I am not meant for casual. I was born for soul crushing devotion.

I'm a simple girl. Do I have four longfics in the works? Yes. Do they need to always smooch? No. ....but sometimes I just wanna write smooches.

So many factors go into this choice, and I'm thankful to have parents who have welcomed both myself --and my brother-- when we've not been in a position to set roots on our own for one reason or another. (I've happened to have done it twice, and have been shown nothing but understanding)

Even since "flying the coop", they are still a huge part of our lives and we love close enough to feel like they are home away from home, no matter what happens.

TLDR, love you, mom and dad-- and I hope to be that mom someday

Just a reminder that people who still live with their parents as adults deserve respect and for you to stop being ableist. There are multiple reasons someone could still live with their parents! From invisible to visible disabilities, finance issues, and more!

Stop using the “well they’re gonna turn into a creep living in their parents basement” punchline! It’s disgusting. STOP. BEING. ABLEIST. STOP. FORGETTING. THE. POOR.
