When it was OG!Cale, he used so many fucking products to control it, so the general populace thought it was straight hair.

But when Rok Soo take's Cale's body, he doesn't bother to try to cut it or keep it controlled.

So it's just this uncontrollable bouncing mass of red locks, getting longer and longer, and Hans and Ron are crying internal tears, because the Young Master won't take care of it, so if they want it to look presentable then they have to do two hours of work every day on his hair alone before the Young Master goes out.

Just imagine it. Cale Henituse, waltzing into a huge meeting with a lot of important people, but Ron wasn't able to get to him in time to force his hair into something presentable.

So it's like that gif. Just. Uncontrolled chaos.

Yeah, I get that. Although, I still think that Cale's family would be Not Happy with the arrangement. Deruth is annoyed, Violan is unamused, the little sibling brigade are upset, Ron's benign smile is twitching and Beacrox is side-eyeing Alberu so hard.

Modern AU Henituse family meets OG! AlbeCale and the only reason that Alberu is not dead in a ditch somewhere is because he's from another world.

Modern Cale is not allowed anywhere near Alberu from either AU after that encounter, lol.

You ever reading an OG! AlbeCale fic and they meet when they're younger and you're violently reminded that they have a five year age gap.

This is not to bash on anyone or throw shade because frankly, that's stupid and I would be hypocritical because I have read those 'problematic' fics where they meet and fall for each other when Cale's under 18 and Alberu's a legal adult.

I honestly just think it's really funny, legit muttering "your highness, that's a minor" under my breath as I continue reading.
