I Wrote A Digimon Series Back In The Day. Im Here To Rewrite It In Canon With Data Squad. When I Wrote

I wrote a digimon series back in the day. I’m here to rewrite it in canon with Data Squad. When I wrote this, I made the cast very young but it doesn’t make sense as getting a government job definitely is an adult thing. The cast will be adults and have varying ages. This takes place in America and years into the future where Digimon are starting to become a mass issue again.

Neptuna is new to town who can’t seem to get along with her peers. One day she encounters fugitive BlackKudamon who escaped the Digimon War. DATS’ youngest member, Jacob is assigned to capture her. Before he could, a rabid Guilmon attacks them both. BlackKudamon protects her and Jacob isn’t able to evolve Koromon to help out. Right as he is calling his team, BlackKudamon evolves from the strong gratitude from Neptuna.

Neptuna is arrested by DATS’ Robert and Thistle. They also scold Jacob on not calling sooner at the dangerous scene. BlackKudamon escapes again, leaving Jacob feeling angry at how weak he is. Koromon gives his wisdom and calms Jacob.

While at DATS, Commander Mackenzie and Felix assess the situation and order that Neptuna be used as bait for BlackKudamon then have their minds wiped. Neptuna and BlackKudamon resist which makes the Commanders reconsider their decision. They decide to allow her to join DATS alongside Jacob and the others.

I have a brief characterization of everyone I wrote a few years back.

- Neptuna Foreman is shy, quiet girl who is cowardly. She has a fear of fighting and stressful, situations. She’s insecure in her abilities. Her best trait would be her huge empathy for others. She is perceptive of others’ feelings and sensitive to strong emotions.

- Jacob Jennings is is a very serious and quiet guy. He may come off as overly cocky but he wants to achieve greater than his seniors. He has a fear of failing. He doesn’t want to disappoint. He has an inferiority complex and doesn’t want to feel smaller than others. He is conscious of his height.

- Thistle Briggs is a happy-go-lucky girl. She tries to please everyone around her. She is very positive and tries to cheer up her team. She loves cooking and sewing despite her being super clumsy and airheaded. She is oblivious also and doesn’t notice subtle hints. She is overly affectionate and very overbearing.

- Robert Potter is a know-it-all nerd. He is informed about everything and makes sure everyone knows it. He just wants to keep everyone safe and alive. He has trouble with trusting his coworkers. He is pretty scared of Digimon and animals despite working with them for awhile.

- Demi Flores is a sassy, reserved type of girl. She won’t accept insults or bullying. She can be very pushy with her friends and honest to a fault with them also. She doesn’t notice the harm it does to them until they tell her upfront. She can be oblivious to how popular she actually is and to others’ affections.

- Mona Lisa Clark was abused as a child and lost all emotions because of it. She doesn’t understand happiness or sadness. She feels obligated to the point of care towards Eric. She imitates an older sister figure for Eric and they end up having a brother-sister dynamic.

- Eric Dennis is a very intimidating guy. His resting face is scary to some but really he is aloof. He doesn’t care about anything. He usually gets irritated with Lisa’s antics and with her imitations. They argue like real siblings sometimes.

I Really Enjoy Odd Novelty Martial Arts (as You Can Tell By My Previous Posts. I Really Think Dancing

I really enjoy odd “novelty” martial arts (as you can tell by my previous posts. I really think dancing and martial arts are similar. Ballroom martial arts would be cool.

Samba and tango can add some pretty intense moments. Their footwork is quick and can be dramatic. Lots of kicks and coordination.

Dancing in general would be awesome to see incorporated with some deadly flair. Hip hop and freestyle can get intricate.

As you can tell, I’m not good at giving examples or really illustrating my ideas. I just want to talk about the episode.

This is a rival centered episode. I want to try to add the rich snake rival into this.

The swan, her best friend, and the protagonist go out to watch some ballroom dancing. The protagonist is not particular interested in anything not martial arts related. After the show is over, the snake, who was a part of the dancers, comes up to the girls and flirt.

The only one really quiet and not gushing over him is the protagonist, which catches his interest. He flirts harder and asks her to be his dance partner. The protagonist doesn’t want to, but the girls push her.

The protagonist changes into a slim dance outfit and is taken to a practice room, with the girls watching. The snake teaches her some of the steps and the protagonist begrudging goes along with it. Afterwards, he compliments her and wants to take her to a higher up competition. He was in the local area just for fun and looking for a new girl.

