Still love my blood angels even tho I went 1-2 lmao. gg nids are busted but I had a good time. Everyone I played was super chill and I never got tabled or clocked out! I feel really amazing about how much I have improved in a little under 2 years of playing. Now for 3 more games again tomorrow... and to finish fully painting my army for the Kansas City and Chicago GTs.

When asked “what do primarchs eat” I struggled to find excerpts of them actually eating and instead found dozens of them drinking wine and commenting on its poor or excellent taste so I’m gonna assume Horus likes wine. More astartes wine fun facts: Ahriman had a vineyard on Prospero and allegedly made excellent wine and 40k blood angels “spice” their wine. I’ll give you one guess as to what the spice is. In conclusion, the warhammer universe is full of wine and Horus was a wine mom.

i mean it really does depend on whether horus likes wine, which i'm inclined to believe he does, because why wouldn't he, other than the fact that he's probably supposed to be better at detecting poison when he drinks it as part of his combo platter primarch powers (or at least i assume so from fulgrim exhibiting something like that), and that poison detecting ability would probably mean something about his TAS2R genes (or something, i mostly did a cursory google search on that one so i might be quoting things wrong, whoops) that might also mean he can taste every single extremely bitter tannin in wine, which wouldn't be super conductive to him actually liking it, but it's been noted that primarchs also like to be stabbed on occasion (though that might be konrad being konrad and fulgrim being fulgrim) and frankly it would be in character for the emperor to make horus just happen to like the taste of bitter tannin maybe-poison (and cilantro-induced soap too while he's at it) because it both provides him with the material anti-poisoning benefit and the thin veil of normality / pretense that he's not custom-built to be a living war-machine, as long as he doesn't elaborate too much on the notes of cyanide he so looks forward to

so, yeah horus could probably drink all-ages battery acid. it's enrichment to him, i think

also he is kind of a wine mom anyway so, y'know

The source was Reddit so take it with a (massive) grain of salt. Besides some of the stuff has already been disproved but a lot of this I can see happening even if the timeline is different.
