→ your local farmers market at first doesn’t seem like an ideal place to have a date, but it perfectly suits you and ushijima

After the birth of your son you noticed that Ushijima had slightly changed

He probably didn’t even notice he had changed from being his stotic self around you and the others he had become......softer?

You couldn’t figure it out until you woke up startled and you felt Ushijima side and it was extremely cold

Tired and sore from giving birth you moved silently to the room and stopped seeing your husband shirtless holding your newborn to his chest

He swayed side to side just giving off a deep hum as he stared at your child

That’s when it hit you, the softness you felt when Ushijima was home was him finally letting go of all the nasty things he has done at work

Your son had no idea that the hands he felt so safe and warm in were also hands that sucked the life out of people without a second thought

You just smiled and went back to bed only to wake again when he moves into the bed and wraps his arm over your waist pulling you into his chest

You loved your son, but a part of you hated having a child because now he would become a target and it scared you to the bone but Ushijima was apparently ridding anyone who would dare touch you

Goshiki definitely became the god father and came over all the time and plays with your newborn as much as a newborn can play

But he always brought your cute baby new gifts and even bought him a tiny volleyball talking about how his big huge daddy used to be a huge deal in the volleyball community before he became a huge mafia man

Ushijima gets jealous when he comes over to you cooking dinner and Goshiki asleep on the couch your son making cute baby whimpers and nuzzling into his chest

He has totally woken up to Ushijima having a gun barrel against his temple and holding his son in his arms while sneering about him leaving

Ushi was away on a trip when your son said his first words and you woke frightened when you heard movement in your sons room only to see ushi standing there tears in his eyes while your son babbles “dada”

Your son was turning 3 when Ushijima moved you gently into a wall smirking down at you and you know the look on his face

“I wanna get you pregnant again, fuck how gorgeous you looked pregnant with him, shit I want to pump you full.” He says kissing you deeply making you groan glad Semi and Goshiki decided to take your son for the weekend

Well Ushijima lived up to his promise because after 8 rounds and 1 month later you were pregnant

Ushijima wasn’t crazy overprotective the first time, but finding out you were caring a little girl he went overboard and refused to let you even carry your son

Of course your son didn’t mind, he loved his daddy and loved being held by him even if it meant he had to be still in his fathers arms

Ushijima sung baby songs to your bump even when you told him that baby didn’t have ears yet he dropped a fact Bomb making you laugh

“Doesn’t matter, they’d known the vibrations from the embryonic fluid shaking.” He said calmly making you laugh loudly but he kisses your stomach

There was once where your son feel ill and Ushijima refused to leave his side even holding your little boy all night while he cried and got sick making you miserable because seeing your child sick was the worst

Ushi made you go to bed while he actually crawled into the very very small bed and pulled your son close watching movies to relax him

When it was time for school it was actually Ushijima who was a mess because not seeing his child right when he got home was going to be torture

And not hearing those familiar pattering of feet and a baby voice yelling “Dada!” Was going to be torture and you scuffed complaining about how yours wasn’t good enough and he nodded which earned him sleeping on the couch for a good week

Ushijima was a good father, a father who had his ghosts and enemies but they new if they wanted a gruesome death then to never go for his children and wife unless they never wanted to be seen again
