I was watching the episode “Skunked!” the other day and Zach giving up the entire construct of his plan for his love of tomato soup gets me every time! He is so close to getting away with his scheme, but he decides to take the Tortuga out of lockdown mode just so he can have some tomato soup that was so clearly left there by the Wild Kratts (specifically Aviva who knows him most) to lure him out!
That whole part reminded me of the waffle scene in Shrek 4, so you know I just had to make this! Alessandra would definitely be his voice of reason, clearly seeing how suspicious it is, but of course Zach would be under the spell of free tomato soup! 😂
I hope you guys will find this as funny as I do!

The Grinch and Martha May Whovier!
In addition to my 12 drawings of Christmas, I decided to surprise you all with a final prompt I came up with myself for a Christmas Day drawing! I’ve always loved the love story between Jim Carrey’s Grinch and Martha May, so I wanted to draw Zach and Alessandra as these two characters! Of course this lovestruck, bad boy loving lady had to meet her man under the mistletoe! And I couldn’t resist the opportunity to draw Shadow as Zach’s version of Max!
I hope you guys will love this one as much as I do! I’ve always meant to make a full drawing of Zach as the Grinch with Shadow! And I’m so happy with how Alessandra’s look turned out! Martha May’s style really suits her! Merry Christmas to you all!!!

A Christmas Gift Exchange!
Thank you to @jokerislandgirl32 for this lovely suggestion! What better way to end off my 12 drawings of Christmas than with the two of them giving each other their Christmas presents! Alessandra crafted a homemade love themed mug for Zach! And Zach built Alessandra a hologram device that shows a sweet photo of them together! I’d say they both love each other’s thoughtful gifts!
This scene was so sweet to draw! And as a fun Easter egg, I decided to draw Alessandra wearing one of the pyjamas that Donita was going to sell at Varmitech Village in “A Creature Christmas”! I like to think that the other villains would get her Christmas gifts too! Thank you to everyone who followed my 12 drawings of Christmas and a special shoutout to @jokerislandgirl32 for giving me all of these amazing Christmas prompt suggestions! Christmas Decorating Gone Wrong!
Thank you to @jokerislandgirl32 for yet another amazing suggestion! Zach and Alessandra didn’t get the Christmas decorating help they wanted when the Zachbots decided to take their orders literally! Whether it was trimming the tree, hanging the ornaments, or wrapping things up in a bow, the Zachbots’ programming to take everything literally caused quite a lot of chaos in the couple’s decorating process!
This drawing was definitely challenging in figuring out the scene perspective and adding all the details and multiple Zachbots! But I’m really happy with how this turned out and I’m glad this prompt pushed me to create a more elaborate scene! Thank you so much for this wonderful Christmas prompt suggestion and I hope you’ll all stay tuned for the final drawing tomorrow!

Walking In A Winter Wonderland!
Thank you to @jokerislandgirl32 for this lovely winter themed suggestion! Zach and Alessandra decided to build a snowman while walking in their winter wonderland! They’re having such a fun time while doing so, smiling and laughing while decorating their snowman in their winter clothes and other items they have on them!
I based this scene on this part of Walking In A Winter Wonderland: “In the meadow, we can build a snowman! We’ll pretend that he is Parson Brown! He’ll say, ‘Are you married?’ We’ll say, ‘No man! But you can do the job when you’re in town!’”. The two of them being asked about being married would definitely made them both flustered for sure! This sweet scene definitely shows them having a cute winter date together! I had a fun time incorporating elements of both of them into the snowman (yes, those are Alessandra’s ZV earrings as the eyes haha!)! Picking Out A Christmas Tree!
Thank you to @jokerislandgirl32 for this awesome suggestion! After searching the forest for the perfect Christmas tree, Zach and Alessandra finally found one! Zach was very prepared for the occasion, even bringing a Zachbot along to cut it down with it’s saw arm! Alessandra was a little weary to be cutting down a living tree, but seeing Zach so happy about something Christmas related made her happy too! And she’s definitely going to go back and plant a new pine tree in it’s place!
This drawing took me a little longer because I’ve never actually drawn a Zachbot before! I did a few quick sketches before drawing this one into place! I think it turned out pretty well for my first time! Thank you again for this lovely scene suggestion! We’re Simply Meant To Be!
Thank you to @jokerislandgirl32 for this lovely suggestion! I love The Nightmare Before Christmas so much and this is my favourite song from the movie! The Jack and Sally relationship is actually very similar to Zach and Alessandra’s relationship! They both admired the man they loved from afar until they finally summoned the courage to seek out their true love! And like Sally, Alessandra sometimes worries that their relationship is not to be… But when she sees Zach and all the wonderful things he does for her, there isn’t a doubt in both their minds that they’re simply meant to be!
I had such fun drawing this one! It gave me a chance to work on my side profiles for these characters! I’ve never drawn a side view of Alessandra before, so I hope my first attempt looks alright! I really loved drawing this one! Martin Short’s Jack Frost is one of my favourite characters! I also loved having a chance to draw Alessandra in a little sexy Santa dress! Thank you so much for this suggestion @jokerislandgirl32 !!! I loved drawing Zach and Alessandra into this famous Christmas movie scene! Zach sneaking over to the Tortuga to profess his love to Alessandra for Christmas even though he could get caught by Aviva and the Kratt brothers is such a romantic gesture! I think it would definitely let her know that he’s learned the true meaning of Christmas!

Hey guys! Starting on Wednesday, I will be starting my 12 drawings of Christmas, a new concept I came up with for the festive season to encourage myself to draw!
The 12 Drawings of Christmas works as follows:
I will be creating one drawing per day on the 12 days leading up to Christmas based on your prompt suggestions for drawings of Zach and my OC Alessandra Swift together for the holidays! Comment your prompt suggestions on this post to have a chance to make it into my 12 days! I’ll be picking one prompt each day to base my holiday drawing off of and I’ll credit whoever came up with the prompt in my post! The suggestions can be anything Christmas related, such as movies, characters, songs, etc.

I love the Illumination Grinch too! He’s got such a charm and charisma about him, and being voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch doesn’t hurt!
Honestly, him and Zach have a lot in common! They’re both evil inventors with a sweet, dorky side and adorable animal sidekicks (yes, I count Shadow as Zach’s animal buddy lol)! And they both hate Christmas too (At least Zach still does, the Grinch has his whole change of heart).
So glad I’m not the only one that finds the Grinch attractive, haha! Thanks for sharing, @jokerislandgirl32 !

But… I’m now romantically self shipping with this guy in addition to Zach…Yes, my new man is the Grinch! This version specifically, from the 2018 Illumination movie The Grinch.
He’s the perfect combination of silly, evil, salty, (eventually) sweet, intelligent, and oddly attractive.…just look at him...stunning.
