You had been instructing people for a while now, but nothing could have prepared you for your new client: A very blonde, very handsome Ken with an obvious passion for horses. He was... excited to say the least, like a child on christmas, and you honestly found that extremely adorable.

Ken first petted the animal, stroking its mane and whispering "Hey, buddy!" a few times. Your heart already felt warm for him, seeing him getting comfortable so fast.

When you thought Ken was ready, you offered your hand so he could climb the horse. He took it and you immediately noticed him blushing (how cute), putting one leg over the animal and setting down slowly.

You could physically see a change in his demeanor, he looked... weirdly confident for a first-timer. In reality, Ken felt powerful, like he could rule the world (only figuratively, he wasn't going to try that again any time soon). He was so into the moment he didn't realize he had been nudging the horse with his heel, suddenly sending the animal running through the field.

"OH MY GOD." To say you panicked was an understatement, quickly jumping into your horse and absolutely racing towards him. Ken was holding on for dear life while screaming (and he honestly held on for an impressive amount of time) but after a while, he fell down dramatically onto the grass.

You hopped out of your horse, running towards the fallen Ken. His eyes were closed, and you softly shook him before holding his face. "Ken?? Are you alright? Please, talk to me!"

His eyelids fluttered open, and before you could process anything he was laughing... a beautiful laugh, full and bright. You could have punched him in the face for scaring you if you weren't completely enchanted by him... and as he stared at your face, you couldn't help but laugh as well, lowering yourself so you could kiss the corner of his grin.

His whole face turned red, blue eyes bright with emotion... you sighed, he was gorgeous. "You scared me, blondie."

"I'm sorry, (Y/N)... it will probably happen again, though!"

Laughing while laying on the grass, you two stayed for a couple more moments before retrieving your horses. Ken had a lot to learn still.

And yeah, if it meant he could have more kisses, he would make sure those 'accidents' happened more often than not.

Another part of Chapter 10 of Soundbite! I'm happy I got to share a little bit of everything this week with the poll and the other tag things!

“How was Banner?” Kurt asked as he started the van, curious about the time she spent with a high-profile scientist and Avenger, then his expression became more concerned. “Was he, er, angry?” Lucille chuckled at his questions, thinking back to her time there. Even when unexpectedly she saw him as the Hulk, Bruce was nothing but kind and empathetic to her. “He kind of doesn’t do that anymore, it’s a long story,” she explained with a smile. “But he’s great, I consider him a friend now.” Kurt nodded his head and smiled, glad to hear Lucille had someone there for her during such a terrible time. As he carefully drove through the busy streets, he turned on the radio, at the perfect volume to cut the awkward silence as well as to listen to anything she wanted to say. “I told Donovan you were in hospital, so everything is good there,” he told her in case she was concerned about how this affected her day job. “Tristan said get well, in his way.” Lucille chuckled, thinking of X-Con’s intern and his usual aloof demeanor, then looked over at Kurt with a warm smile. “Thank you for taking care of everything, it means a lot. How have you been?” Aside from the light music playing in the background, there were a few moments of silence in the van while Lucille heard his heart rate go up again. He swallowed as he stopped at a light, looking back at her for a split second. “Honest? It has been hard,” he calmly spoke, but there was obviously much more on his mind. He almost lost her and when Scott took her to Bruce, he didn’t get to say goodbye, that night made him realize a few things, one of them being that he never wanted to let her go and that in this moment, he couldn’t hide that from her. “Let me take you home first.”

okay, so, tozier is a real asshole yk? he’d be an asshole if he liked you, let alone obsessed with you!!!

i feel like a yandere-esque richie wouldn’t be very obvious until the moment he decides to show it

he definitely takes note of your every move and every action, like the way you part your hair or wear your clothes, he’d be extremely observant only when it comes to you

he’s extra mean to you too, wanting to insult you in every way for a moment before being a-okay with you the next

if someone shows the slightest interest in you, he would immediately strike

first warning would be him threatening that person for even talking to you and thinking they even had a chance with someone as amazing and heaven-sent as you

second would be at least a few cuts and bruises here and there inflicted on the person who flirted with you

third would be death, quite literally

richie is very possessive as yanderes are, and if you’re even a second late to a group meeting he’ll be asking you a thousand questions of your whereabouts

he hates it when you say no to him, he absolutely fucking hates it and sometimes he feels like slapping you across the face but remembers to control himself if not he’ll scare you away

you’re very confused of his weird behaviour, one second he hates you and the next he seems to care about your “safety” 

of course you don’t realise he’s lied about all those times he said that there were guys that were trying to take advantage of your kindness, when he was actually the one who was taking advantage of it

you’re slowly manipulated by his so-called compassion and chivalry, and fall for him, and he gets exactly what he wants: your devoted love.

I love how the Kens were play fighting and being ridiculous while Allan was straight up murdering people on screen.

I’d lose interest if I found out it wasn’t about horses too
