Something happens and Radcliffe and Witless get a hold of Alice and try to take her back to the asylum, wether be killing Bumby or something maybe Radcliffe is demanding what Alice has left idk…

P truly experiences anger and goes a combo of My Happy Marriage and Robocop and storms the Asylum or wherever she’s kept, flipping tables, throwing wards across the hall(including a certain pair of brothers), ripping doors right off their hinges

Finally P in a voice that is the definition of pissed off cries out

“ALICE!!!!”

Alice hears the familiar voice and actually starts crying. Someone came for her, he came for her.

P just breaks the damn door with his legion arm like in the game and when the pair of miserable curmudgeons realize P is part machine call him a monster, but he doesn’t give a shit. Only thing he cares about is getting Alice the hell away from them.

He grabs Radcliffe by the throat with his metal hand and chokes him enough he’s on the floor catching his breath. He picks up Alice bridal style as she nuzzles into his neck and Witless starts ranting how ungrateful Alice is and how only a monster like P would fancy her.

P turns around scornfully staring at her, telling her to shut her disgusting mouth and threatens to kill her and Radcliffe if they ever trying anything to Alice again.

I can’t but think when P becomes human he has “Shonen Anime Protagonist” appetite

Like, he’s basically a magic steampunk cyborg so he has to eat double because his remaining machine parts just burn through it

And he has the most polite burps in the world, like a simple quiet sigh like “heph. Excuse me.”

Thinking of my Megacrossover events; The Order of Cair Paravel

One Saga, involving RWBY, BlazBlue, Skullgirls, Bionicle, Skeleton Knight in Another World, Code Geass, Fate, D.Gray-Man and a few others which focus on original characters, notably one is the granddaughter of Susan Pevensie and her love interest who is an American dude who's a bit of satire of New Hollywood movies of the 1980s and set in mostly our world which shares the Fate World and references many 1980 films such as Ghostbusters and The Goonies and is all about fighting disenchantment and uses Chronicles of Narnia as a basis

Then there's another saga that involves the bully of the American character's school finding redemption involving Lies of P, Alice Madness Returns, Bioshock and a few others but uses The Ransom Trilogy and bits of The Silver Chair, even involves worlds including world of Fritz Lang's metropolis and overarching themes of the horrors and evils of scientism and modernity

Both involve evil Cults/Secret societies who are under the influence of "The Bent One" aka The Devil

Lies of P x American McGee’s Alice: Alice x P Headcanons

-Alice due to her trauma and P due to his first experience with romantic love are pretty much figuring out what it means to be a couple. They kiss, hold hands, and cuddle, but most of the time they’re there just figuring it out as they go “We have no idea what we’re doing lol”

-P likes to touch Alice, non lewd ways of course, but he knows the boundaries and makes sure it’s okay, Alice in turn tries to be bolder and appreciates P’s patience

-This is because P is SUPER affectionate, ever since Alice kissed him the first time, he’s been a sappy lover boy since. He loves to cuddle Alice and pepper her face and neck with kisses as much as she permits it.

-The remotely spicy thing they’ve done is Alice has offered one of her bare legs up to the knee to P to “kiss it better”, the feeling of his cool metal legion hand on her calf plus his gentle kisses up and down her shin causes her to giggle and shiver a bit with delight. Nothing lewd however, they’d prefer to get married first before anything serious.

-They cuddle in bed big time, P being the big spoon, mostly this is due to therapeutic purposes as well as affection. Alice has slept better since then.

-P often speaks to Alice, but isn’t quite comfortable speaking in full sentences with others yet, which Alice is helping him with.

-Both are each other’s anchor in overcoming their mental hurdles and have made each other stronger because of it

This is true, but I also want to speak from experience that it's also that needs to feel like what someone wants to do.

For example, I'm trying some more tragic stories, but its certainly not RWBY, I'm trying Code Geass and I really need to get back to Kanebei The Iron Fortress

But the thing felt like it was because I wanted to grow thicker skin and something lesser known, not because a snob pressured me to watch it to "learn some culture"

People are working 9 to 5 jobs already so their already frustrated, and when you snark at what they love and hold up what you like and tell them to like it, it becomes another chore for them, and they got plenty of that from work.

It's hard to develop new tastes, but when you get passive aggressive and assume the worst what their tastes are without any evidence of immorality in said taste, and prop what you like up, they don't wanna do it. It comes off as moralizing, and it drives them further away.

You guys realize you can change your tastes, right?

They don't have to be a part of Who You Are. If you didn't like onions when you were 8 but you like them now that you're in your 20s, we call that "growth." "Development." But if you liked anime when you were 13 and someone tells you to broaden your tastes, try different mediums, or deepen your love for classic films instead, they're "bullying you" and "people should just be allowed to like what they like!"

Yeah. Sure. They're allowed to have one or three tastes in media all their life. They're allowed to keep watching what they're used to and enjoying what they've always enjoyed. Heck, people are allowed to eat cheese whiz all day, every day, if they want to. Nobody's making a law against it.

But you don't have to stay there. You can cultivate a taste for deeper books, truer stories, better music. Just like you learned how to enjoy writing and reading and all that jazz. You can re-train your affections the same way you can re-train your tastebuds.

Do you have to? No. But is it better for you to control your affections instead of letting them control you? Yes. Every time. Every. Time. Including in what you watch during your "down-time." After all, anything worth having is hard work and way better for you. I'm not saying "quit watching anime, put down the Twilight Saga." I'm saying, "try to grow." It's better for you.
