1. Hide your likes and following there are people on here that will report any 3d accounts and this is how theyā€™re able to get you and all your moots accounts deleted

2. Please for the love of god put something about your age in your pinned post or bio it doesnā€™t have to be the exact number but at least say if your 18+ or a minor. There are many many people in this

finally taking the time to write this out and finalize all the deails so maybe ill actually do it.

Also I'm going to add how many cals everything burns next to it, however I want to clarify that these numbers will only be acurate FOR ME. It would only be acurate for you too if you have the same hight and weight as me.

I am 5'7/170cm tall and I weigh 122lbs/55.3kg