The protagonist refuses to go until he mentions wanting to pay her. She was never the one to turn down money so she agrees.

At the higher up competition, the swan, her best friend, and the protagonist’s friend group is there watching. The competition immediately gets intense when one of the competitors trips her, lowering their score. The protagonist is angry and now is going to get revenge.

The two work together to take out the competitors. The protagonist crushes someone’s foot so badly they cannot continue. The snake manages to rip a girl’s dress to embarrass her. The two are able to skillfully dodge all the jabs too with some quick spins and lifts.

During the strong opponents, the protagonist is able to slash someone’s face with her heel and the snake was able to trip them long enough for them to stand on them as if they were just carpet. They win the grand prize and the protagonist is really happy.

Unknowingly, the snake approached her for a reason and wants to win her heart just to break it. The protagonist broke up with him in China and he tried to drown himself in the Springs. He got saved by the Guide and with a snake body, he vows to get revenge on her.

Ok, I Know How Boring The Idol Stuff I Talked About The Last Time. I Had To Setup The Groundwork For

Ok, I know how boring the idol stuff I talked about the last time. I had to setup the groundwork for it though. Here’s the tournament arc.

A rich sponsor has shaken up the underground. They are hosting the very first idol tournament. The first place winner will get a record deal with a bonus.  For 3 months witches will perform and gain points to be able to compete. Only the top 10 can be the finalists. In order to rank up or down, witches will either have to win battles or do a lot of events to gain popularity. Any battles lost will have point deductions depending.

The sponsor has created a Vote feature to spice up the tournament. Whoever is the first to hype up most or the whole crowd, they get to do a flashy combo at the end of the song like a special dance move.

Everyone has picked up training and the competition culture is now in the underground. The friendly nature of concerts is over.

The protagonist is having trouble keeping up with ranking but won’t slack in battles. She is sad to see her once close friends turn into rivals. She desperately tries to keep the friend group together with lots of fun collaborations and hangouts.

She barely scraps by with winning many large scale competitions and fan events. Three of her friends made it to the finale. She manages to gain the crowd vote and wow everyone with a new outfit, along with a new Effect.

The sponsor is impressed by this and reveals himself to be a pretentious heir. He gave witches a spotlight and got entertainment out of it too.

The protagonist is not happy with winning and impulsively decides that he has to give a record deal to not only her but her four friends, or else she won’t take the prize. In a tough spot if he doesn’t sign someone, he signs all five of them.

The five of them are now a group and work as a unit. They have to build up their trust and chemistry before their first unit concert together or else they will be disbanded by the heir’s dad. The snobby heir is assigned their manager by his dad and has to keep up with all their schedules.

Been Watching Ranma 1/2 Lately And I Had The Idea For The Spinoff I Made For It Awhile Back. I Really

Been watching Ranma 1/2 lately and I had the idea for the spinoff I made for it awhile back. I really want to talk about some episodes I really like and see how to add my own characters to it.

To recap, the protagonist is pretty neutral about their two sides. They prefer to be female and doesn’t really care when people call them. It only becomes an issue when they deliberately wanted to present themselves as female to their school and after they accidentally transform, everyone thinks they’re male.

They escape to the United States and live with their distant relatives under the disguise of a transfer student. They have a younger girl cousin and a male cousin who accidentally finds out they’re able to switch between male and female. He suggests she use her male form to go to school. She heavily refuses as she just wants to be an average girl.

On the first day of school, she only has her tribal clothes and just borrows her cousin’s clothes to blend in. The pants had to be hemmed up and the shirt is a bit too big where it had to be tucked in.

Right before she could enter her class, a vase from the upper floor falls and she manages to only dodge the vase, not the water inside it. She changes into her male form and is introduced with a neutral nickname.

Since she’s not fluent in English and pretty flustered from the transformation, she comes off as cool and mutely handsome. A lot of the guys don’t like her and the girls are too lovestruck. She manages to make friends with another cool and handsome guy, his sister, and a nerdy photographer who is apart of the newspaper club in extension. The photographer is trying to find the latest scoop and may have burned a few bridges for the hottest newspaper article.

On the same day, they’re challenged in PE by a jock. He’s a showoff and wants all the ladies. He’s not afraid to put down others and people he sees as weaklings like the protagonist. They go on separate tennis teams and the protagonist wipes the floor with them. They become lifelong rivals from there.

