Why would you let someone, who has never been through even a fraction of what you have in life, convince you that you're 'sensitive' or 'overemotional' .
You know what it's like to deal with shitty people and you're protecting yourself by being observant.don't feel bad for that!
Let it end.allow it to escape your grasp. if it is meant to be yours it will find it's way back to you. choose peace. give yourself permission to breathe a little easier in it's absence. resist the urge to try to control the outcome. all will be okay.

people tend to take things for granted and somehow come up with something to create a more severe damage until no more chances to undo things are left and all of a sudden they get hit with the epiphany!!
