maybe i'm back?!? (9/12/23)🌟

it's been a while since my last update, i went through a lot in the past days (mentally and physically) but maybe now i'm back on track 할 수 있어!

things i've done today:

skincare routine (i found new products and i'm thrilled to use them)🧚‍♀️

squats, cyclette and legs 30 min, I gained weight in the last month so I would like to excercise more and find a new workout (i'm trying to always use the stairs and take a walk almost every day even if it's feeezing outside)🏃‍♀️

tidied my room and vacuum cleaned the house🧹

i'm staying with my family in these days and i'm studying for my finals at my grandma's (it's more quiet and she makes lots of delicious food but I try not to eat too much)🍝👵

studied and revised lots of topics for my infectious diseases exam (the date was postponed so i got one more week to study)🦠

completed a unit for korean duolingo and practiced with idol and social media content, in the past days i also used hellotalk and talked with few korean native learners, it's such a good way to practice my skills and they're super chill! oh and i think i'll start a korean course online once my finals will end🇰🇷

i practiced japanese with renshuu and a video by tanaka san🇯🇵

i started to use daily haloha, a cute app with prompts for writing and thinking💌

i found an awesome outfit for new year's eve👗🍾

i talked with some friends and promised to see each other during the christmas holidays🌲

pms+tannies gone+finals time= hellish combo (12/12/23)🌟

i think i'm catastrophizing a bit but this is what happen when you take the main source of coping mechanism away from a girl (me). i had a very poor sleep last night, too so i delayed so many alarms and I woke up very late and i was in a hurry during the whole morning. also, my pms cramps hit hard this time. im really tired today but these are some things i've done:

skipped my morning skincare routine (i'll do my night skincare i promise)🧚‍♀️

drove my lil sister to school👩‍🏫

went to my grandma's house to study for my infectious diseases exam next week (i'm super behind with my revision program 😭), i finished a big module but I have many other modules to revise rip🦠

ate too much carbs but i'm italian you know basically i can't refuse my grandma's delicious food and then my father made chinese dishes for dinner so i couldn't say no, i will work out a lot idk🍝🍜

helped my sis with her high school homework in front of a hot chocolate cup, it was a really cozy time 🍵

cyclette (20 min) 🏃‍♀️

korean podcast by choisusu (it was one of her old podcast), I also downloaded kokiri app there are some interesting actividies like kdrama script breakdown but most of the content is only for premium users (sad)🇰🇷

japanese comprehensible input by akisensei on yt (i couldn't focus properly bc i was too tired)🇯🇵

n.b. actually i did my language learning things last night because I couldn't sleep, so much thoughts in my head lol

now i'm going straight to bed tomorrow it'll be as stressful as today 잘자!

dead inside (11/12/23)🌟

my men are gone i really can't believe this😭😭😭 as soon as i woke up very early and I saw videos and photos and tae's and jin's posts they made me really emotional, THEY ALREADY SERVED!! so i did everything to distract myself, actually it was a pretty productive day (Alexa play pied piper idk)

these are some things i've done today:

wash and skincare routine🧚‍♀️

japanese lesson about て form with the app renshuu and a yt video by miku real japanese (i've just learned how to conjugate it and few of the usages, there are so many of them!) 🇯🇵

learned new korean vocab watching some shorts by miss vicky and of course i've written my to do list in korean🇰🇷

drove my lil sister to school👩‍🏫

went to my grandma's house to study for my finals in a more quiet environment, i've almost studied for eight hours i'm exhausted but I have to finish an important chapter before bed 🦠

also, shoutout to my crazy uni schedule because luckily i lost jimin and jungkook's live.... i watched pieces of them on social media and I was tearing up I'M FINE I PROMISE👍👍👍👍👍

right now i'm working out on the cyclette i hope to find more time for excerce🏃‍♀️

chatted with some friends and now I have to call one of my uni friends 💌
