They really loves your voice. You're not only kind and helpful, you're also very talented and he feels very gifted to have someone like you :).

They also finds it a new interesting thing about you. If you're shy about your singing/music skills please don't! They're willing to listen to your beautiful voice and amazing talent. So there's need to gatekeep on what you can do (but they wouldn't pressure you too much they know boundaries).

They also wouldn't mind if you collaborate with them! They thinks it's a good bonding time in your relationship. Whether it's singing to other musicians' songs or composing your own they find it really enjoyable.

They would also be you personal manager or your bandmate if you asked me. I'm pretty sure that they at least know something about music or they're just also really good at it but they're also shy about it (whether if they're a good vocalist, knows how to play musical instruments or a composer they will do a good job with it and he'll appreciate it if you help them gather more ideas for new projects). You just gotta keep your relationship in private if both of you ever got famous because of some fans (y'know what I mean).

If you play musical instruments, they would blush when you insist to teach them the basics. Or, if you want to learn how to play and they know how to (please I want someone to teach me how to play the guitar it's so hard lol), they will spend their free time teaching you. Nonetheless if both of you are patient with each other, it can form a strong bond and connection.

They are willing to protect you especially when excited fans tries to touch you when they get a bit too thrilled to finally meet both of you. You even got to scold them while patching them up for being careless about themselves since they get hurt trying to shield you a bunch of times. But don't blame them, they want to make sure you and your privacy is safe (and they'll get flushed and a bit concerned when you also do the same for them).

They will be willing to listen and know about the meaning of your songs/covers. They will find a bit upsetting if you're ashamed of what you can do or if you are using your talent to vent out your negative emotions and personal problems as a coping mechanism. Nonetheless, they will be willing to reach out and talk to you about it. Besides they know that spending your time doing your hobbies/talent can be really healthy to release your stress. But next time don't hesitate to talk about your personal issues because they're your partner and they want to see you better, despite being a bit embarrassing on your part.

Do I even need to start? He will be your number one fan.

Not really good in terms of singing/music? (sorry Vin I do like you but Duke is just better lol). They're probably out of tune most of the times but he will practice almost every hour just to impress you lmao. But with practice and hard work (along with your help), he can keep up with you!

He is willing to give up his training just to stay beside you. They might be a little bit obsessed over you, but they do know boundaries. He'll respect it if you want your free time, but he will still cry inside because he really wants to spend his extra time with you.

He will not admit it, but he thinks that he enjoys spending his time with you teaching him your interests? It's not necessarily that he's super passionate with music (except for Vin). But he finds it a good hobby when he's bored. He would also find it enjoyable if he teaches you his body training techniques (but he may unconsciously push you to your limits so you gotta tell him what you like and what you're not comfortable with). He would also force you almost every night (especially Yuseong, Goo, and Ryuhei) to hum him a lullaby before he sleeps, bastard. But like I said, he would stop if you're not comfortable with it. But if he has puppy ears it would surely droop down the moment you turned off his offer.

He thinks that playing musical instruments is so damn hard. Like how the hell can you play *your instrument of choice* so smooth? Almost perfectly if you asked me. Now he wanna learns how to play too! Be patient with him because he may accidentally break it (for example strumming the guitar so hard lmao).

He will also whoop someone's ass if they ever tried to touch you. But he may misunderstand the situation with someone who's just excited to ask for an autograph 🗿. Now don't blame him, he's really cautious with any potential danger (especially when you became famous). Now you gotta scold his ass off telling him to be nicer to your fans and he'll be crying and sniffing pleading for your forgiveness. But still, his preservative demeanor will still be active especially when you're out for tours. He's also a great body guard even when he's super a blockheaded person at times.

He's the type to look really tough but cries at hearing emotional songs? You can see the tears that threatened to fall on his now red-glossy eyes as he doesn't know why he feels like this every time you sing a meaningful song with your beautiful song. You're like a goddess given life, his princess if you asked me.

He will scream like the biggest fanboy he's ever been when you're feeling nervous for a stage performance. The only thing missing at this point is him holding up a board with your pictures plastered with colorful/*color of choice* on it to cheer you up lmao.

