listen I NEED a fanfic series of Danny accidentally revealing himself on social media/other people figuring out Danny’s identity through social media. Like, imagine;

- Accidentally posting to his Phantom account instead of his Fenton account or vice versa. (though. who would be following the Fenton account other than his friends?)

-someone posting something like “what if he went goth and dyed his hair black” and someone responds with “I think you mean dies his hair black” and everyone finds this funny and the post gets so popular someone edits him to have black hair and posts it and suddenly there’s realization

- “til that Phantom uses Fenton technology to catch ghosts” “does he just steal it or?” “maybe one of the Fenton kids helps him out” “guys. wouldn’t it be wild if he was a Fenton kid” “OH MY GOD” (honestly there’s. so many ways that could go)

- Some people decide to try and Skype Call Phantom. Danny decides to answer as Phantom just for the kicks. He forgets that he’s still in his bedroom, and eventually the question of where the hell he is comes up and someone’s like “isn’t that Danny Fenton’s bedroom?”

- “There’s so many people named Danny in this town what is this the Dannypocalypse” and Danny responds with “I know me, who’s the other one?” “Phantom” “But I am Phantom” 10 seconds after posting that: “wait.”

- DANNY MAKING JOKES ABOUT BEING PHANTOM ON HIS FENTON ACCOUNT AND VICE VERSA

BUT LIKE

NOT IN AN OBVIOUS WAY??

Like in the “I’m literally dead I can’t deal with this drama” , “glad my secret id of a clumsy idiot is holding up, it let’s me get away with accidentally turning intangible”, “yall ever just. want to sink through the floor and then. do it?”, “with my secret human skin, I can rent as much movie as i want” type of way

And? eventually his joke is just. too obvious??? or like. specific?? and as a result someone figures it out

- “in order to be safe on snapchat you have to go ghost” Phantom immediately gets offended “That’s my catchphrase you can’t use it”  “how is it your catchphrase you’re already a ghost” “uhh”

- There’s. so many ways Danny could get revealed on social media why doesn’t anyone think/talk about this?
