Started Trauma Therapy with my psychiatrist this week and it’s going MUCH better than that first attempt with my therapist in Virginia. 

We didn't get into much since we're just starting but I like the approach we're using. It's less like "Long-term, let's desensitize you to the trauma by essentially making you relive that feeling and change your mindset about it" and more "Yes we can address the trauma, but we're going to stand back and also look at all the ways I have improved and am in control and apply it to when I feel unsafe or vulnerable".

So, it's a lot more... objective and positive? IDK, but I’m feeling really good about the process.

The sheer fact that Bkg is invited to Todoroki’s house instead of Iida is undeniable proof that Horikoshi literally had to shoehorn some contrived “friendship” between them in order to make Bkg more empathetic seeming as a character- Like, the fucking writing is so bad at this point he’s pulling what the Fandom does and is resorting to plain making character development up where there is none- amazing