He' a chaotic crackhead and also pretty dumb at times. He wants to guard and almost babysit you on rehearsals.

He doesn't really care if you can sing or make music? But he does find it an interesting fact about you though.

He would be honestly feel a bit blessed if he have a partner who's not only strong willed, helpful and emotionally intelligent/logical but also talented (his type might be a too unrealistic but I guess as long as you're a positive or a good person he might catch feelings for you especially Daniel).

Doesn't really care about one's physical appearance in some aspects (some men in this list have preferences but he's not too picky either except for Samuel and Jiho lmao). But he would find it hot and appealing if you wear your own preference in clothing that matches your music style. He thinks that it can also catch your audiences' attention to be presentable not only talent/skill wise but also in your fashion sense.

He might not admit it but he loves your voice. He finds it calming since he's either having troubles with his sleep schedule and he's really tired. Anything you sing is okay for him, hearing your voice is enough as you ruffle his hair to help him take a nap. But his cold-stone heart will slowly melt if you sing his favorite song/s for him in a soft and calm manner.

He's not really a singer but he does hum at times either when if he's bored or in private all alone because he's too focused on his work or either he's embarrassed by it (Daniel has a very exceptional singing skills we all that). He might reject or skip your offer of him helping you out for your project since he's either busy dealing with his enemies, him getting a bit shy and unsure, or him just not being in the mood for it. But after some forcing persuading, he might accept your offer but he still have doubts about it lol. He might prefer doing some back-up vocals though. He will find it annoying if you keep forcing him to sing with you. But he can't resist to you as his partner. So you might hear a low (yet beautiful tone) voice of his singing along with you especially on karaoke bars.

Though I headcannon that he prefers being your bodyguard/manager (something along of the lines like that). Since he's super strong, cunning, fast and a very outstanding fighter he wouldn't hesitate to kick your stalker's ass the moment he catches up on them. He wants to make sure that your privacy and personal life is secured and safe as much as possible. And he will get his job done.

Not the best in comfort because he's mostly serious at times (especially Gun and Samuel), but he will still try his best to cheer you up before your performance. You're precious to him.

He will not admit it but he does find it enjoyable to spend time with you on what you like to do/hobbies especially when he's free. He might be interested to play your instrument of choice or practice his vocal skills more with you as his coach and lover. Who knows?

Bonus! DG (Kang Dag Yeom)/Daniel Park/Duke Pyeon (sorry I might come out as a bit of a biased person lmao)

He's a singer/musician as well! So no need to be embarrassed by your music skills.

Though he can't help to admire your beauty, he's most likely act professional in times of work. You got lots of projects to do that must be done on time, so he'll most likely put his feelings aside first.

He's very attentive about your ideas for your new projects. If you don't mind he might even recommend some tips and his thoughts for that additional flair on the music. Not only him working with you is organized, it's also very enjoyable while still being focused.

He might know how to play a musical instrument (DG for sure), but for Daniel and Duke they're more of a vocalist and composer. So teaching him how to play or you studying together to play your musical instrument of choice is also very entertaining. DG will be willing to teach you the basics first if you asked him for help when he's free. So you don't need to feel shy about it.

He also cares for the meaning of the songs you're composing/making a cover for. He really believes that music is not only something catchy on our hearing, but also it needs to be a beautiful and meaningful masterpiece. He might get concerned if your song of choice might be a bit personal on your side, but he'll make sure that he'll talk about it with you (in a good way ofc). Nonetheless as long as you're happy with the song, he'll be fine with it too.

He'll also try his best to protect you. Daniel and DG can kick some perverted people if needed. As for Duke, I'm not really confident that he can fight back but I'm sure he'll still try his best to take care of you in his own ways :).

They feel stage fright at times but he'll get a bit more anxious when you're the one that experiences it. He wants you to know that you can get through it. So if you don't mind he will sing with you too.

I just realized something about L's character and it may have changed my perspective on him

(DEATH NOTE SPOILERS) TW: slight mentions of death/self harm

Admit it or not, most of us got hooked to Death Note because of L's goofiness. And some of us hated Light because of his god complex. But none of us realized that L maybe just the same as Light.

