that Sammy has cut the roots off of the flower and placed it in a small vase next to their bed.
5. No, but they were bullied a lot so they did get beaten up (but they never fought back)

Sammy doesn't say much, but they do try to calm Jemma down when she grabs her bio Grandma by the collar.
When the two finally get outside, Sammy has something to ask Jemma.
"h-hey Jemma, I had a question for you..." Sammy was nervous to ask.
"hm? Yeah, what is it?" Jemma was patient with Sammy, as always.
"well... I was wondering if... I could change my last name to yours?" Sammy was really scared at what Jemma's answer would be, but what he didn't expect was a giant hug from her.
"yes, of course you can change it to mine, id love to" Jemma smiled down at Sammy as he buried his face in her chest, happy that she'd said yes.
7. Bugs. Absolutely anything and everything about bugs. Each episode would be about one specific species of bug, and it'd be an hour long (at the least).
His longest episode was when he did his "moth overview" episode, where he talked about moths and what defines one, their characteristics, their history, etc (it was almost 30 hours long, and the only cuts he did during editing were his bathroom breaks)

1. SAMMY NOO-
He doesn't care much for an elaborate gravestone, just his name and maybe a carving of a moth :]
2. Sammy? Kill me? Please
He'd maybe lightly punch me a few times, but then I'd give him a lollypop and a coloring book and he'd go sit down while I figure out how they're real.
3. They need to learn how to stand up for themselves and fight for what they love. He doesn't always have the option of having someone help him.
4. Sammy watches Duarte run up to her room. He knows that it's best to not talk to her at the moment, but he still wants to cheer her up.
He goes over to the empty kitchen and starts grabbing ingredients. Some quick and simple blueberry muffins should do the trick to make Duarte feel better.
After sending off a couple of baby bugs (with an older bug to supervise) Sammy is able to put some fresh blueberries the littles picked into the muffins
Once they're all done baking the muffins, they put 4 on a plate for Duarte and let the baby bugs go at the rest.
He slowly and silently creeps up the stairs to Duarte's room. Knocking on the door, he places the plate on the floor before rushing off to hide so Duarte can't see him, but he can see her.
When Duarte comes out to see what the knocking was, she looks down to see the plate of muffins, along with the note Sammy attached to it:
Hey Duarte,
I noticed what happened earlier with that lady, and wanted to cheer you up, so I baked you some blueberry muffins! I hope you like them.

After reading it, Sammy watches a small smile come across her face before Duarte takes the plate and disappears into her room again.
5. Hayloft II (bc Sammy's not a bad person, he was just forced to do the things he's done)

Something was up with Duarte. Your Bug knew that. Just what exactly they didn't know.
It was quite late in the evening and all the bugs were downstairs, either arguing over how to cook dinner, Bodie had left for the night to go and grab some of the salt he needed for the salve, or they were going about their various hobbies. Duarte was doing none of these. She'd barely touched her latest project.
She kept looking towards the front door. She was picking at the hem of her poncho, even as her hands were shaking. Occasionally she'd disappear up to her room only to re-emerge a few minutes later. She was clearly waiting for something. Someone.
There's a knock on the door and Duarte is over there in a second. Over her shoulder, Bug sees a woman. Her hair is long and a dark auburn. Her eyes are tired, bitter. A scar runs across her neck, stretching from her collarbone to just underneath her chin.
Duarte smiles weakly. "Nat. I'm-"
The woman interrupts. "Don't call me that."
Duarte's face falls, but she continues anyway. "Oh. Alright. Natalie. I'm glad you got my letter, can we talk?"
There's a pause, and then Natalie speaks again. Her voice has an edge to it, rough and jagged like an overused dagger. "No. We can't talk. I just have a few things I need to say to you, then I'm out of here."
She doesn't give a chance to respond. Any tiredness in her eyes is gone, replaced with something else. "I can't believe you have the nerve to come back here- after all the shit you pulled. You don't get to stroll back into my life, feeling all sorry for yourself. Not after I've moved on. So I'm going to keep this short."
She digs a finger into Duarte's chest, an accusation, a threat, whatever. "Here's your fucking answer: I don't forgive you, I will never forgive you, so stay the hell out of my life."
With that she turns away, taking one unhesitating step away. Duarte grabs her wrist. Natalie doesn't turn around. Her voice is ice.
"Don't fucking touch me."
"Please just-"
Natalie turns around and slaps Duarte across the face. The sound echoes through the room and Duarte's hand goes slack. Natalie leaves.
For a moment Duarte stands there, frozen. She blinks and seems to come back to herself, even if her eyes are slightly glassy. She turns to the bugs.
"I- I need to go."
She races up the stairs. Bug hears a door slam shut.

