Summer Solstice Was An Emotional Day For Me. I Felt A Lot Of Overwhelming Feelings, And I Got A Phone
Summer Solstice was an emotional day for me. I felt a lot of overwhelming feelings, and I got a phone call from a friend asking if I had seen the moon. I remember saying “woah you mean it’s Summer Solstice AND a full moon??” So I remember going out on my back patio to water my plants - I looked up. I am constantly reminded by nature, my little plants, and my cat that there is more out there to be thankful for.
Referencing my previous post about having holes left in you from past hurt - Maybe those parts will never be filled again - maybe we all have to learn to live them - they are a part of who we become over time. Even the moon has its craters, and so will I.

Homemade Tikka Masala anyone?
This is incredibly painful. If yall see a girl sobbing while walking around downtown just leave me alone lol.
Made a stop in my hometown for the night on my way to Greenville. Of course I had to help dad in the blueberry grove behind the house. I use to hate summer blueberry season, my sister and I would spend hours and hours trying to keep up with all the berries. Now I miss the easy access. Especially living in Greenville last year when I was so far away - I really missed access to them and I refused to purchase them. Now that I live at the beach and my hometown is only an hour and a half away, I get regular blueberry deliveries again when dad is in town.
About a month ago I took some tomato suckers off the ground my dad had tossed out and propagated them back to life. Today I got my first little tomatoes on the plant. Tomatoes are wild. Also, look at those squash babies.