Let me explain.

We all know that L's mostly emotionless all the time. Yes, there are times that he would show or at least try to act like a decent human being like calling Light as his "first friend" and pretending that he's one of Misa's fans when he first met her just to steal her phone for evidences about the Kira case.

And if you don't know. There's a canon (oneshot?/novel I don't really remember) about his successors. A, who ended his own life because of peer pressure and BB who became a serial killer to try to beat L and make his crimes "one of the most impossible cases to solve". But as we know BB failed at this and got caught at the end.

But I thought, why did BB did all of this? Well I think it's because of his abusive childhood at Wammy's House. We all know that intelligent children were taken care under Watari's roof for their potential to be L's successor. However, I just realized that children were forced to compete one another for success (that's why Mello has always hated Near). And even after A and BB's death none of this methods were changed for a safer and healthier environment for the children. Yes, no matter how smart they are they're still little kids who has very fragile minds that can be easily manipulated. Did L showed remorse for this? Did he asked Watari to change the rules inside Wammy's House? No.

And I feel like he just really doesn't care about using people as pawns just to finish the case. It's shown that when Light "thinks that he's Kira" he's not buying it. L was also willing to lock up Soichiro with his consent (Light's dad). And he locked up Misa Amane with a tray of chemicals, threatening her if she didn't speak up. He did all of this just for the case to be solved.

And I think that the whole "first friend" was just a lie (it's canon don't argue). L used this method to get a reaction out of Light and fall his guard off and maybe try to feel a little sympathy out of him. And the rain scene was also a trap (even though L knows that he's going to die anyways). He asked Light if he ever lied (not exact quote but you get my point) which Light answered in half-honesty like a psychopath which L expected since Light also wants to be thought and viewed as innocent.

Don't get me wrong, I love L. But we tend to forget that he's not a goofy and cute cinnamon roll that is often shown in the anime. He's still a genius who's willing to take risk and use anybody just to solve the last piece of the puzzle. Did L thought that what he's doing is somewhat wrong? Possibly. Yet he still chose to risk everything even his life to solve crimes. Versus Light. Even as a narcissistic, psychopathic teenager who has the Death Note thinking he's morally right and killed all criminals and somehow made crime rates go lower.

It changed my perspective of L as a character. It kind of turned me off to be honest (as a L simp), but it made me appreciate L's intelligence more and he's not just that cute character that we seem to love. For me he and Light were no different from one another. They're willing to use others to get important information in their cat and mouse game in their battle of wits and pride.

Lookism Men x Reader (When their partner is insecure PART 1)

Genre: angst🥀 and fluff☁️ (comfort post) Warnings: mentions of insecurities/body image, poverty, social anxiety, panic attacks, overall a bit triggering reader is gender neutral (and is in an established relationship with the character of choice :)

Daniel Park (Park Hyung Seok)

If you're insecure about your body image (feeling too fat or too thin or overall feeling not looking "attractive"), he'll be able to empathize with you a lot since he has troubles with his appearance too.

Daniel will be super supportive of you. He knows how it feels to be thrown to the side all the time and be alone with the mix of loneliness also drives him crazy.

He's really good with comforting you. I think it depends on how you want it to be more okay. If you want space and time for yourself, he won't hesitate to give you some alone time. Though he'll make sure that you're eating and sleeping well. But if you want to be cuddled he has no problem with it either. He just wants to see you happy and he'll do anything to make you feel better.

Daniel would worry a lot if you start having a panic attack. He'll get you a glass of water and he'll rub your back and will tell you to take deep breaths so you'll calm down. Daniel will also ask why you're feeling down today and the moment you break down he'll be hugging you and listen to you when you started opening up to him.

He'll also shower you with lots of genuine compliments. If you think that your body looks ugly, he'll hug you from behind and whisper to your ear how beautiful/handsome you are (with your consent of course). "Y/N please don't hate on yourself, you're the most pretty girl/boy I've met. You're also very kind, talented, and helpful. Cheer up." He'll also help you have a healthy lifestyle if you asked him to (like the way Vasco trained him). Exercising and helping you out on your diet will help you boost your confidence like he did so trust him when it comes to things like this (he won't be too rushed and hard on you though unlike Gun).

