How would a Nightmare and a Dream bitty get along?

Nightmare: dreams and nightmares are born in pairs together, meaning if adopted together they would be staying with each other from birth onwards, so they get along as well as could be expected for brothers, teasing, bullying one another, protecting each other from outside forces…

*Nightmare trails off as his tentacles snake down and puncture into the ground, there being a pause before he finally pulls himself back into now*

and if you buy one part of a pair at separate times, that’s a little different, but same could be said of all pairs that are changed up anyways.

*He rolls his eyelight*

dreams are insufferable goody-goodies whom will actively help you battle the nightmares we bring, and they will obviously be your golden boy no matter if we are brothers or not. 

that’s why so many pairs are split, ‘cause who cares about keeping brothers together when you could have an obedient, kind and stupidly optimistic little bastard who barely looks back at his twin brother when someone comes to adopt him and only him, because who wants an obvious ticking time bomb around their already almost insomniac child-

So Murder, whats the plan for when Toriel gets sent back?

Murder, Horror and Nightmare: …………….

*All three bitties look from each other to Toriel as she happily knits Christmas Sweaters for the next chapter for Killer. Murder then stuffs his hands in his pockets and winks* 

Murder: heh, what makes ya think i’m gonna let her get sent back? owner’s gonna have to dust me first. 

Oh Tori, I do hope you and the boys have a good holiday! What are your thoughts on living near Deme? Is it odd to live near another Toriel? *Slips her a small bundle of some fabric and yarn*

*Toriel happily takes the fabric and yarn to make into more things needed* 

Toriel: Thank you! We will do our very best to have a good one, and I hope the same for you as well!

*She then appears thoughtful* 

And I never really thought of it as odd, I was born among dozens of Toriel Bitties exactly like myself, Classics like me even, being raised among them, so even then I was surrounded in other Toriel bitties, having Deme is having another friend for us to have. The one to really ask if it’s odd would be Horror seeing as he is basically dating a close alternate of myself. 

*Horror and Murder freeze for a moment before Horror finally scoffs* 

Horror: you an’ Deme are two different bitties. it’s not that weird.

Hell Yeah! Finally the Dancetale Grillby and Toriel Commission is here, and it looks glorious! ;0;

This is basically a headcanon of mine for These two in Dancetale, and I’ll elaborate:

Alright, so if anyone cares I headcanon Toriel as learning the Fire Dance in Dancetale when her son dies and she leaves her husband, the Waltz is obviously a two person thing and while that is their primary Dance style she doesn’t have anyone to dance with in the Ruins, leaving her alone with no emotional let out besides a few children that fall down, and they usually leave after some time. 

So she teaches herself the Fire Dance seeing as it is usually something one person can do without problem, giving her something to vent to. 

So when the monsters reach the surface, her and everyone else is overcome with the feeling of joy, and start to dance, her fire igniting for her to dance and express her relief and absolute happiness at seeing the surface again with everyone else. 

Grillby is a Fire Dancer as well as the master at Salsa, and though he doesn’t really have anyone but Fuku Fire who shares the Fire Dance with him, it’s fine because he is surrounded by others and Monsters can meld their Dance styles together to make it work out for them, however immediately the Fire Dance that happens from Toriel catches his attention, the only Fire Dancer he knows that is not a Fire Elemental as he wordlessly asks if he can join and she allows it, both of them Dancing and sharing their Joy together which could possibly lead to something more.
