I call them Ocira. They're a sort of combination of seals and octopus. They're pseudo-eusocial and very kind

That wrinkly thing on their chest are their gills, which they can use to express certain emotions.

Their "teeth" are truly spines that can be raised to eat meat, or flattened to chomp plants.

To communicate, they do a sort of drumming and pinching of their swim bladders for different tones and squeaks.

They live on an ocean planet, in shallow, warm waters around reefs.

I might draw them more and tell more about them 😸

Probably unpopular opinion, but they could not stretch Florence arc for 7 FUCKING EPISODES. Like, they could fit it all in 3 episodes, maximum 4. My friend and I were literally sitting and thinking "Can you already got to the plot, no?". Like, they manage to make the series eventful before, what was their problem now??? We could get a bigger opening for Great Red Dragon arc. OR we could get episodes about how Hannibal's trial was going! How Chilton writes a book! How Alana and Margot living! How Will lived got married, god dammit!
