Feeling thrown for a loop here! But I'm on a roll, just coasting along...

Here's a random thing—a Pokemon Trainer I made for a friend's project. I'm seeing him as being a junior professor, who travelled across various uncharted regions researching Pokemon ecology, but who until now never had the chance to go on a proper Pokemon journey, with gyms and all. So now he's doing so, in a region filled with unknown phenomena! Let's call him Professor Barberry. I was originally going to give him a more unique pose, but I ended up basing it on the Scientist pose in the Alola games. I also worked on this from midnight 'til around 4am, please help, artistic focus is a hell of a drug

Ahh, nothing like a good stretch to start off a morning, huh? Here's a little peek at Terrance's home! Or at least, draft one of his home (I need to work on my backgrounds still). I like the idea of him living on a street that's been worn back down into a dirt path because the upkeep would be too much given how often he stomps around there. Plus, he's got easy access to a vet! Whether or not one can properly treat a Kaiju like Terrance is a question for another time... This art was planned at the start of the month, but due to putting it off for other projects I wasn't able to finish it until yesterday. At least I got it out before the end of (Macro) March! If you want to see the making of this piece, look below the cut!
I'm not quite sure if I'll keep the handmade scale texture in the future, it was mainly so that his back wasn't so much of a solid color. We'll see!

Too late! The tomfoolery has begun.

Ooga Booga. ...Okay, so the story was that I wanted to make some art, the art I was working on in my sketchbook was taking too long to finish before midnight, I tried opening Clip Studio Paint to draw something but the program refused to open, so instead I started up GIMP and made... well, this weird little guy. Am I proud of it? Not that much. Is it goofy? Yes.