Been Watching Too Many Retro Shows And I Just Really Like How They Show Aliens (plus Outer Space) In

Been watching too many retro shows and I just really like how they show aliens (plus outer space) in the early 2000s. I think doing aliens and space again wouldn’t do well in this time, but who cares. A lot of inspiration from hello kitty, urusei yatsura, marvel, and zenon.

I would want my alien species to have translucent skin. It would be almost clear but is shimmery with speckles of some sort of metals. Antennas on top of their head. Their species don’t usually wear clothes, but traditional garb has a metallic sheen on it and is similar to zenon’s.

The antennas are more for looks than survival, but they use it to communicate telepathically. They touch antennas with one another and can transfer thoughts. If the person is powerful enough, they can brainwash the other. It is not common to want to brainwash each other though.

They are a peaceful species. They are a community and never had a need to fight. Powers will be discussed later

Ill Be Revealing The Names Of The Characters In The Ranma 1/2 Spinoff. Bear With Me. I Cannot Come Up

I’ll be revealing the names of the characters in the Ranma 1/2 spinoff. Bear with me. I cannot come up with clever naming.

The protagonist renames themselves Joni Starling when they immigrated to America. Their last name is taken from their cousin. Their old name was Chinese and abandoned because they aren’t apart of a tribe anymore. She is cursed with Spring of Drowned Man. When they’re introduced to the class as male, they go by Jon. When they’re disguised as their female form, they name themselves Joanne. Her best friends just tend to refer to her as Jo just in case.

Their love life is complicated and traumatic. Their first kiss was stolen by a guy they don’t like and their second kiss was stolen by a girl they hate. They don’t know if they like girls or boys as their body keeps changing between the two. What they do know is they may have small feelings for her best friend.

Her cousins are named Zane and Anya Starling. She’s very protective of the two. Zane knows a few basic marital art moves and consistently keeps up with his archery regime.

Her best friends are Nathan and Sammy Phantom. They’re the coolest twins in her grade and go along with whatever Jo gets up to. They’re total opposites as Nathan doesn’t speak too much and Sammy is a chatterbox. Jo has a small crush on Nathan and is in constant peril about him finding her secret.

Their last friend is Luke, a member of the newspaper club. He smells something off about Jo and is constantly on guard around her. He gets a weird feeling about Joanne.

Their classmate is named Spencer Baxtor, a football jock who hates losing. He cannot stand Jon and will always challenge her to whatever they do. He feels irritated but intrigued by Joanne.

Jo’s main rival and childhood friend is named Meg Moonflower. Having also changed her name and run away from the tribe, she is cursed with the Spring of Drowned Duck.

Meg’s best friend is Madison, a member of the gymnastic club. After witnessing the fight between Jo and her rival, she starts learning martial arts too. She really likes Joanne more than a friend.

Meg’s rival is named Emily, the leader of the rivaling gymnastic team. After being defeated by a girl like Joanne, she gets a crush on her. She is used to getting what she wants and is pretty powerful when she’s serious.

Meg’s crush and Jo’s biggest admirer is Brett Thunders. He is a part of the basketball team and is in love with Joanne. He despises men and doesn’t like that Jon is getting in the way.

Jo’s other rival is nicknamed Nick and he is cursed with Spring of Drowned Tiger, making him look a bit like a sabretooth. He follows Jo from China and has sworn to defeat Jon. He doesn’t know Joni is female and just wants the cure. He doesn’t really care if his opponent is female, but doesn’t see them as challenges. He really likes Madison.

Another rival is named Miranda and she is cursed with Spring of Drowned Snake. She was vacationing in China when she got pushed into the spring. She saw Joanne’s face while drowning and wants revenge. She falls for many guys such as Luke, Jon, and Zane, trying to chase after them.

The monkey rival is nicknamed Ana and she is cursed with Spring of Drowned Monkey. Having passed by and been defeated by Joanne in China, now she wants to have endless fun with her new toy in America. Luke piques her a bit but she’s too blinded by her addiction to having fun.

The ram rival/friend is renamed Adam and he has been cursed with Spring of Drowned Ram. His deadbeat father abandoned him in China and he came to America to work hard to pay off all the debt from the Chinese mafia. He works for Emily’s family and doesn’t like when Jon accidentally sabotages his job offers.
