physical appearance:
-if your not used to workouts, try doing simple yoga and pilates to get in shape and also stay healthy. start off once a week, and gradually start being consistent
-stop using hot water, instead use cold water to shower
-find your undertones and adjust your makeup to it
-build a skincare routine (cleanser, moisturiser, sunscreen. if you have acne use a serum)
-start a haircare routine (oiling, wash, hair serum). wash your hair 3 times a week till the max !!
-keep a clean room
-drink lots of water !!
mental health:
-start journalling
-wake up earlier (5-6-7-8am)
-listen to postive, upbeat music
-study regularly; 1 hour everyday is better than cramming for 4 hours before a test
-start watching thewizardliz on youtube for a better mindset
-start repeating positive affirmations to yourself
-learn to accept yourself more
-always make sure to pray everyday (if your religious!!)
