If you ask a Bi person what flavor they would want they'd pick from a select few or say they have preferences for specific flavors or toppings.

If you ask a Pan person what flavor they would want they'd say whatever and don't really mind any other flavor.

That's the main difference between the two from what I've seen and heard but I find it understandable why it's confusing to a lot of folks.
