Absolutely love the Khan model, he is such a treat to paint. He looks so pretty even with only half the base coats done lol.
On this episode of “pimp my knight” the client asked for a triumph of st. Katherine knight and gave us a cerastus lancer as the base. I’m very pleased with the results 🥰 it came to us primed and partially built but I reposed it to a more dynamic pose and added more sister appropriate bits for additional imperial drip. Can’t wait to get paint on this lady.

I’ve got complex feelings about this book, I have to admit; as I say in the novella’s afterword, Knight of Grey marks an end-point for something that was a major element of my prose writing career for over fifteen years. Writing Nathaniel Garro’s odyssey has been an honour and a privilege that has rewarded me both personally and professionally in ways I never expected – along the way, I’ve met some incredible people through these stories, creators and fans alike, and it’s been an epic journey. My thanks go out to everyone who has followed along.

Drawing Sanguinius is learning to fear feathers.
So. Many. Of. Them.
Also, accidentaly he got way more prettyboy than I intended. That's nowhere near Fear to Tread-levels of badassery, but pure angelic fluffyness.
I have never had a particular opinion on Blood Angels in general and their Primarch in particular. They were just there and were in the cosmos of the original, very simple legions, just the mysterious vampire dudes with the blood fetish and the dark secret.
But in the meantime I've developed great pleasure in Amit and also find Raldoron exciting. And Sanguinius is also a more complex tragic figure than I had suspected.
My favourite primarch ranking remains complicated. At the moment it is:
