• You were wearing merch and all, but more specifically Purl-Hew's merch.

• He found you cute, but the hate of your constant talking stopped him from thinking about that.

• As you continued to talk, at some point it didn't seem like Purl-Hew was listening anymore, so you nudged him.

• No response was heard from the robot. Only syncing breathes are heard as he pulled you down along with him holding you closer to him in his sleep.

• He mumbled something in his sleep, but you didn't pay no mind to it as you began to drift off as well with a smirk plastering your face.

DJSS with a mostly tired S/O

DJSS is so used to Vinyl City’s energetic population/fans it felt odd being around someone so… mellow, quiet, and more distracted at first. 

DJSS thought at first his S/O didn’t want to listen/was a bad listener in general whenever he or others talked/explained something, but really they were just tired as they tried their best to pay attention with what was being said. With this in mind the lack of sleep means worsened attention span (and other things as well), after all. 

Pushing his ego away and opening up to actually show his S/O he’s concerned for their health because of their lack of sleep, he does a bit of research and even reached out to other NSR artists for any advice since he didn’t know too much about sleep in general. 

If his S/O tries to brush it off that just makes DJSS more more determined to help with their  sleep.

Aside from that he’d also try suggesting his S/O some ways that’s helped him whenever he’s struggling with sleep like stargazing, listening to instrumental music, a nice warm bath too. 

You’d think one of those few examples would work and sound all nice sure, but the only thing that’s ever worked for his S/O was cuddling surprisingly enough. 

Short or tall, DJSS’s S/O falls right asleep whenever they lay ontop of him. Literally is the best alternative pillow ever fr. 

Of course trying to fix something such as this doesn’t just fix itself in one day unfortunately, but dating someone like DJSS he’s very set on fixing things and follows through with whatever he’s doing. 

Even if DJSS can be stubborn and sometimes rude, he wants his S/O to be happy and healthy as possible (even if he’s annoying about it), he’s just showing he cares… even if it’s a bit too much.
