Another Video Game I Play Mostly Regularly Is Sky: Children Of The Light. If You Haven't Heard Of It,

Another video game I play mostly regularly is Sky: Children of the Light. If you haven't heard of it, it's a free game on Mobile and Switch (I play on the latter), where you customize a little Sky Child and wander across the world, exploring it and meeting other Sky Children doing the same.
I drew this piece inspired by the new seasonal event that started today—the Season of Moments. It's got this nice place called the Prairie Peaks with waterfalls, mountains, cliffside paths, and a big ol' monolith sitting in the middle of it all.
It's pretty serene and calming, as is most of the game. And it's seeing this area in-game (among other things out-of-game) that helped inspire me to escape a bit of a funk I've been stuck in for over a week now. Also provided some practice drawing backgrounds—I'm not the best at them, but practice makes perfect.
I also tried making a timelapse, which I'll share below... It didn't quite work, thanks mainly to how my current computer isn't quite the best thing out there, to put it lightly.

And now, a selection of old hand-drawn art featuring Ghostie!

And now to swap gears a bit, from OCs to fandoms. Pokemon is the one I'm perhaps the most active in, and Victini is one of my favorites. Even played Pokemon Black a bit earlier than the intended receive date of my birthday to make sure I got its event.
This picture I drew to celebrate Victini Day, a silly little thing I discovered on Twitter with Japanese users dedicating a day of the year to one or more Pokemon. So of course I drew a piece featuring them in their Liberty Garden basement home.

I also repurposed it for the Pokemedia subreddit, having it use my character Red the Victini—adapted from the one I used in my aforementioned Pokemon Black file. In the future I might put some in-character things onto this Tumblr, to provide a little taste of social media from the Pokemon world.
(And other times I might just do it from the perspective of my trainer self from my personal canon, and not the shared one of the subreddit.)

Here's Cole attempting to find a moment's rest on the workfloor. Lugging massive delivery crates around takes a lot out of you.

Let's move onto another of my OCs! This here's Cole, a diligent little Deliverybug living in a world full of bugs. He works for a company called Kobetirka, currently led by the fifth generation owner Guzatirka. All in all, it's a cozy gig... Even if he tends to deliver to the snobbier bugs around town.

Cole started out, like a lot of my recent OCs, as just a random character drawn in my mostly-daily sketchbook. As time went on, I drew him again and again, going from monochromatic to the green bug you see above.

I've made sure to keep the little text characters on his gear and packages consistent over all his art. The ones on his hat's logo spell out "Kobetirka," while those on the labels read "G'thu Kershir"—his languages' words for "Caution, fragile!"
Probably not a good thing to drop them like he did there, but eh, nobody's perfect!

Woomy! I'm a fan of the Splatoon series, though I only started with 2. I drew this in the leadup to Splatoon 3's Splatfest Premiere, doing the best I could to match the design of the Tableturf Battle cards using one of the ones that had been revealed at that time. Turned out pretty good, I think!

Honorable mentions were the Splattershot, Inkbrush, and Bamboozler for the weapon Ghostie would wield, though in the end I went with the Ink Roller. Maybe I'll finish the Splattershot drawing... someday.
