↳ kageyama tobio. ✢ you weren't the vocally affectionate type and neither was kageyama. your relationship was built around that fact and to be honest, it made your relationship strong. ✢ there's no need for constant validation when you feel his sincerity everytime he leaves your favorite drink on your desk when you are too busy over a project to bother staying hydrated or when he tosses you his jacket when it's cold, mouth automatically moving to berate your forgetfulness if only to hide his flushed cheeks and the gleaming concern beneath his ocean blue eyes. ✢ anyways, kageyama doesn't shy away from his love... that is, if you recognize the small cues he does since it can be pretty blurry at the beginning. ✢ also if you learn to take his unintentional insults and namecalling as an expression of love. ✢ but like any other person in the world, kageyama wasn't a stranger to insecurities. ✢ he wonders if that's enough. if he's enough. ✢ he wonders if what he's doing is enough to make you stay unlike most people in his life. ✢ and of course, you would notice the desperate look in his eyes, the tighter grip in your hand that was borderline hurtful, and the constant need to be around you. ✢ you recognize his weakness and it hurt to see him like this. ✢ so you endeavored to do something to help him realize how special he truly is. ✢ the problem was you didn't know what it was. ✢ the answer came to you as you both lounged around his bedroom. you were sitting on his bed as you shuffled through your playlist while he laid beside you, tossing a volleyball mindlessly. ✢ a certain song got your heart racing and you moved to pull out one of your headphones and place it into kageyama's ear. ✢ he looked at you weirdly but stayed silent, listening to the melody that ran through it. seeing that you caught his attention, you cleared your throat, hands getting cold as anxiety and regret began sinking in. ✢ still, the first note hit and you shuffled closer to kageyama. stiff fingers clinging onto his shirt as you looked down. ✢ "hold me close, through the night. don't let me go, we'll be alright." you sang against his neck as you cuddled closer. though it came out to be a little muffled and soft, kageyama heard you and your sincerity perfectly clear. ✢ warmth tinted his cheeks and ears in a lovely rose hue. he wondered if you could hear the rapid beats of his heart because he sure as hell could. ✢ your voice was shaky, often going from one key to another but kageyama thought it was the most beautiful thing he has ever heard. not that he’ll ever admit that. ✢ he rose a hand to cover his cheeks that were flaming by now. you were making him so flustered and mushy. he wants you to stop because he was afraid he'll overheat but at the same time, he wants this moment to continue forever because you were just so cute. ✢ the song ended and you both stood silent, not knowing what to say. kageyama figured words wouldn't mean much anyway. you conveyed yourself enough and he was thankful for it as he felt his fluttering heart grow a ton lighter. ✢ he held you close that night, as you sang to him, and just before he could succumb to sleep, he heard you mutter something that made him smile genuinely. ✢ "i was made for loving you."
↳ kozume kenma. ✢ kenma had a lot of strange antics. ✢ for example, he would curl up in the corner of the room regardless of how cramped it is. ✢ actually, you believe he prefers it when the empty space was kept to a minimum. ✢ you asked him about it and he said he did it subconsciously. ✢ not to say you were a genius but you figured that it was probably because he felt protected that way. ✢ when his back is against the wall, he didn't need to worry about someone coming up at him from behind. ✢ when his sides are pressed against something, he doesn't need to worry about you or kuroo poking his sides to get his attention. ✢ all he needs to focus on is his front and with his eyes easily spotting whoever comes by, he feels more secure. ✢ in a similar way, kenma had a lot of strange antics when it comes to dating you. ✢ he doesn't really like to hug you in bed but he will curl up against your side, a hand clutching your clothes or your hand to make sure you're there. ✢ he doesn't prefer hand-holding when your walking on the streets either but he will stand a little bit closer to you and his eyes would periodically lift from his screen to scan his surroundings to make sure nothing can harm you. ✢ he doesn't share much of his day to day life seeing as it's pretty mundane but if you're the one who's sharing something, he would sneakily mute the game he's playing so he can focus on your voice and the content of your words. he makes sure that he remembers each and every one of your stories no matter how insignificant they may be. ✢ he doesn't like losing especially when it comes to games but he would occasionally let you win on purpose if it meant he would see you smile and cheer as if you won the olympics. ✢ kenma wasn't your typical boyfriend in the streets that would give you red roses but he would give you your favorite snack and drink along with an offer to be his player two in a multiplayer game he spent hours looking for just so he can share something with you. ✢ and honestly, that's fine. you like it that way. ✢ in one snack run you two had, kenma noticed you