Rewatching rwby with my sister (its her first time) and we just made it past the end of 5, and the first half of 6, and I gotta say two scenes that really hit hard for me were:

A. the scene with Raven and Yang at the vault of the spring maiden (obviously. So much more depth to Raven now that we know what we do, and so much yet to learn)

B. The Lost Fable (Do you know how much effort it took to not flip off the god brothers? LMAO. The god of light really said "we mustn't upset the balance" my good sir YOU CREATED THE BALANCE ALKAJDFNKLDSJ)

Finally arrived to vol 9 with my sister tonight (its been a long month of rewatching (me) / watching (sister))

I was only planning on having us get through episode 5, but she was so astonished over the cliffhanger with Jaune that she begged for one more.

Didn't take much work on her part to win me over.

"Oh you are going to LOVE this episode," I had hinted at cleverly. My little lesbian sister looked up at me with the largest, most scared eyes. I only chuckled.

To say that she screamed during the episode is an understatement 😂
