As You Might Expect, A World Like Ghostie's Is Full Of Quirky Creatures To Combat, And Here's A Trio

As you might expect, a world like Ghostie's is full of quirky creatures to combat, and here's a trio of ones you might find there!

Belby: When encountered in the wild, it'll rush up to an intruder and use a sonic organ inside its body to produce an explosion. However, they can be tamed, and they're used for demoltion purposes on Pequan Island and beyond (As I mentioned back when I introduced Ghostie's father).

Crawleh: While they may look like robots, these creatures are actually closer to insects in physiology. Using its wings and pointed feet, it can easily clamber up and down sheer cliffs with ease, and its long necks give them an ample view of the scenery around it—including potential predators to headbutt.

Stonehed: Stoneheds are what you would expect, a creature resembling a stone that seems to be naught but a hed—er, head. They often disguise themselves among boulders and leap out to attack unsuspecting travellers. Some say there's a kingdom of Stoneheds located in the caverns deep beneath Pequan... But that's just a fairy taie, right?

Sometimes Your Brain's Drained From Wanting To Talk To People, And Sometimes Your Body's Drained From

Sometimes your brain's drained from wanting to talk to people, and sometimes your body's drained from having to walk to people.

Sometimes Your Brain's Drained From Wanting To Talk To People, And Sometimes Your Body's Drained From
Sometimes Your Brain's Drained From Wanting To Talk To People, And Sometimes Your Body's Drained From

But all it takes is... uh, a little victory, and you're sure to grow into a better person in both mind AND body! (That works, right?)

Here She Is! This Is Korath, A Sevani Martial Artist. Her Species Dwells On The Twin Planets Sev-Ulkh

Here she is! This is Korath, a Sevani martial artist. Her species dwells on the twin planets Sev-Ulkh and Ruh-Ani in the Punositus System; she specifically lives on the former. Her martial artistry is known as Bushi, focused on kicks with her species' powerful legs and using the light rifle on her arm to stun distant or large opponents. When those won't suffice, Korath can use her tail to inject venom into her foes, or use those legs to leap up to distant heights.

By trade, she considers herself more of a salvager than a fighter, letting the wind she senses using the 3 ridges on her head guide her to her next quarry. These range from caverns with precious jewels, to old ruins of cultures past... or, perhaps, to a mysterious crashed ship bearing living specimens and artifacts of a distant world, ravaged by an alien invasion centuries past... a world called Earth.