suddenly paused your rambling so he looked up only to see you staring at a lovey-dovey couple. ✢ he suddenly thought about your peculiar relationship and wondered if you would appreciate it more if he was more 'typical' ✢ in reality, you were only staring because the girl was showing his boyfriend a limited edition keychain of the character you use whenever you play super smash bros with kenma. ✢ you noticed that your boyfriend's silence was different as you walk back to your house. ✢ you thought back to what you did that might have bothered him. ✢ again, not to say you were a genius but you figured that it was probably because of the staring. ✢ you sat with him on the couch, leaning your head on his shoulder as your eyes traced the way his fingers moved across the buttons of his console. ✢ you started humming, kenma didn't mind since you tend to do this often. ✢ "making new clichés on our own little tour. let's ride. you don't have to say i love you to say i love you. forget all the shooting stars and all the silver moons." ✢ as you started mumbling the lyrics, his movements stuttered. ✢ he liked how you knew what was troubling him without him needing to tell you, even more so, addressing the issue in a way you didn't put him on the spot unnecessarily. ✢ of course, he knew you wouldn't hesitate to communicate with him if needed and that's comforting. ✢ he's both thankful and soft. he realizes that you're really his one in a billion— his co-player in life. ✢ kenma smiled lightly, eyes never leaving the screen but he did nuzzle his nose into your hair briefly and that caused you to smile contentedly. ✢ "all i need is you."
↳ kuroo tetsurou. ✢ it was a regular sunday morning. ✢ you managed to drag kuroo out of the bed despite his very tempting offer of warm cuddles in bed. ✢ alas, spring cleaning was a must and you have procrastinated long enough. ✢ you were enthusiastically sweeping the floor as you moved your hips from side to side to the beat of the music being blasted by the speakers. ✢ outside, kuroo was bobbing his head as he outrooted the weeds that were growing on your mini-garden. ✢ he took a moment to eye the potted cactus that was at the corner. ✢ it was a gift from you, long before you had started dating. ✢ he was constantly picking on you because he thought your reactions were cute and the only reasonable, not out of character thing he can do to have some semblance of interaction with you was to tease the hell out of you. ✢ you had given him a prickly cactus on the verge of death to respectfully tell him to leave you alone. ✢ he thought it was cute and his heart fluttered badly. you gave him a gift! it even had a ribbon on it! ✢ it was black carrying your wish for him to accidentally trip on a six feet hole dug especially for him. ✢ kuroo researched a lot about plants, more specifically, how to revive a dying cactus. ✢ he did the unimaginable and revived it. ✢ and gave it a name. ✢ he showed it off to you and you were surprised he managed to pull the whole revival thing off. ✢ you were quite flattered if you were to be honest. ✢ if you were to be asked about it, you would say that that was the day you fell for the mess that was kuroo tetsurou. ✢ going back, you asked for the cactus' name and he grinned at you. it's not even his usual shit-eating grin, it was a bright, genuine one. ✢ "y/n". ✢ you laughed and for the first time, you actually thought he was an intriguing person. kuroo realized he was in love when he saw your glow as you snorted through your nose. ✢ kuroo treasures that moment a lot. so much so, that he keeps taking care of the plant. years later, it's still alive and he brings it with him whenever he moves. ✢ he snapped out of his daze when he hears you squeal. he walks over to you out of curiosity and watched the strange sight that greeted him with a soft, endearing smile. ✢ lo and behold, you were using your broom as your microphone as you belted out the notes of the song you were soulfully jamming to. ✢ "it's not a walk in the park to love each other. but when our fingers interlock, can't deny, can't deny, you're worth it." ✢ your gaze caught his and he unfurled his arms, ready to tease you to the hell and back as he was expecting you to shy away. ✢ except you didn't do that. you sent him a cheeky wink and stared at him as you sang the next lines. your voice was softer now, more genuine as if it was you who sew the words together, wrapped it in an envelope, and sealed it with a kiss all for him. ✢ "'cause after all this time, i'm still into you." ✢ his heart skipped a bit and his teasing grin fell a little as he struggled to regain his composure. ✢ you giggled before averting your eyes away. going back to passionately banging your head and jumping around as you reach the chorus. ✢ grabbing the nearby duster, kuroo jumped in your fun causing you to glow brighter than before. ✢ your light when you smile was incomparable, kuroo thought as he half-screamed the lyrics to the song that he found to be eerily close to how he feels about you. ✢ amongst the misplaced items and forgotten cleaning supplies scattered in a tiny living room, two young hearts sang your hearts out, eyes crinkled, cheeks sore from laughter and voice raspy from your throats' unwanted workout but happily in love. ✢ "baby, not a day goes by that i'm not into you."