1. If it was romantic love they wouldn't know what to do (Sammy's aromantic) they would try their best to let that person down gently
If it was platonic, there's like a 98% chance he feels the same, and he's Happ they also love him like that! If it's someone they haven't really bonded with yet, they'll still appreciate that the other person loves them like that:]
2. They didn't get the luxury to really believe in much as a kid, but one thing they did believe in were fairies up untill they were 16-17, that's when they learned that what people mistake for fairies were just bugs.
3. He'd be famous for some sort of bug discovery he made!
4. Sammy nodded his head, "yeah, a person can change a lot just by how someone treats them. It's definitely something interesting."
5. Sammy felt his heart sink as he looked at Fran and Daisy. He'd forgotten about the kids, and he didn't know if Chez was going to be coming back to get them or not. He knew he couldn't tell them the truth, but he didn't know how exactly to spin it to make it better for the kids.
"well, me and Chez had a really big fight and right now he's really mad at me, and the others. He had to go before we got here to cool down from the fight."
Sammy watched Daisy and Fran for their reactions. Daisy's smile slowly faltered, whilst Fran's tears slowed down.
"I don't know how long it'll be till Chez comes back, because it was a really really bad fight, but he asked me and the boys to take care of you till he comes back, ok?" Sammy hoped the lie he spun was good, and he also hoped the anger he felt towards Chez didn't show either.
"oh... Ok..." Daisy seemed disappointed as Sammy told her what 'happened'. Fran didn't seem any better than her, but he wasn't crying anymore.
"here how about this, do you two wanna have a sleepover in my room tonight?" Sammy plastered a fake smile onto their face as they tried to cheer up the kids.
"ooh! Yeah! Yeah!" Daisy's mood quickly brightened as she dragged Fran away to go grab more blankets and pillows.
The smile on Sammy's face dropped as they felt their anger boil as the kids left. How could Chez leave them?! They were his siblings, who were children no less! They wouldn't understand why Chez was really gone, and it angered Sammy that they didn't know when or if Chez would ever come back to get them.
He had a abandoned his family. All of his family, not just Fran and Daisy, and Sammy didn't know what to do, but he wanted to make Chez pay

Chez was sat at the edge of a river, staring into the glistening water, Bug sat beside him. They hadn't been talking about much in particular just general chat, but then Chez chuckled and said something under his breath
Bug asked him to repeat, so he did
"It's wild to believe that this is my family now...well not really you guys, but the half-blo- the boys. It's crazy, like a month ago I would have killed Timmy the second I saw him!"
He tried to simply move past the statement, but it was clear he felt guilty about it...there was a remorseful glint in his eyes. He hesitated, then continued
"I mean...that was kinda my plan, I was on my way back to the town when I met him. Was gonna rat Bodie out to the other Hunters...couldn't imagine doing anything like that now"
He crossed his arms and leant forward, he sighed as he looked over at Bug
"...mental how people change, ain't it...?"

We're going to the Traitor! AU...again, ik ik we hate it but I had a vision and I need to convey it
The only thing different abt this AU to the normal one is that Chester betrayed Bug + the half-bloods...which means Fran and Daisy were still staying with the Bugs when this all happened...I think you can guess whats coming :3
The group had finally gotten out of the arena and back to the house in the swamps, it was late...super late, around 3am when they finally got back so they were all ready to go to bed and pass out. They all went to their respective rooms and collapsed, most of them being instantly knocked out...unfortunately for Bug they didn't get to sleep very long.
They were awoken only 3 hours later by a knock at their door, they told whoever it was that it had been a long day yesterday...they all know what happened, that they needed to sleep and begged them to go away for another couple of hours but then they heard a young voice from outside
"*Bug*, we're sorry for bothering you but we really need to ask you something, please, it's important!"
Was that...Daisy? They reluctantly got out of bed and opened the door, there stood Fran and Daisy. Fran was picking at the skin under her nails, tears prickling her eyes, clearly panicked whilst Daisy simply seemed confused
Daisy smiled when Bug opened the door but Fran seemed to be attempting to peer around them and into their room, when she couldn't spot whatever she was looking for the tears began to escape her eyes, pouring down her face no matter how much she tried to rub them away.
"*Bug*! We just wanted to ask, we noticed that all of you got back yesterday and there were a couple of new friends with you!!! But emm where's Chezzy?"
Fran sniffled, clearly assuming the worst whilst Daisy was still smiling up at them awaiting their response.
What happened to Chester, Bug? Why isn't he home?

Your bug's leg has been acting up all day. Walking has become difficult, and even standing up was mostly a chore. So after being chastised by Bodie and the rest of the bugs, they'd agreed to take the day off. Thus they'd been confined to either their bed or the sofa. They were currently on the latter, whiling away their time with a hobby of their's.
Duarte walked in, breaking the silence. She made her way over to Bug, holding out a small paper bag. They hand it to Bug. "I went into town, got those things you like."
Bug opened the bag, and there in fact was a load of the food they liked, fresh from the market. They grinned, taking in the smell, and looked up to thank Duarte.
"This is great, than- what the fuck happened to you?"
Only now did they get a proper look at Duarte. To put in bluntly, she looked like a wet cat that bad been dragged backwards through a bush. Their hair was dripping, their poncho was more torn than usual, and there was a gash underneath their right eye. She just shrugged.
"It's fine- nothing really."
Is it nothing?
