Einstein Was Right. Knowledge Is Limited. Imagination Is Everything. Take Ceylon Cinnamon. First It Was

Einstein was right. Knowledge is limited. Imagination is everything. Take Ceylon Cinnamon. First it was used a preservative because in ancient times we didn’t have refrigerators. Adding Ceylon Cinnamon allowed people to keep food from spoiling for longer. Then people discovered mixing it with citrus like orange, lemon and lime added a wonderful taste combination. More imagination and experimentation led to the discovery it works very well with spices like ginger, cumin, coriander, anise #cloves #cardamom, turmeric and nutmeg. Creating recipes with deep multi layered flavors. In Mexico they started combining it with chocolate and started making Cinnamon stick tea. And more imagination lead to the discovery it has powerful health properties. People in cold climates discovered it keeps you warm in winter. Others discovered the scent of Ceylon cinnamon Bark Oil improves the mood and reduces irritability. More imagination led to the discovery that Ceylon Cinnamon is a wonderful sugar substitute, negating the need to use so much sugar. What can your imagination discover about Ceylon Cinnamon?

I have not taken any vaccination, medication or supplements for over ten years. And not been sick either. But the Corona virus has me keen to get the vaccine. My parents got it and they had zero side effects. Did you know that you absolutely cannot get the Covid-19 virus from the vaccination? The greatest risk would be from side effects, but they have been statistically insignificant. It maybe because the ingredients in the vaccine are very simple. Take a look at our blog post as we delve deeper into the Covid-19 vaccine.

One of many causes of diabetes and obesity is that we have the wrong type of gut bacteria in our stomach. You can search for the studies pretty easily. In one example when they inserted fecal matter from a thin person into an obese person, they lost weight. In another study showed Fecal microbiota transplantation was effective at improving insulin resistance. While most people get on a diet program, fasting, cutting carbs and exercising, all good things, they should also pay close attention to changing their gut bacteria. Pickles are a cheap and effective way to get gut bacteria into your stomach. You need a variety of pickles not just one type. Once a week is enough really. Most people eat like 8-9 different types of vegetables only. That won’t give you enough types of good bacteria. Get it up at least twenty in a month. Different food stores have different types of bacteria in their food. Food rotation also helps. Good bacteria need fiber for food while the bad bacteria eat sugar. If you got sugar cravings it could also mean lots of bad bacteria are in your stomach. Which is why Ceylon Cinnamon is also an excellent idea. It takes out the bad bacteria without harming the good bacteria. In Sri Lanka they generally put a pinch of Cinnamon in many curries. They didn’t have refrigerators those days and the Cinnamon was probably a great way to keep any bad bacteria at bay. They also discovered Ceylon Cinnamon adds a fabulous savory taste with deep flavors to curries, soups and stews when combined with things like tomato, cumin, lime, lemon and the like.

Medical insurance and costs are going up and up. We thought we would look at it with good humor. I used to spend an average of $300 on over the counter medication during flu season on cough syrup, cough lozenges, allergy medication, eye drops, pain medication, fever reducers and the like. Americans spend roughly $442 on over the counter medication and $1200 on prescription medication annually. Thankfully I have spent $0 in the last ten years on any form of medication or even supplements. Not been sick in ten plus years. Gosh I hope Covid-19 will not get me. I attribute this good health to my Apple Cider Vinegar trick (2 tsp’s in a glass of warm water within 15 minutes of feeling sick. Repeat 3 times every 8 hours only if necessary. Do not take every day). It has prevented me from getting sick. Just imagine these savings invested at 4% would have given you $23,212 today. Minus the cost of the Apple Cider Vinegar which would have been say $79 for ten years at most.
