“I've really enjoyed my Cameo experience, you know. It's been a really, um--you know, there's two reasons why I say I've been moved. I've been moved because people have shown generosity to a cause that's, you know, obviously very close to my heart, but I've also been really moved by not just seeing the love for the show but by feeling it. People have asked really specific, intricate questions, really detailed questions, which goes to show, to me, one, probably how many times they've watched the show, in the best way, but also kind of how invested they are in it, really. And, you know, me, Jayden, Kassius, the rest of the cast, this has been nearly three years of our lives that we've poured into this show and we all love it so much, and we've been really invested in it. And generally when you put so much into something, you want--you hope that something comes out of it, and this has been getting to feel that come out of it this week, because I'm not really online in a sort of interactive way, has been very special and very gratifying and very moving. So yeah, thank you, to everyone."

I’ve got complex feelings about this book, I have to admit; as I say in the novella’s afterword, Knight of Grey marks an end-point for something that was a major element of my prose writing career for over fifteen years. Writing Nathaniel Garro’s odyssey has been an honour and a privilege that has rewarded me both personally and professionally in ways I never expected – along the way, I’ve met some incredible people through these stories, creators and fans alike, and it’s been an epic journey. My thanks go out to everyone who has followed along.