always has his hands on your hips, maybe its a force of habit or insinct but to both of your knowledge there has never been a moment where Kei hasn't had his hand settled on you hip. If he cant touch that, then its everywhere close to your hip, your waist and your thighs mainly. But what really gives you butterflies is when your talking to someone else, and kei comes up behind you and he settles a hand on your hip and his fingers barely touch your v-line. Knowing he wants your attention.
when your trying to reach for something and he takes it and lifts it up higher, as we all know tsukki is a part time dick. So as a boyfriend that is definitely part of the description, so when you perched up on your tippy toes trying to reach for your favorite book, that so happens to be on the highest shelf for some reason, he'll walk up behind you giving you a sigh of relief thinking he was gonna get it down. Smirking down at you he did anything but that, teasing you by lowering slightly before making you jump up to get it. "Oh come on now, you'll have to do better than that"

his sentence was undone by you,who practically threw herself in his arms, rapping your own around his neck while smashing your lips on his. eyes widened, he was taken aback at your action. he knew that youre upset, but he never really thought you'd do something about it; let alone going as far as kissing him in public, which you seemed to be uncomfortble with before.

when you broke the kiss apart, you wiped your lips while giving him a big smile, acting like you still hadnt notice the girl "why dont you wrap things up soon, so we can continue what we were doing in your office? hmmm?"

"thank you! and dont come back!" you sighed with reliefe, only to turn your head back at your boyfriend and meet his wide smirk.

☾ MATTSUN was on the phone to makki, not realising his daughter had followed him in to sit at his feet “what a real asshole, always has been.” he threw his head back with a chuckle before his daughter tugged on the leg of his trouser, snapping his attention to her as he raised a brow “hold on makki—“ pulling the phone away from his ear slightly as he leaned forward “you okay babygirl? daddy will be back with you soon okay.” she nodded as she grabbed for him “ath-hole.” he almost chokes on air and drops his phone “shi— i mean uh, makki i gotta go!” hanging up quickly before flinging his phone onto the bed and bringing his daughter into his lap, trying his best to put on a strict tone - one he took rarely with her “look princess, you can’t say those words okay? are you listening? don’t say it again.” she nodded as she blinked up at him, sniffing slightly before he gave her a hug to calm her down just as you walked into the bedroom “everything alright in here?” “daddy ath-hole” he literally just groans and falls back on the bed with his arm over his eyes as he hears you mutter “yeah, he is.”
☾ IWAIZUMI wasn’t allowed to swear at home, it’d been hard to begin with but he’d gotten used to it, although sometimes they slipped out when he was tired. he stood in the kitchen, shirtless as one of his arms held his daughter against his body- not completely woken up yet as he prepared a coffee for you both, trying to do everything with only one arm had made him a little clumsier as he almost knocked over your mug, catching it just in time as he mumbled a “shit.” only to groan and glance at his daughter in his arms, breathing a sigh of relief when she seemed to not hear him as he continued to make the coffee, eventually grabbing yours and bringing it into your bedroom to sit it on the nightstand, placing a gentle kiss to your forehead as a silent good morning before placing your daughter back down “shit!” he turns to stone, when you frown as the word leaves her lips “who taught you that?” his hand slapping over his face when she didn’t hesitate to point at him, catching your glare — shit indeed.
☾ SAKUSA didn’t swear much anyway, sometimes he’d mutter to himself after a rough day of practice it wasn’t often, this just happened to be one of this days. “bokuto, miya, pains in the ass, endless energy.” his frown softening slightly when his daughter reaches up to tug on the hem of his jacket, grabbing for him as he lifted her. “you okay, love?” she nodded as she grabbed at the curls that hung loosely over his eyes, giggling as she repeated “ass” before the colour drained from his face, his frown returning as he sat her back down, crouching down as he tried his best to scold her “you can’t say words like that, they’re dirty.” trying to close his eyes to avoid the glassy look on hers at the sound of his ‘dad voice’ that was usually so soft for her. not noticing you walk into the room “words like what?” your daughter running to you instead with a sniffle as she muttered “ass” his fingers pinching between his brows as he sighed tiredly, meeting your glare as he tried to smile softly only for you to storm away. he blames bokuto and atsumu and gives them the silent treatment next practice.
☾ BOKUTO didn’t mean to swear, sometimes he just got a little overexcited and it slipped out so as hes playing video games, back against the couch, both their tongues sticking out in concentration— he couldn’t help but groan when the game over credits started to roll “shit! you wanna play again buddy?” his eyes widening when he realises what he said, slapping his hand over his mouth as an apology comes out muffled against his palm, his sons eyes sparkling before he cheers “SHIT!” bokuto shrieks before putting his other palm over his sons mouth, both of them staring wide eyed at each other, hands over their mouths as you walk into the room “kou, what’re you doing?” taking his hands away to try and explain and he’s tripping over sentences just for your son to shout the same word again, bokuto springing up to wrap around your figure with a whined apology, you try to make him sleep on the couch but he stands and pouts with his pillow in the doorway until you let him cuddle.

☾ ATSUMU grins at you from his place on the bed, opening his arm for you to climb under but he raises a brow when you lift up the hem of his sweatshirt instead, a smirk growing on his lips “damn baby, ya should’ve just said that’s what ya wanted.” a groan falling from his lips when your head dips down but he almost shrieks when you shoot under his sweatshirt “W-WHAT THE HELL!” there’s a dusting of pink on his cheeks when you peek out the neckline, his hands immediately finding purchase on your waist under your shirt as he grins, your cheek smooshing against his bare chest before your eyes close, his voice a whisper as he chuckles, placing a kiss against your head, resting his cheek against the same spot “a get ya love ma sweatshirts but come on angel, is this ya tellin’ me am comfier?”
☾ IWAIZUMI smiles softly as you approach him on the couch, blinking lazily as he lies back against the arm, his voice laced with sleep as he drawls out his words “hi doll.” you grin in reply before hovering over top of him, he flinches slightly as you lift his shirt your head dipping underneath, heat rushing to his neck and cheeks, his hands grab the hem of his shirt to keep it from riding up “h-hey! what the hell are you doing dumbass?” you peek an eye out the neckline to giggle at his pout, his gaze avoiding yours as his cheeks flush bright red at the feeling of you against his bare chest as if it was new, but his arm still wraps tightly around your waist before he lies back down “s-stop laughing, just sleep!” a content sigh falling from his lips.
☾ BOKUTO grins brightly as you approach him while he’s lying against the couch, his hair wet from his shower as his oversized grey hoodie drapes over his body, he opens his arms wide for you, a slight pout on his lips as he speaks “cuddles baby?” but his cheeks tint pink when your hands go under his sweatshirt, his lips parting as he spreads his legs more, but he freezes when your whole body goes under instead, placing kisses against his chiselled muscles before you pop out the neckline, bright grin returning on his face as he squeezes you tight in his arms, peppering your face with kisses as he laughs, nuzzling his cheek against yours “baby!! you’re so warm!!”
☾ SAKUSA glances at you as you approach him, leaning against the kitchen counter as he drinks his coffee - oversized msby sweater on his tall frame “morning, love.” his voice is gravely as he speaks, curls still a little tousled from sleep. he sets his coffee down as your arms wrap around him, watching the blush grow on his pale cheeks when your hands ghost underneath as you duck, his hand smoothing through your hair as he whimpers, but you feel him jerk as you crawl underneath, your hands brushing his ticklish sides as he latches onto yours, you peek out the neckline to a pouty, very blushy omi as he frowns down at you “what’re you doing?” but he still smiles when you nuzzle into his neck, picking up his coffee again to take a sip.
☾ SUNA smiles softly from behind his phone as you crawl beside him, his arm opening for you to crawl under but instead you go between his legs, the muscles widening slightly, breath hitching as he locks his phone, abdomen tightening as you lift up his shirt but he almost jerks forward when you begin to crawl underneath, his lips part and the tips of his ears tint red when you gaze at him from the neckline with a grin, hearing him scoff before his arm wraps around you, pulling you closer on to his lap, flush against his chest, you giggle when he mumbles “you’re annoying.” and something about you being a brat but when your lips jut out you know he’ll always lean down to kiss them.
