In germany there is that term under younger ones "Schwester Rabiata"

Simply that one nurse in medical a instituition who doesn't care what stupid excuses you have, what famous person you might be, if you want a smalltalk, if you want talk to a "real" doctor or if you think she couldn't tie you to that hospital bed with your 264 pounds ( because she can, despite her 4'11). That one nurse that knows as much as a doctor just because she works that long already and has no problem putting the higher ups in their place.

totally full support from here too. It would explain why Zhongli does know nearly everyone in Liyue but doesn't seem to have a clue about the best doctor (and only so far) in Liyue. That's just so sussy...
