Quick doodle of aiki and Bridget exploring around the forest.

Not anything impressive, but I found a cool looking stump while out on a walk and it inspired me

I know I’m a little late but I did indeed finish this drawing yesterday so it counts!!!

I’m on the hunt for wizard drip, if anyone has advice on how to obtain wizardly clothing without breaking the bank, it would be appreciated.

Coda is one of the few people to touch a creature that isn’t another dock worker and survive, Let alone kill one.

Out of a mix of fear and respect, none of the other workers ever bother her. and she’s allowed first dibs on most of what people find around the harbor

Liminal lucid dreamers

Denizens of this place are called “dreamers” and I’m thinking of calling the place itself “rem” or some variation on it, idk…

Think very YNO project, or that one lovecraft story where the guy explores dreams

Maybe a tinge of ghost in the shell thrown in too? Perchance even some lain, angels egg, and angel beats? Idk

I just like the idea of a shared lucid dream that a bunch of people have at the same time, that is constant and can be revisited to an extent

Bridget is clumsy chaotically tempered, and loves affection!

Being sensitive clingy clumsy loud and rowdy, she is often pinned as weird and annoying, but when given just a tiny bit of patience, she’s a gem.

Bridget is a raccoon girl who comes from a family that isn’t exactly the most supportive. Frequently, she feels like a burden to those around her, and often feels undeserving of good things. This and her general lack of emotional stability, make her very easy to be taken advantage of :(

Bridget and aiki are best friends and essentially inseparable!

Tips on how to draw her!

Bridget’s hair has 3 tones to it! Their order is darkest at the ends and lighted at the roots. Feel free to get creative with the ratio of colors, just keep that order in mind!

I got funky with how I drew her eyes, but they are a vibrant amber color.

Her teeth are sharp cuz she’s a racoon

Clothes are loose fitting and her cape wraps fully around her shoulders. The two halves of the mini cape are connected by a bow

Bridget is flexible and has an expressive face

The force amplifier system is a small scale local gravity control device that, among other things, allows aiki to levitate small objects and fire them with force ranging from that of a BB gun, to a large cannon.

Such technology was still relatively young when the fracture happened. So aiki theorizes that their body is its most advanced application to date

Within aiki’s handbag there are many things!!

Lets go down the list

• “art shit”

Aiki carries some fairly standard art supplies with them to document their travels.

• “fuel ampules & spare flash coolers”

These are supplies to help sustain aiki’s body. Fuel ampules are filled a dense grayish powder, when in a pinch, aiki can eat the powder and gain energy from it like food. The powder is extremely toxic to regular humans.

Flash coolers are small canisters filled with liquid helium. When used, the liquid rapidly expands through aiki’s body, rapidly cooling it down. This is useful because many of their systems generate a lot of heat under heavy use.

• “expanding bag”

This one’s pretty simple. It’s a large bag that collapses to a very small size. Useful for when you find something neat but don’t have enough space

• “sewing kit”

It’s a sewing kit :P useful for repairing clothes and stuff

• “lighter”

Aiki actually can quite easily generate fire with their abilities, they just prefer this little dingus instead

• “canteen”

It’s literally just a regular canteen

• “knife”

Once again, aiki does not actually need a hunting knife. Buuuut it’s a little easier to use

• “first aid kit”

Filled with high quality old earth medical supplies, aiki specifically took this with them to the camp in case one of their companions got hurt

This is Tolki!

Tolki is part of my flesh & grunge setting. Which is different from the one aiki and Bridget live in.

Tolki is a dock worker. Their jobs involve filling large boats with ground meat slop and other menial tasks around the harbor. Yellow raincoats adorn the bodies of dock workers, making them easy to spot amidst the ever present rain and fog of the harbor
