And The Relationship She Has With Jon Snow Is, I Still Believe, The Truest, Most Real Love She Experiences
“And the relationship she has with Jon Snow is, I still believe, the truest, most real love she experiences in her entire life. So for that to be the way that it ends … obviously there’s a poetry to it, but there’s a huge amount of pain that comes with it. Think about what Dany went through. She was a slave. She was sold. There was a complete disregard and utter lack of love for her when she was growing up. Her brother told her the Iron Throne was ours by right. Her father was completely crazy. Through all that she had her mission and, at every turn, she sacrificed everything — everything! Friends, happiness, being a mother. And then imagine working your way up and suddenly at the last hurdle, this … cute boy with curly hair comes along and screws everything up because she’s in love with him and doesn’t know how to handle that. She thinks she can have it all with him, that he can give her what she’s been craving her whole life. And he turns out to be not what she thought and he will choose someone over her. Again, her worth isn’t enough for anyone else.” - Emilia Clarke, LA Times

I have literally never heard any Arya stan say they liked her because she's an NLOG character.
The only people who ever say that mess grossly misunderstand her character and boil her down to "oh she's a badass assassin." Which, as you can tell by now, are not Arya stans.
Stop this shit.
I think people who say Emilia Clarke was a bad actor because she was “too stoic” are idiots. And most of them are misogynistic peasants as well. If you watch the first seasons, the whole thing about Dany was how open and emotional she was - and Emilia played this beautifully. When she took Astapor she went from Stoic to angry to compassionate and vulnerable all in a matter of minutes. I could feel the hurt and compassion she felt for the Unsullied when she told them they were free and could leave if they liked. She becomes more stoic later on because she becomes a queen. And not just a queen, but a conqueror ruling queen within a tumultuous state. She can’t wear her heart on her sleeve as she once did. But this doesn’t mean she’s always stoic, there are many scenes where she’s very vulnerable and emotive. It’s hilarious cuz the ppl who say she’s too stoic were the same ones saying she was too emotional. And most of them have the nerve to stan Stannis! And to say Emilia’s one of the worst actors on the show is absolute bullshit. ALL of the actors on that show were phenomenal. And Lena and Emilia carried the last seasons on their fucking backs. ESPECIALLY the final one.

When he was gone, Missandei brought the queen a simple meal of goat cheese and olives, with raisins for a sweet. "Your Grace needs more than wine to break her fast. You are such a tiny thing, and you will surely need your strength today." That made Daenerys laugh, coming from a girl so small. -ADWD, Daenerys VII
cute moment of the day: itty bitty 11-year-old Missandei calling 15-year-old Dany "tiny" on the morning of Dany's wedding to Hizdahr.