And if you're feeling unsocial type and drained from socializing because of fearing rejection and you have trust issues (y'know Asa Mitaka vibes), he would also encourage you to meet other people as long as you're okay with it. He also wants to see you form other platonic relationships other than him as your boyfriend and build more beautiful connections with other people. He has been through this before and he overcame it, so will you because he believes in you.

And if you're feeling insecure about your social status he can highly relate to you too. But he'll make you remember that he's always there for you despite him being financially broke too. But if its the Workers timeline, he'll be willing to lend you some money for your own expenses since Steve Hong also spoils him a lot (just don't use for money he'll get turned off by it).

Daniel is overall one of the most empathetic Lookism characters, so as your boyfriend he's making sure that your insecurities and problems will be heard out and he's willing to listen to your side and give you the best advices he can give as possible.

Zack Lee (Lee Jin Sung)

Zack will be the panicked and worried boyfriend type.

If you're feeling worthless and a loser, he'll also shower you lots and lots and lots of compliments and reassurance that you're not what you think you are. He also knows how it feels. He'll also hug you and kiss your head when you're breaking down as he will try to stop the tears threatening to fall down on his face. He hates it seeing you like this. "Y/N, you're not a loser. Even if you think you are, you'll always be my number 1". Trust me he's your number one fan. Everything you do is so fascinating to him (as long as it's not scandalous and too embarrassing).

Like I know, his compliments may sound cheesy and pitiful but trust me, he means it from the bottom of his heart. He's honest most of the times and no way he's lying to you especially when you're the type to have trust issues.

If you're feeling insecure about your body, Zack will also reassure you that you're beautiful. He'll help you out when you have trouble with your eating lifestyle (I tend to overeat a lot). If you're the type to binge eat when you're stressed, he'll take away all the junk food from the cabinet and fridge. This may cause an argument between the two of you but trust me, he's just helping you out so hear him out with his point (it's not like he hates your chubby body but he doesn't want to be super over weight since it can cause lots of health problems).

And if you're scared of eating, he'll encourage you to because starving yourself won't help and it can make your condition worst. Zack will encourage you to eat healthy foods since he's worried about you getting underweight since it can be really unhealthy too. He may not experience having trouble with his eating lifestyle, but he's willing to help you out as possible since he wants to see you having a long and happy life :).

If you started having a panic attack Zack will panic too. He doesn't know what to do when you started having an episode but he'll try his best to comfort you. He'll grab your favorite snack and he'll help you ease your breathing. He'll also listen to your thoughts that has been bothering you for a while. It will actually surprise you when he started giving you advices but trust me, he's good with it (he's also highly empathetic).

Zack will also wonder why you're insecure about you not having any money. Like he's not judging you he also gets frustrated when he can't buy the things he want to buy. But he'll make you feel emotionally satisfied with his love so won't feel insecure about yourself anymore. He'll also treat you a lot on dates to make you feel special, but don't use him for money though it will backfire at you when he finds out that you're just using him for cash.

And if you're scared of socializing, he'll stay by your side all the time. He hates you feeling vulnerable and insecure about yourself. So he'll shower you lots of compliments about how pretty and nice you are. He'll also tell anyone to be kind and gentle with you. And he'll beat the shit out of everyone whoever tries to mess with you. (He's one of the best boyfriends to have in the Lookism Verse).

Vasco (Lee Eun Tae)

Another one who will be super concerned about your mental and physical being all the time (in a good way of course).

Vasco has always believed that everybody is born equally beautiful/handsome. And if you're feeling left out because of your looks he will not hesitate to comfort you since he's also highly empathetic. He'll also talk about a plan with Jace and other Burn Knuckles members on how to make you happy like surprising you with random parties just to make you feel better (he's so innocent lmao).

