I Can't Lie, I Have Been Struggling Lately. I Had A Fall Last Weekend That I Think Is Causing Repercussions
I can't lie, I have been struggling lately. I had a fall last weekend that I think is causing repercussions even now, and the brain fog has been real. I am so close to wrapping up As Long as You Follow. As it is, I have a solid 20k words I can post now and call chapter 19, and then am most of the way done with what would probably end up being a 7 - 10k epilogue. But I have also added to the chapter count so many times by now that it's honestly a joke.

A bit of fic so wonderful, that I went out of my way to visit the storefront it was based off of in another city when I was there. 😍
Happy First Birthday, a safe place to land!

@eedsknees and @mote-of-star-dust made me the most amazing incredible art to go with my little (yeah right) series! Sharing again because I love it so much.
Bookshop Joel (in a promotional photo Tess made him take when he opened the shop) below the cut.

I made a banner, because I am extremely lame, and also love using my work's Canva account for fanfiction purposes. ♥️
Stand on the Rock

Posted a thing. You can find it on AO3 here.

Stand on the Rock - Chapter 2

Chapter two of Stand on the Rock is now up!
Pairing: Tommy Miller x Maria Miller
Summary: He’d give anything to hear her say his name, he thought – not the sterility of Miller, but the forgotten music of his first name, sculpted by the lush melody of her voice. It had been a while since anyone had bothered with it, last names more common amongst the ranks of the Fireflies, the commonality of Miller automatically carried over when he and Eugene had made those first cautious introductions to the people of Jackson – and he’d been fine with that, a badge of anonymity when everything had seemed so uncertain, when Jackson and the people within it had seemed like a stopping point rather than a place of finality.
He didn’t hear his first name enough, these days. It would be a nice thing, perhaps, if she was the one to coax that part of himself back to life.

Tommy and Maria, and the family they created for themselves.
I have written the last sentence of As Long as You Follow.

Hi! Can I ask what 7.) Bright Fire is about?
