Just got done with a bunch of artfight prep!!! I’m so happy I was able to double my character count after 3 years oml😭 and most certainly not due to a lack of ocs
Sad I was unable to make everyone animated pixel icons, but at least I had my priorities straight and got the refs done first :)

The ref sheets of two characters I recently redesigned. Say hello to the NEW AND IMPROVED Arai and Luna! :)
I’ve had these guys for a while, even back when I drew like… uh well back when I was more of a beginner then I am. So a few years? Maybe two? anyways, these…. questionable pieces that I’m about to show you (from my current view) are (a small sampling, because the rest is worse and scares me) their concept art. They’ve changed a bit, haha. for example, Luna now has a tattoo, her wings are now retractable, and her eyes are visible. A fun note on her eyes: her pupils are both slitted, but one is sideways, which causes her depth perfection to be a bit

(she constantly bumps into things so Arai needs to be around her 24/7 to keep her from injuring herself, which is ironic bc Arai is more of a dumbass)
both of Arai’s eyes are now visible as well, and the colors of her eyes are less saturated.
all around colors have been shifted a little bit.
Huh. I had no understanding of anatomy or lineart. HUH. okay let’s not let Dragon start roasting their old art mercilessly or we will be here for much too long.
it is nice to look back and see how my art has improved though!
oh, and before I forget, they’re from like an AU of a separate universe I have.

After revealing my revamped ROTTMNT OC Vincenzo (pronounced Vin - SEN - zo), I rushingly made a temporary ref sheet! Some details in this ref sheet may be different from the design in the reveal, but they were changed only to make it more simpler and easier to draw! And I might be posting randomly because of school. But! I am excited to show you some new oc’s and 4 Main AUs!
I may bring some spoilers about the AU’s, but when i reveal them i may make a masterpost!)
Introducing…
Ceylon
Meet Ceylon! They use He/They pronouns and is an aquatic yokai! Standing 5’8 without horns and 5’11 with horns! Ceylon was born into a secretly wealthy and “elite” family in the hidden city, who was known for their Siren-like songs than soothe, and their deadly songs, causing Ceylon to be recruited into an organization of teenage assassins, meeting other teenage yokai who were also from either wealthy, notorious, or elite family bloodlines, giving them classifications and assigned divisions based on their skills, there were many variations of divisions, as Ceylon was assigned into the Aquatic, Illusion, Noble, and “gossip” divisions. They were partnered with a few other aquatic assassins, but he was better by himself rather than be partnered. He takes upon a slightly stubborn personality, being whiny when it comes to doing partnered missions.
The reason why Ceylon has the nickname “The Dark Siren” is because of
Their Family/Bloodline
Their preference in dark clothing
And their stealthiness and camouflaging in the night.
And with their nickname, He doesn’t mind, but sometimes- he thinks it makes them sound cool and mysterious.

Chamomile
Meet Ceylon’s sibling, Chamomile (Any pronouns)! Chamomile is a joyous ball of yellow, with a love for flora! Taking upon the family-given alias “The Golden Siren” for their love for yellow. Yellow. YELLOW! (Yeah..you might get it now-) Chamomile loves a good garden, but takes a dislike to the ‘pretty but deadly’ type of flowers. Chamomile has often been mistaken for a puppy a lot, so they got used to it- thinking it fits them! Chamomile takes upon a height of 6’2! Their sibling, Ceylon- is similar to them, because of their familial distinction- a neck accessory (scarf, collar, choker, etc) with two pieces of fabric that went around the shoulders to the front and back of the neck accessories. Chamomile’s relationship with Ceylon is slightly distant- they used to play and be best friends, but when they were registered into the organization of teenage assassins, Ceylon slowly started to focus more on the success of his assassinations, but with every attempt that Chamomile made to spend time with Ceylon, it failed with him being on a mission.
(Random Fact! Chamomile is based off the Chamomile flower - which is why they have flowers on their pants and on their “ears”!)
Finally updated Krista’s ref sheet! I wanted to finish it before I head out of the country and go MIA and I’m super happy with how it looks, I love it a LOTTTTTT more than her old one :D