When it comes to comfort, Vasco would hug and compliment you all the time even when you're not feeling down. Though he'll be more clingy when you started showing signs of exhaustion (mentally). It may surprise you but he'll hug you and touch you with gentleness and care like you're a fragile glass that needs to be properly taken care of. He'll also whisper words of encouragement while kissing your head and ruffling your hair. "Y/N why are you upset? Do you wanna cuddle?"

If you're insecure about your body, he'll help you out find the reason why to. Because in his eyes you're perfect. But if you feel like you're fat or too slim he'll help you out to change your lifestyle. You and Vasco will have morning exercises (though he'll make sure that he won't push you too much) and he'll make sure that you're eating well all the time until you're confident about yourself.

He's also a pretty good listener despite him being a bit clueless sometimes. He would listen to your rambles about what's making you upset and he would unexpectedly cry out when you started opening up since he's also highly empathetic. He may not be the best advice giver on the bunch but he'll try his best to help you out.

Vasco will also panic and he'll get scared when you have a panic attack. He would call Jace for help even when you're against it since he wants to help you out as possible. They will help you ease your breathing and they will listen to your problems (and they won't spill the tea because they respect you. A promise is a promise.)

He'll also spoil you a lot with lots of choco-banana milk when you're feeling down because you get teased about being broke. He would listen to your rambles about not having any money and he'll even lend you some which can make you feel guilty since he made the money for himself and his hard work. But trust me Vasco will give it to you out of pure affection (just don't abuse it too much though he'll feel used when you asked ridiculous high amount of money).

Vasco will also be curious about the way you think when you don't want to socialize. He personally finds it enjoyable because he's able to meet different kinds of people. Though he will respect your wishes if you don't want to. But he's still willing to listen to you when you tell the reasons why you don't want to make friends if it's because of you being scared about what others think of you. Though he'll make sure you'll attend his birthday parties!

Jay Hong (Hong Jae Yol)

I don't know how many times I'll say this but he's also highly empathetic despite him not saying a word. He's also a pretty good listener (Istg they're the most emotionally well in the Lookism Verse despite them having their own issues).

Jay would spoil the hell out of you like buying your favorite things and comfort stuff so just you would feel better. He'll also cuddle with you and he'll place his head on your shoulder while hugging you from behind when you're emotionally not feeling well.

His comfort will make your mind at ease. If you're feeling self conscious about your body you can see him frowning when you don't want to look yourself on the mirror. He views you as beautiful/handsome. Like why the hell are you insecure about?

But if it's because you're feeling too fat/too skinny, he'll also help you out on your diet. He'll help you on your exercise, balance out your food intake and he'll make sure you'll sleep well. He wants to see your progress as a physically and mentally healthy individual and he won't hesitate to help you out especially when you need it.

Jay will be in a state of shock when you started having an anxiety attack. You're both in panic but Jay will try his best to ease you and help you get back on your normal state. He'll also get a glass of water if you need it and he'll also help you get back your normal breathing. He'll also ask for his assistant's help.

He's willing to listen to your problems because he knows that bottling them deep inside can make your mental state worst. So please don't be shy to open up to him because he'll shower you with lots of genuine affection. He may not be the best in verbal expression, but he'll make up with physical affection like kissing your cheek and stroking your hair while you try to sleep. He'll also leave short letter of encouragement so you'll be back in your goofball and happy energy again :).

He'll also spoil you a lot with fancy gifts like expensive clothing and dinner dates. Though he'll feel used and pissed off if you're just using him for money. He knows you're troubling with your finance he wants to be there for you a lot. But he can't help but to be upset when you're just cash grabbing him.

And if you're troubling with your social life, don't worry Jay can relate to. He's willing to listen to your rambles with your reasons why you can't seem to have the confidence to talk to anybody he's willing to be your friend (and as the relationship progresses he might even catch feelings for you and he'll be happy if you don't mind being a couple). Jay would always be available to be on your side and he'll be listening to you a lot.

I wanna put Skillet's Monster, SWS If You Can't Hang and Three Days Grace's Animal I Have Become but it just wouldn't fit anymore (I know some of these songs aren't heavy like Slipknot and Maximum the Hormone but it's not as melancholic like the other side lmao and I'm still new to Slipknot).
